Disappointing stay- would recommend elsewhere

Location was good & room was large.

It was a terrible inconvenience not to be able to check in before 5pm and having to check out before 10am. We also felt that we were duped because lauded breakfast was not available in late June- they offered an alternative breakfast down the street for €17/ person. For this reason alone, I would have chosen elsewhere. The room did not have A/C & they had the weakest hair dryer I have ever used.

Facilities, staff was friendly.

Parking-only 5 parking places at hotel, other option is parking at airport, which is 1km away. Check in at 17 o'clock. Internet connection was average. Noone from staff was able to speak Slovenian language. Prices were relative high-espresso macchiato 3 eur. The dining room staff worked barefoot.

Good location in The heart of bovec, great little cafe in the back

The entire place feels sterile and rigid, it’s a lot to pay for that. The room was plain and ordinary, adequate but not especially comfortable. The service and staff was cold and inflexible. We arrived at 4:40 in the pouring rain and were told we needed to wait until 5:00 exactly to check in so the front desk could get organized. We also asked for a delayed check out but 1 hour so our teenage son could sleep in, definite no. By far the most expensive and least friendly place we stayed in slovenia from 5 pm to 10 am.

Very nice room, very spacious. Nice little kitchenette and comfy beds. Close to restaurants and pubs.

Our room was on the first floor and it was extremely noise very early in the morning.

Other reviews make mention of a grumpy/ rude man. He is disgusting - we have never been treated so badly. We were made to feel extremely unwelcome and would have left if there was no cancellation fee. Another guest was also extremely upset at the treatment she received. We were also shocked at how the manager treats his staff - berating the one staff member who had opened a back door to allow for us to get luggage from the car in the rain. He expected that he should walk around and it was unacceptable for her to assist us. As other reviews they will not even acknowledge you before the check in time. And the check in process is clinical, no attempt to answer any questions - just give us your passport, here are your keys. In addition, we were also accused of lying, where we were apparently told about parking in person they day before we arrived! In the end one of our party had to ask him to leave us alone as he was getting more abusive. The parking has space for 4 cars (5 spots but the 5th is not possible) and thereafter you need to park elsewhere. If you park across the road they want Eur40 a day. So, you must park down the street.

This was a lovely apartment at the quiet end of a little town. The views from our window were beautiful. The breakfast was absolutely amazing!

There was very minimal parking behind the hotel. We had to park a block or two away, but it was free.

They did laundry for ua for 10 euros. That was appreciated because we were hiking and in need of fresh clothes. Breakfast buffet was amazing, good choice. Highly recommended!

Self contained apartment but option for breakfast and a lovely bar on the terrace outside. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. All round great place to stay.

Rude, arrogant and inconsiderate staff. Recommend not staying here.

The terrace area is really nice.

The listing said that there is AC but there wasn’t any. It was really hot and when we asked the staff, the really rude manner got said its not my problem is the listing says there is AC. He refused to provide fans even for our 2 yr old. We were trying to checkout 5 mins before defined time and the rude man refused. Then they came 5 mins late and when we said we’ve been waiting they started spring at us saying “You always have a problem” Overall the management specially the extremely rude man spoiled the stay.

Late check in time. Arrived at 4 instead of 5 said check in wasn’t available. Owners were sat outside chilling. Got up as soon as it was 5 to check in and they got up to do it and were rude. No air con. Bed not comfortable

NOT recommended, very unfriendly and rude management

Very poor customer care by the staff (owners of the hotel). They are charging extra 25 EUR for "final cleaning", which is unfair as cleaning is standard service, but moreover the room was not clean (there was a blood stain on the bed sheet). When I raised this to them they shouted loudly and accused me with making the bed sheet dirty. As they were very adamant to this extra charge, and we wanted to leave asap, I had to pay the charge and file a complaint.

It was a great studio for the price with a small but functional kitcen corner. Our room was right next to the entrance, but it wasn't loud, because after 10 pm the terrace closed. The room was nice and comfortable, I recommend the place when staying in Bovec.

The towels were dirty, there was also rubbish under the bed.

The view of the mountains was great.

There are only very few parking spaces at the accommodation, you have to walk 100m to the car.
