Je recommande totalement !

Grand logement. Équipements avec cuisine, machine à laver et climatisation. Emplacement proche des centres d'intérêts et de la ligne rejoignant l'aéroport. Personnel à l'écoute et efficace.

良かった

安い。モノレールの壺川駅から徒歩4分と近く空港までのアクセス便利。15分くらい歩けば国際通りや飲み屋街、バスターミナルまで行けるのでレンタカー要らずでした。

坂道が続くので足腰が悪い方にはしんどいかもしれません。

最低最悪

窓から見える景色と屋上からの景色

何度か利用しいつも満足して帰っているのでリピートしていますが、今回は最低ランクな評価です。今回も眺めの良い7階の部屋に案内されて嬉しい気分で入室。おまけにロフトまであり最高な気分でしたが、一瞬で最悪な気分に。ロフト、埃だらけで全く掃除していない。って言うことは、ここの清掃は従業員が歩いている時の目先の所しか清掃出来ませんって事なんだなと思いました。だったらロフトのある部屋とかは案内しないのか、そもそも利用出来ないようにしておけば良いのではないですか？とにかく不愉快でイライラした滞在でした。

コスト重視なら、良い。

歩ける範囲に駅やスーパー、沖縄そば屋，ドンキなどがあった。物干し竿や洗濯バサミ、ハンガーがたくさんあったので，バルコニーで衣類やウェットスーツを干せて助かった。レンジやポットだけでなく、トースターもあった。

玄関に置いてあった芳香剤が臭かった。バルコニーに出した。コインランドリーがあるが、脱水だけができないため，ウェットスーツの扱いに困った。

坂を登るのがちょっと大変でしたが、ロケーションはまあまあ。部屋も最小限のものは揃っていて、長期滞在には便利でした。

ホテルと違って自炊できるのが利点

おもろまちの那覇メインプレイスに行くと、米2合パックが300円くらいで買えます。米はそこで買い、おかずは安里駅前の栄町りうぼうで調達して自炊しましたが、沖縄料理をたらふく安価に食べられて良かったです。ゆいレールの1日乗車券で、首里城公園にでも行った帰りに買い物して壺川に戻ると良いかも。近所にスーパーやドンキも一応ありますけど。炊飯器や調理器具も一通り揃ってて便利。ホテルではこうはいかないですからね。

2度目の滞在で慣れているので特に無し。

The hotel is well equipped and conveniently located for a reasonable price

The apartment was very spacious and well equipped but the best part was that it was good value for money. Also, the location of is very good as it is handy for the main shopping street and Naha’s main bus terminal.

There was not much I didn’t like. The only improvement I can think of is to have an optional cleaning service because while I did appreciate the privacy of not having cleaners entering my room everyday, I would have liked the rubbish to have been taken out twice a week as the rubbish was starting to pile up by the end of my stay.

Nice, convenient small apartment close to centre. Friendly efficient personnel.

Folks at reception spoke good English and were very helpful with directions and checking in/ out. Great position near centre of city and convenient to port, railway, airport etc.

Building quite dated and worn out so the kitchen facilities, for example, could really use a complete update.

Nice location and great digs for a few days.

They reception where great and helpful and the room was large and clean and very nice.

The beds were some of the hardest I have had in Japan and it would be nice if there could have been at least a couple of pillows. I didn't ask for another pillow so that is on me, but the beds are rock hard.

Bad experience

staffs were very efficient..location was very convenient area to discover NAHA.

Bad smell in the room and furnitures are too old and bad cover is totally under standard which made me uncomfortable night..Room condition absolutely must be improved , specially bad smell and bed linen. Wall was too dirty and many dust on the floor.

Good value, especially if you want to save money by cooking yourself and for small families.

It was like having an effiecieny apartment for the price of a hotel room. I have lived in Japan a long time, so I was happy to be able to buy groceries cook some meals in the small kitchen. It had the basics for cooking, a refrigerator and gas stove. (There is a lot of space between the flame and the pots, it too a long time to boil water) Having a real coffee maker was great. There is a small outdoor courtyard with tables that could be used too, but they get wet when it rains. The stafff was helpful supplying anything we needed. I would stay there again. The chairs are like dining table chairs, not too comfy for relaxing.

More comfortable furniture. The toilet was not thoroughly cleaned. I cleaned it myself after arrival.

Home Away from Home

Convenient location near a monorail station, the main bus terminal, downtown and supermarkets and restaurants. Best value for money Fully equipped self-catering

It might not be the best soundproofed accommodation in Naha but you can't have it all at this price. When we stayed for 2 weeks for Xmas and New Year it was quiet 🙂

I am definitely coming back again if I find myself needing a place to stay in Okinawa.

Our room was spacious and super clean with two balconies. All the facilities are in excellent working order. The amenities were great. Excellent wi-fi signal. Very very well equipped and comfortably appointed. Highly recommend.

My mom thinks the pillows were too soft and the bathroom a bit small and claustrophobic but that just my mom being my mom : )
