Al telefonos nos dijeron que podiamos dejar las maletas en un casillero que tenian y La persona de la limpieza mal educada. O encargada nunca se presentó y ella mandaba ahí y no booking.todo mal. Nunca nos dejo entrar para dejar las maletas.
Nos dieron un código al teléfono que ella los cambió.
Ella tenía los códigos de las puertas.
Las camas de resorte. Que se sentían en le cuerpo.

Le bruit, on entends les voisins, la rue …
Le fait d’avoir demander d’assembler 2 lits pour faire un grand lit qui a été accordé et pas fait.
Manque rideau au fenêtres on ne peux pas ouvrir les volets tout le monde voit à l’intérieur en bas et en haut aussi.

Ottima posizione, vicinissima alla Sagrada famiglia, appartamento molto comodo e spazioso, 2 bagni e 3 stanze
Il check in è orribile.
Consiglio per chi soggiornerà: tramite i messaggi alla struttura, chiedete 2 codici per entrare: uno servirà per entrare nel portone principale e l' altro per entrare nell' appartamento...e comunicate con la struttura con l' area messaggi di booking... lì rispondono.

Att lägenheten var stor och välstädad.
Incheckningen. Numret vi skulle ringa fungerade inte när vi kom fram och instruktionerna var rätt otydliga. Dock blev allt bra efterhand men det tog alldeles för lång tid då vi bara fick stå och vänta

Didn’t like a single thing
Had the worst experience ever. Owner locked us out of our property we paid for and would not reply to our messages. We had to sleep on the street overnight. Still no response from the owner. We had to pay for a locksmith (£300) the owner “Jose” read all of our messages sent and still no response. Would just like a refund ASAP.

perfect 3 bedroom apartment for my family vacation. location was close to a metro but walking distance to plenty of restaurants and even sagrada família. about 15-20 min
the check in process could be a little better but it was still okay. Eli has places whatsapp number all over the lobby so you can contact her when you’re checking in

Location. The location was outstanding, it is 15m walking distance from La Sagrada Familia, 3m walking distance from the Guinardó metro station and 3 blocks away from a couple of supermarkets. The area is safe
This was a pricey rental, which I accepted but with a higher expectations of service and condition of the apartment.
The low rating is attributable to (1) the host’s lack of communication and consideration; (2) worn the furniture and wall paper; (3) missing basic toiletries, such as soap and shampoo; and (4) the poor condition of the dish and clothes washers.
Lack of communication. Other than at check-in, don’t expect the host to communicate, he ignored all my texts.
Lack of consideration. I work from home. While I was on a conference call, three people came into the apartment to change the door locks from key to code. No one let me know ahead of time to make sure my valuables were put away, or to coordinate so it wouldn’t affect my work/plans. They came with drills and were very loud. When they finished, I didn’t get the code for the door so I was locked in for an hour. I had to contact Booking (the host never replied) to get it.
Inaccurate portray of apartment conditions. The pictures are outdated, the furniture is older and damaged, rips on the couch, burnt marks on the tables, animal scratches and significant wear on the bed headboard, wall paper peeling off in the 2nd room, and several burnt light bulbs.
Appliances. Kitchen and bathrooms were well kept but the dishwasher did not open the soap dispenser automatically, so it basically just sprayed water and the clothes washer left my clothes with black spots that appeared to be mold.
Supplies. It is missing the basics, for example to cook, oil, salt and pepper would have been a great add. There was no detergent for the clothes. There was no soap or shampoo in any bathroom, instead they opted to provide lotion, conditioner, deodorant and loofahs. When I asked the staff for soap, I was told they did not provide that, although in Booking “free toiletries” are advertised. They did have an ample supply of toilet paper, no complaints there.

No breakfest included, location was great. Lots of good food within walking distance.
Better communications for check-in, calls from the property were made during the flight to Barcelona that could not be received. Once we arrived it took 3 hours to get the keys to the apartment.

3 rooms and 2 toilets with proper amenities
no shower gel and shampoo provided, also the responsible party came late for keys and didn’t reply message until the very last moment

Apart from the check-in process messy and not clear, no information on the description, not possible to reach the owner, the flat was clean and comfortable, the location is OK, just next to the metro and not far from the Sagadra Familia.

Get the keys is an experience. The property phone number does not work. Check-in starts at 16:00, if you have any issue with the check-in process, best to arrive between 16:00 to 17:00 and get the chance to meet either the person who is managing the bookings or someone from the building who can help.
Check-in Process : You need to enter the building first, then reach to the red digital box. Here you need to enter your booking reference and name, pay the tourist tax. It will then tell you your flat number, like "1-2" = 1st Floor, Door 2.
The red digital box should give you a card, similar to the one in hotels, to open the hotel's doors. Most of the time it does not work, it says the keys are inside the flat in a locker and gives you a passcode.
You have an open "Open Main Door". Here, if you are not alone, one of you can go up in front of the door and the other one click on the button "Open Main Door" it will open the door, then you can pick up the keys inside the flat, there is no locker most of the time.

cleaning products and towels are not provided in the kitchen, the bathroom does not have as well cleaning products. this is not clearly described in the apartment description. there was also loud noises from the neighbors next door, the apartment is not soundproof as advertised

The apartment is very nice, with a good location. There is a spacious terrace and all the necessary appliances and utensils for the household.
There was no soap and toiletries in the bathroom, as written in the description of the apartment. There were also no cleaning products.

