Sehr warm! Keine Möglichkeit seine Handtücher auf zu hängen!

13qm room booked. The bathroom itself got around 6-7qm, so there is not much left for 2 beds. No place to put the bags. Not possible to open windows. Very bad air condition even in the floor. I can’t understand this. Open a window in the floors!
Stairs are extremely out of balance. Nothing for elderly people.
For 60 eur pP you can get modern hotel room even in Düsseldorf Germany. Way overpriced these old hotels in the Centre of Amsterdam.
Too small. Bad air condition. No fresh air. Stairs are out of balance.

Vasca con una macchia strana

Great location and great staff, always clean sheets and towels in the morning
The room was really small and it got really hot at night while sleeping.

Good location. Helpful friendly staff.
The room was awful ! Who knew what Souterrain meant. Anyway it was below ground .. small .. and a window that sort of opened into disgusting "atrium". No fridge .. minimal amenities. $380AUD a night !! Admittedly we seem to have not done good research AND we thought it was the best price you could get. Turns out there are other city hotels with very large rooms, beautiful window views, in tge centre of town for tge same price we paid. Wont make the miatake again.

Location. Room.

The location was amazing and the free hot drinks machine from 7am to 12pm was great!
My room was on the ground floor and there was a gate outside the window, so only a little light came in to the room making it very dull.

Location perfect for lots of the attractions and to see Amsterdam. The room had basic facilities but expected for the price. Bed was comfortable

friendly staff and free tea and coffee before 12
very strong smell in the room of pain for cleaning product

the location
the pillows and the mattress, the absence of a lift, the noise at night.

nice location in the city center . the rooms are ok in size and good for 2 people.
wish the hotel had a lift. we were staying on the third floor and it’s difficult to climb with all the luggage

Smoking in other rooms (our neighbors was smoking) - bad things

The reception was super lovely and helpful.
The room was quite small, the images made it look a lot roomier. Additionally, it was definitely a little bit run down compared to the photos. For the price it was a bit too expensive.

Centrally located, near public transportation, lots of places to eat, super market, friendly & helpful staff. The room was what I booked online. No issues.

The location of the hotel is excellent, everything you need is nearby.. Lots of great food choices and it's within walking distance to both the van gogh museum and the Anne Frank museum. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Mustafa who went to great lengths to make my stay perfect.
There's nothing I didn't like, I had a fantastic stay and overall I'm really impressed.

The top floor deluxe room was amazing with a massive bathroom including 2 sinks a giant bathtub and a lovely rain shower. The room has a lot of space and beautiful big windows looking out across the city.
The room did have a weird smell I believe coming from the sewage so when we would come into the room after spending the day out we would open the windows pretty quickly to air things out.
