Good location, very nice staff, great roof terrace, shame the rooms are a little lacking.

An oasis of peace in a very busy city. The staff were great and changed our room after a noisy first night. The roof terrace was very nice, with fresh cooked food and excellent waiters.

The rooms just lacked western standards.

We had booked for 3 nights but ended up staying just one as it is not a safe place for gentlemen

I liked the room that i booked

This hotel have a party floor where people can come and drink and dance..The environment is totally inappropriate; specially the activities out of social norm is really bothering. The lobby is rubbish, no warm welcome and the staff were not friendly.

No regrets at all

The Buffet breakfast was very good.The staff were extremely friendly and polite. They helped us with anything we needed and we didn’t face any problems whatsoever.

There weren’t any power outlets on the bed side. So i couldn’t charge my devices while in bed. Moreover the light controls don't have much options and turning one switch off turns off the entire light of the room.

I wholeheartedly suggest others to stay here in this very convenient hotel 4+ star (in CBD)

I liked the staff, everybody was very much caring, prompt to response and speaking with smiley face. Buffest breakfast was fantastic. I have no language to express my gratitude to front desk. Its worth staying in this hotel close to city centre with a very reasonable price. The room was very much neat and tidy.

Everything was fantastic beyond doubt. I expected different coffees (flat white cappuccino, etc) in buffet breakfast, but its not a big deal at all. Overall , everything was more than expected

Very central hotel with rooftop restaurant

The rooftop restaurant was very nice with the bonus of being able to purchase a local beer. The buffet breakfast was very good and the room size was good.

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. We also found the reception area very unwelcoming especially when we arrived late at night for checking in.

Staff is friendly and supportive. I was happy with the big water bottles. Food in both the restaurants was of good quality. (Perhaps I'm spoiled living in the UAE) Water from the tap clean and not smelly.

The quality of the room, old and small. For a king room it was not for a small king ;-). Bathroom had a leakage on the floor, but this is presumably resolved now..

Good amenities, nice rooftop pool. Horrible neighbourhood, stay elsewhere unless you need to be here

Breakfast was nice, rooftop pool was quite ok (although super loud due to honking in the streets). Nice room.

A great introduction to Dhaka.

The breakfast was incredible. One of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had. Great variety and all delicious. A highlight of our stay. Airport shuttle was very efficient and completely necessary as we would never have reached the hotel without. One day the hotel arranged a driver for us at short notice which was really useful. The hotel is right in the centre, which was great because we wanted to be in the think of things but for people wanting a quieter stay it may not be the best choice.

One room was bit small and no place to out luggage so we were stepping over our suitcases in the middle of the floor the whole time. We had a table and chair in the room but due to lack of space, it would have been better without. We would have liked more information about what to do and how to get around.
