Thank you Robert Diggi &co, it has been an amazing experience to stay and extend my stay in kurma. I really hope I’ll come back someday to continue with freediving or just to say hello.
To say goodbye to kurma … it was just amazing.

We were given the rooms facing the ocean. They had a balcony, and you could access the ocean for a swim easily. The sunset was incredible. The place is peaceful.
The owner, who is also as free-diving instructor, is extremely friendly and helpful.
We took a free-diving class with him on Mantigue island, which was amazing.

The restaurant there is excelent! The staff is kind and friendly, they make you feel like home!
The location is perfect, in front of the sea, with wonderful sunset views, white beach is just in front of the Lodge.
You can snorkel from there.
Gigi and Robert are absolutely nice, they are great free diver instructors.

Anyone visiting Camiguin should visit and stay with Kurma. Whether you are looking for the world's best free diving instructors or simply just a place to chill and enjoy great company, Diggi and Robert will take care of your every need. Came for the island, came back for the friendships. Always love Kurma

In all my years of traveling for work, Kurma's staff was really the most attentive and fun people I have interacted with. They are truly its crown jewels.
Unfortunately, due to my schedule to do work on the island, I didn't get to try free diving which I hope to do next time I visit. The overall resort vibe is a welcome relief to the noise and pollution of city living. Ohhh and we're not vegetarians but the food here is delicious!!!!
The aircon in our room was not suitable to the size of the room.

We love the staff. They are very accomodating.
They need to have a complimentary toilletries. That would be nice if they also have a electric kettle in the room.

Almost everything
* the room is smelly, old, not maintained and dirty
* the toilet is not working and the water has this rusty smell
* no TV - the manager said it was not mentioned in their website
* weak wifi
* no HOT water available for consumption or even a small kettle in the room

The staffs are very friendly and welcoming. It felt like I was coming home instead of staying at a beach lodge.
There's nothing that I didn't like about Kurma Eco Beach Lodge.

Large bathroom with hot shower and bidet. Comfy beds. I also love their pet Toffee. He's very welcoming and sweet to all of the guests. I also love the location of the hotel because its very near to the Ferry Terminal of White Island so we just DIY'ed it. And also we get to watch an unobstructed view of the Sunset.
The aircon is quite slow enough to cool the entire room. But all in all its a very good stay!

I had breakfast EXCEPT on the first day.

Note From Booking.com; Hello John, Thank you for your message. In our Resort we don't do scuba diving ONLY Freediving. But we can recommend you a good Scuba shop (black beach divers). Maybe you can talk to the scuba instructor about the dives and make a deal about the dives etc.
The is NO Wi-Fi in the rooms ONLY in the RESTAURANT. We also do NOT have a TV with USB plug.
We do rent scooter in the resort. Our rate is 400 PHP for 24h. For any other questions feel free to contact me. Warmest regards, Betty.
Our mission = To provide a simple & homey Eco beach lodge with a passionate, playful, & professional team. Bringing adventure & inspiration through yoga, freediving, & food with soul.
See the photos to understand the resort. I’m in room 4. The room has; 4. A foam mattress, NO mini-fridge, a flat-screen TV (The first night the TV did NOT work. I rarely watch TV. The remote on the TV does NOT change channels & you have to put in the real channel numbers. It might take MANY times to put in the channels) (Solution = Get NEW Batteries in the remote!), that has a NOT a USB plug, NO safe, air-con with NO remote, a closet, drying rack outside the room & in the bathroom, 2 chairs outside the room with cushions. The TV has English channels are; Fox, Fox Sports 2, ESPN, BBC News, CNN, Comedy Central, NG, CN, 2 Fox Movie Channels, BBC Earth, RT, Lotus Macau, Jack, AXN, Blue Ant, WB, Cinemax, HBO & Euro News. The bathroom has; two towels, tissue ONLY. NO soap, shampoo, toothbrush & paste. In the restaurant; there are NO substitutions to any item.
They do provide water to those with empty plastic bottles = NICE! They will even put the water in the freezer for the next day = NICE!
Unfortunately, there are many ants in the room. Do not leave any toothpaste around in the
