Струва си

Разположен в приятна градина с големи дървета и статуи. Чисти и големи външни басейни, вкл. за много малки деца. Два вътрешни басейна, работещи като джакузи, големи и с различна температура на водата. Много удобни матраци. Вкусна и разнообразна храна на закуска и вечеря. Чудесен ресторант с тераса и озеленяване на последния етаж, приятна музика.

Good hotel over all.

Great Hotel, clean rooms with very comfortable beds. Very Friendly staff.

The large outside swimming pool was not yet opened, I expect it to be open this time of the year. The outside bar was not open either and was under constructions which is something that should have been done before this time of the year. The beer selection in the swimming pools bars was very very poor.

Only one shower in the sauna and steam bath area, you have to wait after sauna for the shower, that is not good.

Прекарването ни бе чудесно и пълноценно

Хотелът е с чудесно местоположение. Има своя паркова среда, която се поддържа много добре и много скулптури като музей на открито. Паркингът е удобен има достатъчно паркоместа, охраняем е и е безплатен за гостите на хотела. Фоайето и общите части на хотела са просторни и артистични. Въпреки, че хотелът беше запълнен вероятно поради ваканцията на учениците и има много стаи, това не се усеща нито по коридорите, нито по общите части - зали, спортни съоръжения, басейни, ресторанти и др. Налични са много басейни - открити и покрити за всички възрасти, SPA зони и зони за релакс, фитнес зали, тенис кортове и всичко за което може да се сети или пожелае гостът на хотела. Хотелът е в близост до известните минерални извори, крепостта, парка и центъра на града, както и до много и чудесни ресторанти и заведения. Закуската беше перфектна, разнообразна и вкусна.

Почистването на стаята и подмяната и подреждането и. От вътрешната страна на вратата не е поставен ключ или допълнителна брава за сигурност, което създава усещане за несигурност на гостите. Смесителите на мивките се движат с големи усилия, въпреки, че са качествени.

Room stank of cigarette smoke, although supposed to be no-smoking indoors, unhelpful and unfriendly staff, not enough staff to handle the crowds at the breakfast, oldish building and room decor

Изключително отзивчив персонал и добър мениджмънт. Грижат се престоят на гостите да бъде отличен. Богата закуска. Разкошна градина и разнообразни по вид водни басейни или джакузи.

* Дребни забележки по интериора - скъсан тапет или изкъртен обков. * Липса на уют в зоната със сауна и парна баня. Помещението за релакс и банята към него се нуждаят от цялостен ремонт. Усещането е за неподдържано и занемарено място. Има нужда и от светлина.

Прекалено голям за моите предпочитания хотел. Чудесна локация, приветлив персонал . Добра закуска, прекрасен парк. Просторен паркинг.

Новото крило на хотела е меко казано трудно достъпно. Ако сте настанени на по-долните етажи до стаята се стига с поредица от качвания, слизания, бродене по коридорите на двете крила. Пълна недомислица, не мога да гадая какво би се случило ако има земетресение или пожар...

Very good

The rooms are spacious and clean; the swimming pool is great, the hotel is well located- all green and quite. The majority of the staff was well trained and polite, the food at the pool restaurant was very good. It has tennis courts and bowling so all fun for children and families.

The internet connection was bad, the ladies at the reception (with the exception of the one with the blue hair) were out of space. They had no idea why they were there. The swimming pool was not well cleaned as all my swimming suits and shirts became yellow. The corridor smelled a lot of chemicals/toilet.

The price fore deluxe room is too high for that quality.

Location, green garden, good swimming pools

Not clean, Small TV in the room, many things are in bad conditions (shower, toilet bowl, sink in the bathroom). All that was in deluxe room which is more expensive.

Perfect spring vacation

We liked the friendly staff and the hot water the most! The food was delicious, the room was comfortable, the swimming pool and the other facilities were cleen, the small hot outdoor pool was perfect for the weather conditions.

The hotel is too big, so you have to walk and change different elevators in order to reach your room.

Superb

Breakfast had good variety, the parking was pretty full, but still there was place for our car. The small indoor pools (for kids mostly) were nice, but without enough 'sunbeds'. There were nice, surprising amenities in the room and the bathroom was big with shower and tub. It could use some minor renovation but overall everything was in good shape. We had issue falling asleep the first night since it was too hot for us, but when we fully stopped the AC all was fine.

The wifi had decent coverage, but almost no internet speed so we used our mobile data plans mostly. The receptionists weren't very kind/polite, but at least they weren't rude at all. Depending where your room is, it may be a bit of a journey to reach it with elevators and additional walking - luckily ours was just far, but easy to find.

Overall great experience

The food was delicious. The Spa was great, even though it was full with people. The staff was very friendly and easy to communicate.

It could've been a little cleaner, especially the bathroom. The second dinner at the restaurant was not good. We were with a hungry 2 year old kid and waited for hour and a half to receive our dishes. I'm sure that it was just a bad day. The first one was perfect :)

unfortunately the only entertainment was the pool.

breakfast was excellent, different choices every day, staff was very friendly, pool was excellent.

Bowling was not working - only Friday and Saturday. Nightclub was not working at all. If you want other entertainment then the pool, better first contact the hotel to tell you when to go.

Its not worth it. Overpriced

The hotel used to be a nice place back in the days of Communism . To be more specific exactly 50 years ago These days it looks like a remnant of the past. Nothing has changed since then. The same old carpets, the same limited options ,the same bad service . Only the price reminded me of the reality. Totally overpriced and overrated hotel. The place and the base are both great but that’s all . Maintenance is very poor. Large investment is needed . Too small spa centre for hotel capacity at least the part that worked during the time of my visit. Check in after 3 , check out at 12 . Later check out costs 50 lv . Overall, I think that urgent change of hotel’s management is required as soon as possible.