The location was ok. Very close to the metro station and the neighbourhood has everything that one may need. Barcelona was great!
I am also an apartment owner and a partner of Booking.com,but some experiences here leave me no choice but to leave this review. We came quite late, directly from the airport to spend more than 30 minutes in a process that hasn't gave us the keys. Finally, we were allowed remote access to find out that there is not even a soap for a decent shower.
The apartment was not the same as in pictures, different furniture, the bed in the main room has animal like scratches and we have all developed rash and itching and bedbugs bites with me getting high temerature and some groin infection and spending one whole day on Paracetamol and continuing treatment with Suniderma cream that I had to buy in the pharmacy nearby .
The cooking pan(teflon) is completely scratched which is considered as a healt hazard if used, there was no sponge or dish soap.
There is no WiFi password anywhere, we had to ask for it the next day.
There is a dog across the balcony, barking and howling most of the nights.
When I ask about the check out (48h before departure) I got no reply.
To be frank, this was an accommodation from some nightmare. Maybe some animals were staying here, a long summer season wore it out, but some real investment is needed and experts to fume out whatever is alive and biting here.

Near to the metro, nice location
Apartment doesn’t the same as it is on pictures, so lower your expectations when you are picking this place. It took us hour and half to call to the owner just to get into the building, the machine for checking in was awfully slow, electric key was broken, so I had to call landlord each time I had to open the door.
The landlord and his team ignored our complaints and no one showed up as it was promised. There are no laundry detergent or tablets for washing machines, no soap or anything else.
Old blankets with holes in them. Not furnitures as it was on pictures. All furniture is old and needs replacing or repairing.
They view not on the street but into the inner yard where it smells from nearest restaurants. There are no chairs on the balcony as it was on the pictures.
It is also very noisy and you can hear all your neighbours. Dirty walls are accomplishing the composition
But landlord or his team is the biggest problem here. They are ignoring any your complaints and stay silent. Second time I called they just hanged up on me.

Nicely located apartment, quiet neighbourhood, metro station is very close and has a direct line to the beach. During our stay, the bedding was changed and the apartment was cleaned. Small grocery shops, where one can get everything needed for cooking are nearby.
It is impossible to get in contact with representatives, the phone number which is given is not in use, so we were leaving many voice messages. Impossibly complicated is getting the keys, first of all, one cannot enter the main entrance without keys (have to wait on the street when someone comes in or out) what is needed to get to the red box where one can print the apartment door key (card), which in our case didn't work! Eventually more, than 1/2h later one woman, who could speak only Spanish rushed in and gave us keys. Last but not least, it is more than a month since we visited Barcelona but we have been incapable of getting the invoice for our stay.

it’s was clean & nice area,reading some of the reviews we were a bit worried about getting into the property, but was fine we rang the number on the main door & it opened then had to put in details of booking & pay after doing this the key card come out of the machine
it would of been nice to have had washing up liquid & a cloth, also host did not respond to my messages on day of arrival

the company and accomodation were terrible ABSOLUTELY NEVER BOOK! We checked in in a different room than we had booked. This space was very bad and neither Castro nor booking.com did anything about it. Contacted booking.com directly and booking indicated that the company would arrange a compensation. Contacted the company and booking.com several times during our stay but both were unresponsive. Now that the stay is over, both the company Castro and booking.com say that they will not compensate. IN SHORT: YOU PAY FOR SOMETHING YOU NEVER RECEIVE. AN ADVICE AVOID CASTRO COMPANY AND FACILITIES!!! Below is an excerpt from a message we send to Castro and Booking.com that has never been responded to: The space where we are staying now has nothing to do with anything exclusive, as mentioned in the booking, it is a kind of hostel-like dark cave with no outside space. I would like to hear from you how you will solve your shortcoming. I have also contacted Booking.com. The room we checked into is far from the one we booked. The space we are now staying in does not have a spacious living room with balcony and sofa bed for which we have paid, no luxury kitchen with dishwasher for which we have paid, no double bed for which we have paid, no luxurious bathroom with bath for which we have paid and no second bathroom what we paid for. The space we are currently staying in is not the apartment that we have booked on booking.com and for which we have paid. The apartment doesn't look like anything exclusive but looks more like a sleeping area within a hostel.

A 15 minute walk to Sagrada Familia and a 15 Euro taxi to La Rambla or the beach. 2 Minute walk to the shop. Very clean with all the facilities you need to feel at home. The aircon was fantastic! Lots of great local restaurants nearby. Highly recommend La Llauneta.
Not a great view from the patio, the couch a bit torn and our bed a bit uncomfy but would still stay here again.
