Very disappointed on this stay

The room was outdated, the mattress springs you could feel the springs, my husband and did not sleep well at all. The bathroom was really outdated.

The mattress was so uncomfortable I would not recommend the price I paid the room.should be worth 25 pounds not happy at all

Clean, well equipped, flexible!

The self check-in and check-out system is really helpful and flexible. Our room was very clean and the bed super fluffy! The room had all the facilities that makes a stay convenient.

Good aparthotel concept spoiled by mattress

Pleasant location. Interesting business model of moderate prices and communal kitchen. All instructions totally clear. Staff pleasant and positive.

The bed was dreadful. Springs hardly covered with any softness,and difficult to find a comfortable position. A shame that enough money not spent on such an important aspect of a hotel.

Cheap, easy access to London, not the cleanest of places!

The property was close to local amenities, 10 minute walk to a train station.

The mattress needs replacing, lumpy and springs did in, the bed frame needs replacing, every move was noisy, the rooms, communal area need cleaning better. Some areas looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months. The curtains didn’t cover the whole window so the light shone through at 5am! I understand the whole ‘you get what you pay for’ situation…. A bit of new bedding and coke cleaning of the rooms and areas will do wonders.

The property is a little far if you will be spending most of your time in central London. it was really well priced and well stocked. It had everything a traveler on a budget would need

Exceptional

The hospitality of the host is unbelievable. He is the kindest and most helpful person I've known managing a hotel/ Airbnb. The rooms are simple but have everything you need ( iron, kettle, table and chairs, tv WiFi excellent) and are well maintained, and the location is EXCELLENT. Train 3 minutes walking and the bus right at the door. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, a perfect zone, and there are bars and restaurants. The fridge for breakfast is always full, and you can use it anytime. I highly recommend it. Thanks so much for everything and kind regards to James!! You guys made a lovely memorable trip and stayed.

in whole I felt safe and slept well.

I liked 5 things which is basic but very important,toilet, towel & bed was clean, quiet night, good smell in the room. I am great full for the opportunity to have been able to rest in. this is the best of the worse place I stayed in so far in my life.

the smell going up the the room, probably coming from old carpet… damage floor in the bedroom, bathroom not great but clean and the fourniture did not look great.

The Good the Bad and the Ugly.

Close to Norbury train station. Bus links on the doorstep number 50 Easy to get to Brixton on the number 109. The breakfast fridge was well stocked, so you could have all day breakfast. Cooking facilities available to cook your own meal too The bed was clean and there were clean towels.I slept well on my creaky bed. Loved the fridge freezer in the room, the kettle was clean but did not use it.

I stayed in room four which has the dirtiest windows I have ever encountered. Strange set up with people walking through the property from the apartment at the back of! the property, just didn't feel safe. In the property manual it also states that they are not responsible for your property in your room. There was no hand wash in the room The toilet was very tricky to flush and the room door was not easy to close. Someone was cooking at 2am in the morning and burnt their food.. My room was on the first floor and the smell woke me up.

we won’t book it again

easy check in and out, and easy free parking we arrived late so we didn’t see any staff.

there is a kettle in the room but no cups to make a cuppa! useless. not very comfortable mattress but the place was reasonably cleaned, hot water takes a while too

Room was spacious bed was very comfortable TV ,kettle and fridge in room .also toilet & shower, breakfast cereal tea coffee and kitchen all available downstairs for free was able to park on property so as I was working close by was brilliant stay for me would definitely stay again

Good alternative for a short stay! free breakfast!

You have free breakfast and you can use the kitchen. The accomodation is close to train station and there is a bus stop right next to the entrance. Staff was also helpful.

Accommodation is quite old as well as furniture (eg beds). But I think for a short stay in London is worth it, also taking into account the prices of accommodation closer to the city center.
