Центральное место. Чисто. Не смотря на все недостатки нам очень понравилось.

Персонал очень услужливый и приветливый. Уборка на уровне, гостиница очень чистая. Расположение - главное достоиство этой гостиницы - 10 минут легкой прогулки до моря. 10 минут до центральной пешеходной зоны Варны. 10 минут на такси до любой точки города. Прямо напротив центральный парк Варны - Приморский Парк. В некоторые дни очень хороший завтрак. В номере есть не только мыло и шампунь, но и наборы: бритва, зубная щетка с пастой, и даже нитки с иголками.

Несмотря на то, что гостиница содержится хорошо и убирается очень хорошо, она уже не новая и совсем несвежая. Держатель для душа в нашем номере был сломан и душ падал. Нет возможности нормально просушить купальники после пляжа. Были дни, когда на завтрак подавали вчерашние овощи и холодные сосиски и даже холодную яичницу. А были дни, когда завтрак был отличный. Заказывать обед в ресторане не рекомендую - заказали суп и салат, есть невозможно. В гостинице можно курить в лобби. То есть пройти мимо накуренного помещения не дыша дымом невозможно. В гостинице постоянно находятся люди очень бандитского вида, прямо братки из 90х. Хотя нам их присуствие не мешало. Вай-фай хорошо работает только в лобби. На уровне третьего этажа он работает через раз, на четвертом не работает вообще.

Great location, wonderful staff. The building leaves much to be desired.

The location is SUPER nice, very close to the beach. The hotel has it's own parking so you don't need to look for parking on the street. The room was clean and had plenty of towels, and bath accessories. The staff is super friendly and do an amazing job! We had an extra person come along and they sorted out the extra bed with zero issues. The coffee at the reception is VERY nice.

A once incredible hotel, now seems like it's run down. Needs a renovation badly, the room door had gaps, the shower didn't work correctly and the shower head holder wasn't functional. The beds were old and not very comfortable, the room smelled of mold and the air conditioning would randomly shut off. Also there were 2 outlets in total available that were only in one corner of the room. Breakfast wasn't too great either. And the big metal tags on the keys are really unnecessary.

Fair price with good location

The room was clean and quite. The location is great and there is a good parking space free....great advantage.

Even we had a lux room was quite small and the view is not extraordinary... the carpet must be changed...

nice people at the desk, the suite has 40 mp, you choose the temperature for the room

we were a group of 8 people; two suits and two duble room; just 2 people from a suits had slippers; at least they could warn us in a mail about this. Some of us had their slippers buț others not. I sow that there are information from other clients with the same isues, so this is a problem.

Great location, staff friendly and spoke English, nice looking establishment.

Man who l think was owner, parking his Rolls Royce on pavement outside blocking pavement, very arrogant. When l asked reception to book a taxi to meet me at the airport l was told they do not do that, very strange for a hotel not to offer thise small service.

good off the beaten path location. reasonable walking distance to main parks and shopping, etc.

hotel was clean and well kept. small but someone was always near to tend the bar or answer questions. also, it was within 100 yards of the park, and maybe 5 blocks from the main walking plaza.

seemed to be in a small depressed area, and a few cars liked racing a block away late at night at the big intersection.

Excellent value for money.

Great location, quiet street yet very close to the center. The receptionist were extremely helpful with all the requests I had. The cleaning staff were very polite too.

Dirty, the receptionists have no idea how to work with a hotel booking program, small rooms, the wi-if is terrible, the TVs are from the 20th Century ! My bathroom was so small and tiny that only a person under 1.60cm. can feel ok taking a bath !

We came with a little baby and a lot of luggage. we asked politly to park in front of the hotel until we put our luggage and the baby upstairs, where there were two park places, since the hotel’s parking was full. They told us that the places are ireserved for the “big boss” of the hotel who is not coming but requres his places at all times and he is THE BOSS after all and only his luxury cars need to be in front. Typical mutro-mafia style place. won’t come again.

The hotel is located near the airport (which is important for long flights and late arrivals) and almost next to the beautiful park of Varna. Also close to beaches and coastal restaurants. The room has a lot of good cosmetics. Rapid settlement. Excellent breakfast.

When booking a hotel in Varna, there were many different options at a more reasonable price. This hotel suited me in several ways - the advertisement stated a free transfer from the airport and free cancellation of the order in case of no-show, there was no prepayment - excellent conditions for long-haul flights. I was answered in writing in time to my question about the need for a transfer, they called the taxi service, but they did not warn me that I needed to pay for the transfer myself. To a question on the phone, when I was already on my way to the hotel, "Why do you promise a free transfer from the airport in your advertisement?" - oh, oh, that was before the Corona... That's not a serious approach. Everything else was great.
