Little gem in the tetras

Room was spacious and comfortable. Spa services were amazing (extra charge) and solitary. The view was amazing directly to the high tetras! And the vube of the hotel was great (oh and also the bar had good drinks!)

perfect getaway from the crazy hot in cities in the summer

Spacious apartment in a good location, nice staff

Curtains in the bedroom didn’t block out the sun, beds a bit uncomfortable, bedroom got quite warm, so AC would’ve been nice, food was running out at breakfast

Amazing stay in the heart of Tatra mountains

It is our fourth time returning to the hotel Kukucka. We always stay in their 1 bedroom flats in the main building. The space is comfy, clean, and feels very chalet-like. Added bonus is the little stream going underneath the hotel and amazing views to the mountains.

Breakfast could have a bit more variety throughout the length of our stay.

Apart from a few grumbles, it was a good hotel and we had a good stay.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The location is good. Free parking. Breakfast was good and the restaurant was excellent.

The room was a bit small with nowhere to sit except on the bed. Wellness was not included as standard ( only first visit was free, then €15). The restaurant was closed on Tuesday and Wednesday with no explanation given.

Perfect location for a ski weekend but would expect more from a 4 star hotel

The restaurant Olivia has great food and lovely staff and the prices are very reasonable. The room was quite spacious with a lovely balcony.

The staff wasn’t very helpful, e.g. there was a snow storm and they couldn’t suggest any alternative things to do even inside the hotel. I booked a massage and the masseuse did not show but nobody let me know. The breakfast was okay but not great.

Big disappointment after an earlier visit

Location, restaurante, style, room

Kindness of receptions, helpfullness, we booked 2 rooms, and first it was given separetely in different buildings 200 meter distance, bad knowledge about the numbers of guests ( 3 instead of 7)

Nice location, awesome view from the window. Clean apartment.

The apartment's temperature was low for us, and we could't adjust it. It is blocked. There was a cattle/boiler in the kitchen, but i whould have been glad if we got a few bags of tee for it. The half board contained dinner was really a mistake. We could't eat the main course, so we went out to eat something.
