Didn’t spend a lot of time in the room so that was nice. The staff was so nice and the amenities weee awesome!

Very nice staff and amenities.

The room itself was awful and not clean. Door was hard to close and lock, back door was difficult to open, room was dirty, kitchen had grease and food stains, hair all over bathrooms.

great location , we will be back to the beach but not this hotel

staff was rude, we were put in the wrong room first. we had to spend the first hour of our vacation lugging our luggage from one building to another.

CRAPPY COMMUNICATION

I LIKE GOW THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DONT COMMUNICATE AT ALL...WITH YOU OR THE REPS FROM BOOKING.COM.

I DONT LIKE HOW NONCHALANT AND NON-COMMUNICATIVE THEY ARE REGARDING THE HURRICANE THAT CAME THROUGH THERE AND IN MYBHOME TOWN! THEYD RATHER PEOPLE TAKE BEACH TRIPS THAN TO BE SAFE AND KEEP WATCH OVER THEIR FAMILY AND PROPERTY.

Hell by the beach, avoid at all means

The location

Roaches all over the property, black mold on the windows, bedbugs all over the bed, staff rude and very racist (not just casually) A complete nightmare.

It was pleasant beach but facility not clean enough.

Quiet place and I felt safe.

Cockroach in room. Old ketchup packet laying in window sill. Bathroom bathtub did not drain in one bathroom. Toilet paper holder off wall and laying on sink. This was the second time we have stayed here but will not stay again because of lack of cleanliness.

Don't waste your money

Location

Called the front desk informed we needed a late check in, they told us where we could find keys and check in packet...only they forgot to leave the keys. Took us 45 minutes to wake someone. They had us take someone else's packet (with keys) . Once in our new room, there were used q tips in the shower and someone's bowel movement in the master toilet and accompanying stains. We had to ask TWICE the next morning to have room cleaned. Poor layout. Walls very thin. Our room was next to the laundry area. Master bedroom next to walkway, could hear people walking and talking throughout the night.

Fall Vacation

The indoor pool and grill access.

The property itself is cute and cozy, but the staff minus the manager are lazy I’m not very friendly. Upon arrival the security guy at the gate did his job but lacks personality and enthusiasm. The receptionist obviously 1) hates her job or 2) lacks professionalism. I was given a map of the property after checking in. Not knowing anything about the property I asked where my room was. She said the highlighted area. There are about 300-400 apartments and multiple highlighted areas. The manager saw the expression on my face and quickly jumped in to explain the map. She was very sweet. Definitely the nicest person I met on the trip. After entering our room we quickly unpacked and went to the grocery store, spending $315 on food and then went back to the apartment and unpacked. The next morning we realized that our drinks were cool but not cold and called maintenance. The guy on the phone said it turn the refrigerator up and it would take 24 hours to completely get cold. We waited aprox. 12-15 hours and called back to let him know that the refrigerator hasn’t gotten any colder we were going to lose all of our food. We put a few things in a small beach cooler. Right away a maintenance man came and thawed out the freezer and said the frozen area in the freezer was blocking the circulation of air to the refrigerator. This part I don’t understand but I’m not a mechanic. He then said we had to wait another 24 hours. at this point I told him if it didn’t start to feet cold we would lose all of our groceries. We called maintenance 10 times over the next 24 hours with no answer. We cooked what we could and lost the rest. The refrigerator never got cold. Our stat overall was good because it was spent with family, but it was aggravating to say the least to lose your groceries/and have to worry about it. Upon. checking out I did tell the sweet manager about our stay and she said she would reimburse me part of the grocery bill.

5* location & amenities with barely 2* accommodations!

Great location at beachfront! Great pools and outside amenities!

Room was not clean and mouldy in spots! Water unfit to drink! Needs major updates! Internet was out almost the entire 3 day stay!

Very well located… lots to do right there.

Pull out couch had dirty linens on it. Oven smoked when using. Room was cleaner when we left then when we got there. We were not informed that we could not get fresh towels until I needed more.

It was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. You could see the ocean and sound from the balcony. Netflix. Nice light fixtures. Very polite guests, even the kids.

The room is small and for the price, housekeeping could’ve done better. It was dusty, the dust ruffle was half in/half out, the bottom of the stove was dirty, we had to buy a pan to cook with, the dishwasher feels like it is falling out, you feel like you can fall between the rafters in some sections of the halls, there is only one elevator and it’s on the opposite end of the property. LOTS of walking and climbing.

Relaxing, fun weekend.

Stayed in an identical condo about 25 years ago, so we knew what to expect. We came back. Overall nice set up. Suits our needs and tastes.

Water slide did not open until the end of the week.

Overall we had a great time and it was a really nice place. Staff super nice

The location is great! Beautiful

There was dirty socks in our room, the stopper in tub didn't work so no baths, the dryer didn't dry well. The mattress on the pull out couch is awful. Fyi. And people next door smoking weed on balcony, we had to close our doors and windows it was so strong

We had a good time!

The property offers great fun for my teens (ping pong, basketball etc.

The outdoor pool was closed as well as the spa (inside & out). Also we arrived after hours and had no instructions on what to do or where to go

MY STAY WAS AMAZING.

ME AND WIFE LOVED THE FAMILY FRIENDLY ENVIROMENT.

THE WERE A BIT TINY BUT THAT WASN'T A HUGE DEAL AT THERE WAS A KTICHEN, WHICH ALLOWED US SAVE TONS OF MONEY ON FOOD BY COOKING .
