Nicht ganz sauber in den Ecken Teppich in die Jahre gekommen, Möbel defekt.

Zimmer sehr sauber. Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal. Resturant sehr gut. Meinen besonderen Dank an die Mitarbeiter dort. Frühstück reichhaltig und absolut lecker.
Das meine Reservierung im Restaurant nicht funktioniert hatte. Da müsste man nach bessern vor allem per Tablet direkt einen Hinweis das eine Resevierung an dem Tag nicht möglich ist.

Gute und schnelle Reaktion vom Personal vor Ort.
Gutes Frühstück, genügend Parkplätze.
Es gab ein Problem, das der Abfallkorb im Zimmer nicht geleert war.
Beim Zweiten Bett im Zimmer war ein recht großes Loch im Bettbezug.

Die Einrichtung des Hotels war schon in bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Das kommt auf den Fotos nicht so rüber. Aber ein dickes Plus ist, dass das Personal an der Rezeption und an der Bar am Abend sehr serviceminded und zuvorkommend war. Daumen hoch! Deshalb würden wir das Hotel auch wieder wählen, bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Aachen.
Fleckiger Teppich im Zimmer macht nicht so einen guten Eindruck, ist aber auch keine Katastrophe. :)

Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet, es gibt Kaffee, Tee und Wasser zur freien Verfügung. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und es gibt mehrere unterschiedliche Kopfkissen zur Auswahl.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist umfangreich und qualitativ hochwertig. Es gibt von allem mehrere Variationen und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Die Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich, der Teppichboden könnte aber ausgetauscht werden, er hat sicher schon einige Jahre auf dem Buckel. Ebenso könnte das Bad eine Renovierung vertragen. Alles war sauber und funktional aber nicht ganz auf dem aktuellen Stand.

The room was a little cold and o could not turn off the bathroom fan - apparently there is a switch for this!
