Beautiful home. Plenty of room so we weren’t crowded. Beautifully decorated and so clean. My only suggestion would be a marker at the driveway entrance so those like me don’t miss it.

We had a wonderful time on our recent trip to Estes Park. We spent a lot of time in town and Rocky Mountain National Park. The house was perfect for us. It is beautiful and in a great location close to town and RMNP. We would definitely love to stay in the house again!

Some cleanliness issues in the upstairs bathroom, check in was interesting. It was difficult finding the place and hard to find it at night when there was no lights.

This property is perfect on every level! Clean, comfortable, stunning views, close to town and Rocky Mountain National Park, and very affordable! It was our 2nd stay in Estes Park but our 1st time staying here. We will most definitely be coming back and reserving this beautiful location!

The house was perfect for us. One night we had elk in the backyard and the night day they were across the street. No need to drive to the national park for wildlife watching.

We thought this was a beautiful rental. Everything was clean, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the location was very convenient. We didn't have any really issues with the place except the check-in/check-out process. No one ever contacted us ahead of time to let us know that we needed to pickup a key downtown (~10 minute drive) and drop it off when we leave. This was very inconvenient compared to the other 3 rentals we had on this trip that had lockboxes or keyless entry. This could be a simple fix.

Just what we needed
Our family of 6 were perfectly comfortable. Everyone had their own bed. The home was clean and well-cared-for. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. We had no complaints.

Great House
The house was great for our needs. It felt new and clean and the bedroom layout was perfect for a family of three, plus Grandma. The beds were comfortable and the finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms were very nice. The duplex neighbors were quiet and we enjoyed the beautiful view from the back porch - lots of birds, prairie dogs, and an elk! It's also a good location for exploring the park. The only suggestion is an upgrade to the kitchen equipment. Like with many rentals, the pans were scratched and a new cutting board and cooking utensils would make this rental perfect.

Family Stay in Estest Park
This twin home property was so nice to stay in. This was the first time we had a garage available, which was great! The house itself was nice & clean & very peaceful. The beds were comfortable & bedrooms very quiet. The windows facing the mountains made a great place to sit & just relax.
I loved the kitchen, which was very functional for all the meals we ate there. The kitchen was well stocked with items we needed, from pans, to a crockpot & dishes.
Being so close to the Beaver Meadow entrance to RMNP was convenient. We really did not need to go through the downtown to get around & were able to use the "back roads" to get wherever we needed to go.
If you need a quiet get away, a place to watch the stars & the mountains, this was a great home for all of that.
We all loved staying here for the week! Thank you!

Perfect place
We had a fabulous stay at this beautiful townhome in Estes park! It was an ideal location, so close to town and the RMNP entrance. The inside is beautiful and has a perfect layout for adults and families! There was a pack n play which was so helpful for us. The view out back is amazing and we could see so many stars at night. We will be back and couldn’t have picked a better place!

This property was new, clean and fully stocked with anything you needed. Deer right up to windows and close to Rocky Mountain National park. Close to restaurants and provisions. Would stay again. Only wish was door code entrances versus picking/ dropping keys at realtor.

Family Getaway
Our original trip was scheduled for Thanksgiving 2020, but because of Covid-19, the state of Colorado was shutting down to prevent people from traveling in. We were VERY grateful for Seth working with us to reschedule our trip to Spring Break 2021, which we just took last week. It was the first time my family and in-laws stayed at a vacation rental home instead of a hotel when we come visit Estes Park and this experience has won them over! We loved the home we stayed in and was impressed by the homeowner's comfortable home and how well stocked they had it. The location was perfect...just close and far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the main strip! The bonus was the nightly visits that we got to witness from the family of 7 deer who grazed in the backyard as they went on. We also enjoyed the bunnies, too! Beds were comfy and bathrooms were well stock with towels and necessities. We enjoyed sitting in the living room by the fireplace spending quality time visiting, watching TV, reading and playing card games with the kids! Definitely would stay here again!

Relaxing getaway with our family.
We really enjoyed our stay. Since COVID cancelled our plans for a fall vacation we chose to find a place close to home to go to recharge. This place was perfect. It was very clean, simple and cozy. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Plenty of towels and a few extra blankets available for snuggling up for a movie in front of the fire. Had everything we needed and location was great especially for access to RMNP. Loved our time there!

Fabulous
This property was very clean and very nice. The Beds were high quality with cotton sheets, high quality bedding and towels. Lots of extra towels, toilet paper, trash bags, comfortable furniture and a good amount of kitchen utensils. We really appreciated the strict no pet policy due to severe allergies and I also appreciated that they limited their use of fabric softener so there was no strong smells to aggravate our allergies either. Everything smelled fresh but not perfumed. We stay vrbo several times a year and this was one of the best ever!

Convenient to RMNP
Very nice house close to the entrance of RMNP.
5.0 / 10.0
This house was absolutely perfect for our family stay. The location can't be beat - 5 minutes into RMNP (without having to pass thru downtown Estes) and 5 minutes into Estes Park. House was clean, modern and very comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. My only complaint is that we were notified upon check in (Saturday) that the dishwasher was broken, but we're assured it would be repaired Monday. Long story short, the communication from the property manager was not great and the dishwasher did not get fixed during our stay, which was difficult as we had planned on preparing most of our meals at the house.Other than that, we would definitely stay in this house again.

Very nice, modern home. Kitchen is big enough to cook a full meal. Beds are very comfy. Great view of the mountains from the family room. Just make sure to stop and get the keys before heading to the property.

Great home, great location
The townhouse was super clean and plenty of space for me and my 3 daughters. It had everything we needed and expected. Internet was a little slow at times. Nice view of the sunset from the living room. Super close the RMNP. The office is about 15 minutes away to get / drop off keys.

Chill getaway in the mountains
This is just what my family needed. Plenty of space to spread out and chill in the mountains. Full kitchen was nice as I like to cook (particularly during a pandemic). I left a few recommendations with the property manager for fully stocking the kitchen. It was clean, new construction, and plenty of space for me and my two teenage boys. Could easily accommodate more. Great experience!

Beautiful new luxury home
Great location, gorgeous house with nice amenities. We especially liked the kids room upstairs that had 3 beds, a game table & plenty of room to spread out. The property was only a couple miles to RMNP and was close to downtown Estes Park. We had a wonderful stay! Thanks!

Great location and a wonderful property
We stayed here to go hike at RNP, the horse is a great location to park entrances! Close enough to town to get anything we needed, and the house was well supplied if you forgot anything or ran out of things like tp and trash bags. ❤️

Nice place
Nice place and location is perfect for getting in and out of downtown Estes. Worked perfectly for our family get a way! Just didn’t like that the heaters are on the ceiling and don’t heat the place up very fast in the winter months and then the upstairs was blazing hot since heat rises.
