The staff was incredibly friendly, and the hotel had a great family-friendly atmosphere. The restaurant served delicious food, everything was very clean, and the location was perfect for exploring the area.
The room was too hot, and I missed having complimentary slippers, a kettle, and a mini fridge.

I've been to this hotel four times already, and as always the location is great, the staff are friendly and the rooms are new and really cozy. I intend to visit again for sure.
The hotel serves breakfast and dinner, and I believe because they are under new management, it occurred to me (and to other guests) that there wasn't a Chef in the kitchen, someone who'd take charge over the food coming out (we've constantly waited for dinner, which at times came out cold, they served old fried mushrooms when I specifically ordered grilled, a meat which I had to return because it certainly was off, etc) In general, what was missing was someone who's accountable for that area of work. When I gave them feedback, I was told I should have been patient because they were fully booked. In any case, this hasn't dampen my stay at the hotel, except in the future I won't eat there.

The view was fantastic! The hotel room was very warm, clean and cozy. We had one of the best breakfast there.
Not many parking spaces.

Emplacement hôtel idéal avec belle vue sur la ville. Toutes les chambres n’ont pas la vue. Petit déjeuner consistant et varié. Architecture de l’hôtel intéressante
Personnel à l’accueil froid, limite désagréable.

Excellent food, nice rooms and furniture, great location.
Extra slippery new marble floors, especially stairs, selective waiting for check in while others with same status did, pricey

Bar and restaurant staff was nice.
I payed for an air conditioned room. I was not.
It was so hot in the evenings I did not sleep well for most of the stay.
I made a complaint at the front desk which they replyed they did not have AC.
Several other guests complained about it.
A friend og mine moved to a different hotel.
It was also one of the most expensive locations to stay at in Krusevo.
I should have got a refund.

Architecturally interesting hotel. Especially the building that now is abandoned. (Reminds me of "accidentally Wes Anderson").
Pretty hotel on the top of the hill. View over the city and the ilinden monument.
I overall had a good stay there. I would stay here again but I do have some remaks
The thing I really disliked is the fact that the KEEP your passport of ID as a deposit for your keys. You only get you passport back when you check out. Very unsettling feeling to me.
The vibe in the hotel is "grand hotel days gone by". Beautiful buildings but they need some love.
They made an effort for breakfast but is wasn't all that... Bad coffee
The matras protector was just a small sheet that came loose during the night so change is you sleep on the bare matras (not all that hygiene wise)

The room + balcony with the view on the village is amazeballs! The atmosphere is a bit old finished but still in a very amusing way. The breakfast was nice!
The communication is a bag of mixed feelings. I didn’t feel welcome from the start. Krusevo is kind of a remote place. (a very friendly local kid called the bus station of Krusevo but it was closed) That’s why I booked a room in a “premium” hotel so they could help me (Since I only speak Dutch, French and English). But the lady at the check in who helped me didn’t want to call a taxi, she didn’t want to call the bus station in Prilep to ask when there is a bus to Ohrid,… after insisting she did call the bus station and arranged a taxi to Prilep. When I’m writing this it almost feels as if I should fall on my knees to thank them.
BUT everyone has a bad hair day right, we’re all humans. Maybe she got very bad news etc,..
The next morning when I asked my ID back (yes they took my ID and didn’t want to give it back) the person at the check in said he could only give my ID back AFTER I paid. So basically they didn’t trust me. I felt like a criminial. Nice welcoming feeling hahaha.
Maybe it’s because I’m a foreigner, maybe they are not used to get solo travellers without a mercedes or whatever car, maybe they can’t explain it with every nuance, maybe they had some bad experiences in the past,…
I had a lot of nice and friendly encounters in the Balkan. But this was definitely not one of them.
This is not an “attack” on the staff because they looked all very nice and kind people they just listened to the manager (which I understand, so NO hard feelings to them!).

Everything you need, great staff good lodgings.
There are air conditioners but they take the remote control from the room so that you can't use them. When asked if you can have it, you're refused.

The location of the hotel is great. The cleanliness of the rooms is excellent and the restaurant food is incredibly tasty. The entire staff is extremely professional, helpful and kind, especially the staff of the bar-restaurant and the waiter Krste, they exceeded all of our expectations and made the stay even better. The overall experience at the hotel was excellent, I highly recommend it.
We have no remarks, everything was perfect.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It overviews the whole city. The staff was very pleasant and professional. We arrived late and were hungry and the cook offered to stay after his working hours to prepare something for us. The bar, lobby and hallways are renovated and look great.
The bed was squeaking with every move. The room was not renovated, but was still good.
