Exceptional

The property was absolutely beautiful. Would highly recommend this home for a holiday. It has all that is needed to make your stay as pleasant. There were few blips, but it was all sorted out by the friendly staff. My family really enjoyed this home.

There is really nothing to pinpoint. Issues were resolved as soon as possible. Thank you.

Beautiful property - even better than the photos. Fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful grounds and despite being attached to cellar door it was very private. The owner sent all the information for self check in and out promptly and was otherwise hands-off which is always appreciated.

Pretty location, large house

House size was great and the gardens beautiful and spacious, the separate living areas were comfy and large. The fireplaces were well stacked with wood. The kitchen is large and fully equipped to handle group meals. The pool was very pretty and well maintained and the new BBQ was great. Lots of outdoor seating areas to enjoy the lovely views. The contact with the property great, all contact responses were prompt and friendly.

The house was pretty but very tired inside, needs some TLC as it looks old and needing more regular maintenance - for the price I expected better, sorry.

Amazing! Had the time of my life getting married!

Place was perfect for what we needed it for. Had a lot of people so the space was great! Accommodated everyone and provided the perfect backdrop for my wedding photos!

Serene and comfy. A magical place, wallabies, ducks, turtles, wine..

The location, wallaby visits, ducks turtles, wines, pool. Pet friendly. A brilliant place for a stay with family and friends, highly recommend.

The locks on doors didnt work properly so security when out was a little concerning, however we always felt safe and secure whilst there. Due to french doors everywhere a few bugs inside at night. It was pet friendly but there was no fenced yard.

Absolutely perfect, this is where you want to stay!!

Absolutely beautiful, I knew it would be good but it exceeded my expectations and blew my mind how beautiful it actually is!! It’s was more the comfortable for 12 ladies, the kitchen was so well equipped for us to cook up a storm, the beds and pillows were so comfortable in every room, the couches and furnishings were cosy and stunning and the fire place was the cherry on top!! Location is perfect for wine tasting and the hunter valley gardens. I could go on and on!!! If you book this property you want be disappointed 🥰

Wonderful 2 nights away..location great. Will be back!

Loved the ambience and the luxurious feel of the place. Communication with the venue was terrific.

The iron plug was broken off into the outlet, probably from the previous renter. Also there was no dish soap so had to use handsoap a few times.. nothing major.

Beautiful stay with friends

It’s a magnificent place. Lots of space great location. We had great weather and used the pool.

Sounds silly but had no matches to Light gas stove. Even though they said where they should be. Had to really search around for a lighter. I also think asking guests to track across property to empty bins is a bit much when they get cleaners in straight after you leave.

A pleasant homestead in rural area where you can choose what you want to do there and locally

The proximity to things to do in the area was excellent

No screen doors which meant being vigilant in closing the main doors. Mosquitoes and flys and having to make additional trips into town for such things as fly spray

My second stay at Vinden Estate and will stay again.

The property is in great location with view of the vineyard from some of the bedrooms, dining room and lounge room. It’s a beatiful and comfortable country home. The kitchen is superb and fully equipped. Great place to stay with family & friends. Hunter Valley Gardens is only few minutes away from the property. I hope I can stay longer next time.

A perfect getaway in a glorious winery with extremely accommodating and helpful hosts!

The house is much bigger than we though and is really is beautiful. The cellar door was amazing too!

There were a few minor bits and bobs that need fixing up around the place and the bath water in the jacuzzi bath was brown but neither of these things bothered us!

A slice of heaven

An unforgettable trip made possible with this exceptional homestead. My family and I planned a special trip away to the Hunter Valley. The homestead is breathtaking; open and bright, large and luxe rooms and so many break away spaces. The kitchen was fantastic and we enjoyed making meals to share. We travelled with kids and the property was perfect in terms of space, sound and safety. The views from the property were boasting the vivid green vineyards, the mountains, the Australian native floral varieties and of course the pool. I couldn’t fault the hospitality and the property. The cellar door was one of the best experiences I’ve had to date in the Hunter Valley; a professional and well thought out set up and design. We walked away tipsy and hands full of their beautiful wine.

Everything! The home is absolutely gorgeous, the grounds have lots of places to picnic and enjoy a delicious glass of red! Exceptional views. Conveniently located close to everyone you want to do and see in the amazing hunter valley! ☺️

Superb

The homestead is excellent for a big gathering. Had 12 adults and 3 young kids. Plenty of space. Enjoyed the pool. Great close in location.

Needs a large covered area between the house and pool. Would be ideal for very warm days and also for rainy days.
