Martha's Vineyard has many charming shops with unique clothing, arts and crafts, eclectic gifts, gear, candy, and lots more for shoppers. Great parks, beaches, fishing and lots of terrific bike paths for outdoor fun. Local markets for groceries, fine wines, farmers markets, and pharmacies are all close by. Movie theaters, arcade, and the oldest carousel in the US, the Flying Horses, are all nearby. Charter boats, jet skiing, para-sailing, bikes and jeeps are available for the adventurous. Oak Bluffs has a great library, arts district, and historical sites to visit too. Eat out everyday at a different restaurant, from fine dining to snack bars, or pick up some fresh seafood to cook at home in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Watch beautiful sunsets while enjoying a glass of wine on Oak Bluffs Harbor or while relaxing comfortably at home with friends and family.
Getting around the island is easy! Rental car, taxi, or bike… all easy and convenient options. Also, Martha's Vineyard offers a comprehensive bus system that connects all towns, Edgartown, Oak Bluffs, Vineyard Haven, Aquinnah, Chilmark, and West Tisbury. Frequency of service varies with the season, but buses run regularly year-round and are a great cost-effective way to see the beauty of the Island. You can pay as you go, or purchase 1-day, 3-day, or 1-week bus passes on the buses, at the Steamship Authority or at the Edgartown Visitors Center. Buses may be boarded at stop or flagged en route in safe places for your convenience. All Vineyard Transit Authority (VTA) buses are handicap accessible. Visit their website for current schedules, route maps, fares and additional information. VTA buses are all equipped with bike racks, so you can take your bike with you on your more distant excursions—bike and bus— it's a great way to go!

The Park Estate is absolutely a phenomenal property. This estate has EVERYTHING you could ever want and need! The estate is well appointed, wonderfully located to travel throughout the area and the host, grounds keeper and everyone we communicated with was so kind, accessible and very informative. How we were so blessed to be able to rent this beautiful property at the last minute. It truly was fate. We look forward to future opportunities to stay here!

My family and I rented Rebecca's house for my mom's 80the birthday. We had a fabulous time! The pictures do not do the actual home justice. It was clean, beyond spacious and the grounds were just beautiful. In fact we are considering going back again next Summer with some friends. Rebecca was lovely to speak with on the phone and Claire, the caretaker could not have been more accomodating and willing to please. I would definitely recommend staying here for a relaxing vacation!

We stay @ HW rental luxurious properties every year and this is probably the best example of a rental property in which the staying experience is far different from that depicted on the HW website.
First, the bouquet:
Very easily accomodated our party of 12
Expansive property - with a horse farm next door and alpaca farm 2 houses away - makes for a nice walk
The brickbats:
Housekeeper is USELESS - not responsive and only responded after we touched base with the owner
The microwave and TV in the family room never worked during our stay
We complained about the MW day 1 and it was not repaired during our stay
The TV we wanted to use on our last day since it was raining - it did not work and we were given the excuse that the fuse blew because of lightening and that it was wired incorrectly
The kitchen has everything but one has to open the drawers to see the labels - they should be on the outside

The house is stunning, with a gorgeous large kitchen and plenty of room for our party of 20+. So much land and greenery around the house, a lot of room, a really nice pool and outdoor area that made for a stunning trip.
Rebecca was also very amenable, readily available and willing to help us with a couple of logistical issues we experienced on our side. I would definitely recommend this lodging and Rebecca herself. We had a wonderful time!

Absolutely recommend this house! Fabulous!
Everything about our stay in Martha's Vineyard was fabulous! Upon arrival the hosts had left us a welcome basket and the house was impeccably clean, warm, and inviting. The description of the listing was exactly as we experienced. The property manager, who also doubles as a Martha's Vineyard police officer, walked us through the entire home and was incredibly helpful with questions. Anything we needed was just a phone call away, but as it turns out we did not need a thing! We had a large group and cooked most of our meals in the phenomenal kitchen. The bedrooms were large and comfortable and the basement bunk room was perfect for the two kids in our group. Overall we had a great experience and would absolutely recommend this house!

Wow! Highly recommend this Vineyard estate!
This property is gorgeous. It far surpassed our expectations. My family enjoyed sun-filled days at the pool - which has a great baja shelf for smaller children to enjoy, and relaxing evenings on the patio where we enjoyed many meals together. The outdoor spaces are beautiful and it was such a treat to enjoy dinner and wine in the outdoor dining area! The home is well appointed with every amenity you could possibly need. Lots of space to spread out, beautiful furnishings, very clean, and plenty of places to sleep. The bunk beds are amazing and so comfortable. The common areas are family-friendly and comfortable, we absolutely loved spending this trip together as a family in this home. We will never forget our time here and cannot wait to book again. The owner and caretaker were so nice, attentive, and helpful. The process was easy and smooth... 5 STARS! Highly recommend!

Amazing
First and foremost, the pictures do no justice to this house. We had a large party so, people could be in the swimming pool, playing football, sitting in the house comfortably, and nobody was in anybody's way. The garden in the back was amazing and we sat there every night and it was a relaxing experience.
The kids loved the bunk bed room, and the play room right across it. We would absolutely go back in a heartbeat!

AMAZING Property - Great for Large Groups!
We stayed at the home with 20+ adults and there was plenty of rooms and beds for everyone. The caretaker arrived on time and was super helpful and Rebecca was very easy to coordinate with as well. The house was stocked with cooking supplies, which made making meals super easy. It seemed like it would also be really fun for children, as there was a playroom with lots of fun toys. There was a ton of room in the backyard to play lawn games, BBQ, and the pool and hot tub area were incredible. Overall, I would highly recommend and my group is just looking for a good excuse for all of us to go back!

Breathtaking, Better than the photos!
This is an absolutely fantastic property for a large (or small) group! The house is so beautiful, and looks just like the photos, and even better than expected. We had a group of 20 adults + 1 baby, and there was plenty of room for all of us to sleep and spend time with each other. We utilized the pool, outdoor grille, indoor kitchen, bedrooms, and visited local areas suggested by the owner. Rebecca - thank you for such a wonderful time!
