Beautiful island, beautiful hotel and beautiful people.

Beautiful hotel with private jacuzzi and terrace. Staff were lovely and friendly. Car and driver available to take us into town and more importantly to pick us up when we were too tired to walk back.

The property was beautiful !! Breakfast in the garden was amazing not only the food to order but all the flowers were lovely. Room was fresh and clean with a jacuzzi on balcony facing the water , with spectacular views ! Staff. were friendly and the most helpful if you needed water or a ride or directions or reservations for dinner anything really they would get it for you ! we loved all of it and will be back!

Stunning Villa with Impeccable Service

Location was fantastic and provided a shuttle into the city center and port which made it much easier to navigate the steep streets. Staff were amazing especially Stefano and Pepe. They went above and beyond with the Birthday treat! Every thing was top notch.

Weather it was unseasonably cold but not under their control!

clean and love the hot tub outside the room.

i think the facilities could be a little better, like there isnt much to do in the hotel because its super small (luxury boutique hotel). The pool was not ready when we were there.

Great post-season, sunny week on Capri, staying at an excellent boutique hotel with great heritage.

Excellent service attitude, from reception, to drivers, and breakfast/service (thank you, Peppe!). Very tasteful decoration. Great views from the hotel. Excellent breakfast.

For most trips on the island, one has to first use the hotel private shuttle. It is always available though and the cars are in good shape and the drivers are very caring.

The best hotel experience while travelling in Italy!

The customer service was incredible! Everyone was extremely kind. Always tried to help us with everything, everytime we headed out, they gave us a bottle of water. The taxi service was also provided by the hotel (for free). They even bought the ferry tickets for us back to Sorrento! Like wow!

One of the best hotels we have stayed in with incredible views!

Beautiful hotel with excellent staff. Great location, clean rooms and the team can’t do enough for you. Peppe was an absolute gent, and made our trip memorable with his friendly demeanour. The team were very accommodating and happy to help with recommendations and explaining the islands. They pick you up from the marina and offer a complimentary taxi service to Capri centre. We asked the hotel to prebook a scooter for our arrival and it was there within 10 minutes of us arriving. The infinity pool is beautiful and they have a WhatsApp service for any requests. Breakfast can be served on your room balcony at no extra cost. Lovely boutique hotel with only 11 rooms, we had the infinity poo to ourselves for the majority of the time. One of the best hotels We have stayed in. Highly recommend this hotel.

This a small boutique 5 star with exceptional facilities and servise.

The servise is very personalized. They were able to get us the best reservations at short notice. All the recommendations were very good. I highly recommend this property.

A relaxing vacation experience in Capri

The staff is attentive to details and does everything to make you feel at ease, especially Peppe, the welcoming restaurant manager, who is kind and informative. An excellent restaurant with an outstanding and varied breakfast. Our room had a lovely jacuzzi with a magnificent view of the Gulf of Naples, a perfect way to call it a day.

The hotel location, though there’s a free shuttle (electric VW with zero CO2!!) that can take you to the port or to Capri center in matter of minutes.

Fantastic

THIS PLACE IS FANTASTIC! Every single person that works here is beyond kind and helpful. They go above and beyond to help you and accommodate every need or request. The rooms are cleaned as soon as you leave and when you come back it is spotless. The food is delicious, we enjoyed a breakfast feast everyday with Pepe, mostly in the solarium but had it in our room the last day. There is such a great selection of food and drinks. Pepe is one of a kind- great guy. We mentioned briefly that it was my wife’s birthday and Pepe went and got us a cake the night before and gave it to us for her birthday at breakfast with Prosecco. Budi, is the main driver and so nice and fun to chat with. The car is available for guest any time to shuttle around, unreal. Budi offered many suggestions on what to do and he really made the trip enjoyable and easy to get around. The front desk staff is top notch! Adriano & Stefano (and a kind lady that I did not get her name). They helped us with reservations for food, transfer, boats, tours, rental scooter, literally anything we asked they went out of their way. They take a lot of pride in this place and where they work and it truly shows. Our ferry was cancelled last minute due to weather and we didn’t know but Stefano was checking for us and let us know. He then booked us a different ferry and private ride to get to our destination without delay. Budi even went and picked up our ferry tickets prior. Being from Las Vegas, we understand service, and luxury villa excelsior park went way beyond our expectations. I could not recommend this place enough. Each room has a jacuzzi in it looking out to the water. This place only has 11 rooms so you feel like it’s your own with a full staff working with you. 11/10. Great job everyone we met and thank you

Hidden hospitality gem

Gianpiettro, Pepe, and all of the staff, which I unfortunately was not there long enough to spend more time with and learn their names, went above and beyond to make the stay elevate the sense of hospitality during our stay. Can’t wait to go back.

Staff are over and above. Beyond excellent attentive service. Extremely friendly and helpful.

Pool wasn’t ready, although will be very nice once complete. Location was ok, although staff made up for it by always providing transpiration in a moments notice, to and from the piazzetta or marina grande.

Amazing hotel close to everything

Everything was perfect and we had wonderful time in our beautiful room with a terrace and a jacuzzi. The service was excellent and the breakfast menu offered everything you could think of.

Amazing place, service and most important the people

I loved every little bit of it! I honestly can’t name a single thing that was missing. I in particular need to name Adriano, Pepe and Budi for the stunning attentive service provided daily and I loved the cozy almost family like atmosphere there. I def. going to come back ! Thank you! Beautiful colonial style hotel with amazing staff

Perfect location just out of the centre. Great views of the harbour with very good breakfast. Staff couldn’t be more helpful without being too intrusive; they also provide a free taxi service to the town square and port

Exceptional

I loved my entire expérience in this amazing luxury villa. The staff the location and the Food are very high level and really deserve a special mention here. Thanks for making this stay with my wife really unforgettable.

Issue with the stay payment. Did a pre Booking and pre payment and I have been asked wrongly to pay à second time. So now need to wait a refund that should be done shortly but still unconvenient when you leave...
