The woman working at the front desk was horrible. I was in my room and calling for a valet for about 20 minutes. The call kept going to hold. No one picked up or said sorry we are busy please hold. It just automatically went to hold. I finally went downstairs to ask for help getting my car and she was on the phone helping someone make reservation for a future stay weeks out and didn’t even make eye contact with me. What an abomination of customer service. My son is a sophomore right next to your hotel. I have stayed there at least 5 times and have told my relatives to stay at your hotel. I am so disappointed in my last experience, not sure I will stay there in the next two years or recommend your hotel to multiple members of my family. What a disappointment.

The study room. It is definitely my favorite. I almost fell asleep in the comfy chair along with the great view. The bed is also very comfy.

good location if you take mass transit

comfy beds, great location in university city, not your normal hotel which made it all that much better

don’t drive there! gotta park in the parking garage, hotel doesn’t validate or anything so you gotta pay full rate cause their lot is only good til midnight. wish someone would’ve told me this sooner.

Beautiful property, but...

Lots of windows in suits. Beds very comfortable.

Need electrical outlets on the sides of the bed. No tissues. Lighting is a little sparse. Not the usual toiletries.

excellent room. we had a suite with a separate sitting/reading room. very clean. good restaurant on the property. great location. close to both Penn and Drexel.

We were there to cheer family members on who were running the marathon. It was the perfect location, and walking distanc

I LOVED the lobby. Set up like a library, comfortable seating arrangements and the display cabinets that held a treasure of memorabilia.

There really was nothing I didn’t like. Our room was great. It had a reading nook. We ate at the Coop twice, delicious food. We hung out in the lobby with family. We had a wonderful stay.

The hotel was close to the Drexel Compound. A bustling area of the city.

The foyer was nice. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. the views from the rooms were memorable. The restaurant was available and served good meals in a timely and courteous fashion.

Parking seems expensive.

Ease of check-in/check-out. Wifi access, comfortable lobby/reception area

Pillows too soft, clock not set to new time and one reading lamp by bed did not work. Also, only one towel in the room. Finally, shades don't do a great job of blocking light from building across the street. Free coffee was mediocre.
