Excellent location and gardens around the accommodation lovely.
Grandchildren enjoyed the pool very much.
Shop well stocked and croissants etc lovely.
Staff generally helpful and friendly.
Useful to have restaurant etc on site.
Accommodation cramped for 6 people, particularly the living area.
Info said toiletries provided which was misleading as only a basic starter pack.
Cleanliness not the best and certain items such as parasol on decking, some mattresses and duvets and seal on fridge needed to be replaced as showing signs of serious wear and tear.
When there was a long power cut causing loss of electricity and water(no pump) we were not kept updated except towards the end when a lovely young man came to talk to us.
Think a bit of an update is needed as the accommodation we didn’t pay a budget price.

Eravamo già stati all’Idro Glamping Boutique e abbiamo voluto ripetere!

Perfect for my 3 and 6 year old. Restaurant in evening was great a kids had run of the place and were safe
restrictions on aircon considering the price was a bit much. Cabin was cramped but not that much of an issue

Great location, cozy camping with good restaurant and amazing views. Close to the local shopping center and walking distance from beautiful Italian villages & touristic spots (shops, restaurants, bars).
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Check out time could be one hour later.

Great location overlooking the lake. Lovely bar area.
Bungalow wasn't huge, neither was the veranda.

Cabins are new, clean, modern. Staff are good. View is fab, from restaurant area view is amazing. kids liked kids club, loved pool and slides. There is a great and big playground for older kids. We didn’t eat much on site but anything we got was good and reasonable.
The gorgeous town of Salo is a nice walk along water, about 20 mins away.
Pools were Baltic! layout of living room was poor, but as there was no English channels it meant we didn’t watch tv anyway.

The staff, the view, the room, the pool, the restaurant, the location, the facilities
The family room lacks space for luggage , family room is the most far away from the parking and the climbing is serious

very friendly staff, great location and amenities, very well maintained and clean camprground. didn’t get the chance to try the food in the restaurant but it looked very cozy and inviting, not at all what you’d expect from a campground. we had rented a trailer-like bungalow which was totally fine but would probably need a tiny bit of a refresh as it showed signs of use. but that’s a minor downside of an otherwise fantastic stay!
just a bit used bungalow. nothing that can’t be fixed quickly between seasons

We stayed in the panorama cottage, the views of the lake are stunning and really made our stay.
The facilities for children are great, we enjoyed using the parks and the disco that is held each evening. This gave us the opportunity to eat our dinner less interrupted which is rare with a toddler!
The location was great for us, we loved walking into Salo which is a long(ish) but beautiful and enjoyable walk along the lake.
The restaurant served good food, the pizza in particular is great. The staff were always friendly.
The indoor play area could be better. There were some toys but they were broken/needed to be cleaned.

The walk from the bus stop is risky, there are no pedestrian pathways

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We changed our tent to a better one with better view and near the bathroom. Weather was a bit cold, but they gave us warm blankets so it was even hot at night even on thunderstorm. The tent was not leaking even on big rain.
Not as near to the beach as it seems in map.

The pool was great with amazing view! A lot of fun for kids. Staff very nice and polite.
Was noisy from the aircon next to us and car parking behind us.

Very picturesque location, amazing views.
Site well kept, especially the gardens.
Pool area nice, pool clean.
Staff nice.
Outside bar area nice.
Food above average.
Room was not clean.
Previous users dirty washing up brush in kitchen drawer, barbecue covered in grease and hair, decking covered in bbq grease at one end, curtains didn't cover front windows properly so people using the gym could see in, splashes of food etc on doors inside and out, splashes of other people's soap and toothpaste in bathroom, floor and shower surround not clean, nowhere to store luggage, space around double bed was unacceptable.
Not enough information about what was going on, told to use QR code for activities but didn't work.
