Great stay and hope to return one day

Location was lovely. Overlooking the countryside. Breakfast was great! We had the Full English and there was a continental available. Cereal, orange juice, toast, tea and coffee were offered too. We were so full that we nearly couldn't eat our lunch!

the hosts are amazing ! loved the location was ideal for my walk in the dales . made me and my dog feel comfortable and welcome . we really enjoyed our stay .

Great hosts, amazing views

Great hosts, they were unable to offer breakfast so gave us a discount. Peter kindly ran us into town so we could get some dinner (he also booked us a table). Amazing views and everything was clean and comfortable. Very peaceful location.

Jan and Pete were great hosts. A good breakfast menu. We were very comfortable. The room was quiet with an amazing view of the Ribble valley. We would return!!

Owners were welcoming and accomodating, so lovely to talk to and made sure needs were met. Rooms were lovely and clean, we didn't mind that the bathroom was seperate, it still felt secure and was so close anyway to the room. Breakfast was delicious.

The Wedding Ushers

The property was nicely tucked out of the way and only a 5 minute drive / 15 minute walk to the wedding venue. The hosts were incredible and made you feel very welcoming, having locally sourced/made produce for breakfast was just a bonus. We would recommend this property to anybody looking in the area. For those who write a poor review based on location, just remember, you choose to stay here.

Welcome, friendly and relaxing.

Breakfast was brilliant and set me up for the day. I could let the host know each night my choice and time for breakfast. Perfectly planned and enjoyed sitting in the terrace with a cup of tea each evening.
