Suitable location to Al Haram

Everything was great : location,rooms, staff,elevators,view..

Car parking , there is no car parking for this hotel , you need to park your car at Kudy parking , Rooms is tiny

Location, the staff in the lower order

During our recent stay at a reputed five-star hotel, we encountered a series of unfortunate experiences that significantly detracted from our stay. Our booking consisted of two rooms, one being a suite and the other a two-bedroom unit. Upon arrival, we were dismayed to find both bathrooms in deplorable conditions. The doors could not be locked from the inside, necessitating one person to stand guard outside to prevent accidental intrusions – a considerable inconvenience and breach of privacy. We reported this issue to the maintenance team, who initially responded and fixed the problem. However, the solution was short-lived; the door lock malfunctioned again, leaving the bathroom inaccessible and us in a bind. Further exacerbating our discomfort, upon returning from prayer, we discovered that our room door was inoperable. Despite changing keys, the problem persisted, and it took two hours and maintenance intervention before we could access our room again, a particularly distressing situation as it occurred during the first day of Ramadan. When we voiced our concerns to the reception, the manager's response was disappointingly rude, displaying a lack of professionalism unworthy of a hotel of their standing. Despite requesting to speak with his superior, our request was denied, undermining the level of customer service expected at such an establishment. Although we were eventually relocated to another room, the suite's bathroom remained unrepaired, prompting us to check out prematurely. The hotel management's silence on the matter, coupled with their failure to follow up on our complaints, was disheartening. Given these experiences, we feel compelled to escalate the matter to the Hajj/Umrah Authorities, as the hotel's treatment of guests, especially during the Ramadan season, falls short of the standards prescribed by the Hajj/Umra ministry.

Superb stay with good rooms

The only thing 5 star about this hotel was Abdul Haleem

Location, location, location Abdul Haleem, the housekeeping guy was cool and sorted out stuff well beyond his remit. Concierge service was really good - they went above and beyond. Much like Abdul Haleem.

Dirty carpet Cigarette smell Bleach / 'Kerestel' smell (for my bengali audiences) in the lift and lobby + lower floor rooms No bin bags (except Abdul Haleem's wizardary) Small rooms, not fit for purpose Broken sockets Exposed wiring Non five star experience - trust me, it ain't five star. Mattress was back in the 50s. Painful, back aches are back to haunt me once again. Shattaff was leaking after use. Air con was hit and miss - hot water took an age to get hot

في ايلاف كنده الحرم اقرب لك من المخده

قرب المكان من الحرم موظفين الاستقبال متعاونين جدا وفي غاية الاحترام حصلت لدينا مشكلة صغيرة في مغسلة الحمام وتم نقلنا مباشرة الى غرفة اكبر وذات اطلالة فلهم الشكر الجزيل وغاية الود والاحترام

Unfortunately this time unpleasant

I stayed couple of time in this hotel. Location is the best when you have a short trip and your parents are accompany you.

This last visit disappointed on behalf of the management . The hotel approach was closed due to road maintenance and hotel admin didn't inform although I received a confirmation call from reception day before. It took more than an hour to reach the hotel on foot (with luggage and my mother - wheelchair). They should have closed during this road maintenance period.
