Amazing location, highly reccomend!!

Great location, right by the tram to and from the airport, near to the beach and plenty of bars and restaurants. About a 20 minute flat walk to the main train station making it to easy to visit other towns and even Italy!! Staff were lovely and friendly too.

I wouldn’t say it’s sound proof as advertised could hear people in the corridor and sometimes from other rooms.

Un séjour agréable grâce au personnel attentif et au emplacement

J'ai beaucoup apprécié l'amabilité du personnel, toujours prêt à rendre service, notamment en mettant à disposition des parasols gratuitement. La climatisation fonctionnait parfaitement, assurant un confort optimal malgré la chaleur extérieure. Le lit était spacieux et confortable.

La douche manquait de praticité : l'eau éclaboussait partout, car les rideaux étaient trop courts pour contenir les projections. De plus, un des meubles dans la chambre semblait un peu vétuste et dégageait une légère odeur désagréable.

Très bon emplacement… proche de tout (plage,centre ville) Bon accueil par les employés…. Ils vous mettent à disposition gratuitement des parasols pour la plage .

Par rapport aux photos la chambre etait vraiment petite, a deux personnes ont circulé difficilement, peut de rangements, voir inexistant dans la salle de douche Douche avec un rideau de douche qui vous colle à la peau une horreur du coup ont met de l’eau partout

Gute Unterkunft für den Preis

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage war sehr zentral sowohl zum Strand, als auch zu den Geschäften. Transfer Tram zum Flughafen vor der Tür. Zimmer waren sauber.

Es gibt Unterschiede in den Zimmer Kategorien, noch nicht alle renoviert und Größenunterschiede.

Établissement hôtelier extrêmement correct à recommander

Établissement calme, propre, bien situé central, équipement intérieur plutôt complet, avec sdb et WC dans la chambre, un petit coffre-fort, une télévision, une petite penderie. Le personnel est très accueillant.

Il manque une chaise et une table pour travailler plus confortablement, il n'y a qu'une petite étagère murale et un tabouret en bois!

Comfortable room with good location

Perfect location! Close to the beach, right in the center of Nice. Small but clean and cozy room, there is everything you need (towels, soap, hairdryer, safe)

WiFi worked only in the part of room that was closer to the door and signal was not really good in the late evening.

main light in room continually flickered / flashed so could not use it, bed mattresses divided in two in the night and were not placed securely to prevent one falling in the gap between

the hotel did the job for a few days stay

great location, checkout at 12 and was able to leave our bags at reception after checkout

the bathroom had a bad smell, the breakfast ‘buffet’ that we had pre-paid for was not satisfactory, there was very very limited food and no water

Even if the location is good, do not waste your money for this hotel.

Location was very good

Pictures on booking are better than reality. The hotel was not very clean. When I arrived I was told that the room was ready and that I could move in. On entering the room the hoover was still there and the cleaner was sitting outside on the balcony smoking. The bed was terrible and not comfortable at all. There is no sound insulation so you can hear people in the other rooms.

Good location, needs attention to smells in the building

Has all the basics. Great location.

There was a weird sulfury-eggy smell that came into my room every once in a while at night.... Seems to be a sewage problem.. pretty disgusting. Otherwise things were clean and in order. The hallways and common spaces could use some cleaning/decluttering. The place feels a little like an old student dorm.
