Buena opción de alojamiento

Ambiente moderno que se ajusta a lo que vimos en las fotos al hacer la reserva

El pulsador del wc cada vez que vas al baño tienes que “recolocar” la tecla porque sino se queda descargando agua, la mampara es estrecha para entrar en la ducha, para ese espacio es mejor 2 fijos y dos correderas y lo peor la ducha, el desagüe del plato no queda a ras y molesta en los pies y en cuanto a la grifería un desastre, si te quieres duchar con el rociador grande, esta gran parte taponado por la cal y encima tiene poca presion, el maneral de ducha esta roto, y no puedes cambiar el tipo de chorro que quieres y el soporte de ducha se cae y se queda abajo de la barra. Son pequeños detalles que por menos de 100 euros lo tenéis solucionado y es una pena que con lo “cuqui” que es el sitio, pase esto y mas en un baño que es casi tan importante como dormir en un buen colchon. Hay mas cosas pero digamos que esto a priori es un fallo que tiene facil y económica solución

Todo perfecto, muy recomendable

ubicación excelente, muy limpio, atención muy buena, la cama muy comoda, tienes la opcion de coger parking, el sitio es muy bonito.

Muy bien con algun pero..

Cogimos el parking para 2 noches sabado y domingo . Resulta que el sabado a partir de las 14 horas y hasta el domingo a las 23 el acceso a la calle del parking está cortado. Cosa que no nos informaron en recepcion y cuando quisimos guardar el coche el sabado a las 22.30 no pudimos acceder a esa calle. Llamamos al número del hotel pero nadie nos contestó asi que tuvimos que dejar el coche en la calle cuando teniamos el parking pagado. Al dia siguiente lo comentamos y nos dijeron que podiamos haber movido la valla. Claro eso lo saben ellos. 9 euros no van a ningun lado pero muy feo por su parte cuando es algo de lo que tenian que informar a los clientes que cogemos parking.

La habitación era super amplia y tenía todo lo necesario. El diseño y la decoración estaba muy bien y la limpieza fue óptima.

No hay nada que no me gustara.

Good aparthotel and horrible owners

Location, very friendly staff, you have everything you need with a small kitchen and the temperature changes.

Management of aparthotel is horrible! We have no internet for 3 dayss and have to spent more money to buy add ons because all my data was sucked out in 1 hour.

great location and spacious apartment

WiFi difficult to connect to and we were not given the code for apartamentos which was the strongest signal. The lighting was a bit low and the standard lamp stopped working.

Perfect apartment in a hotel!

Everything was great, a minor comment was that the breakfast was continental, i.e croissant/bread and fruit. I would have preferred a bit more choice.

I would have preferred a bit more choice. historical part of the town. The penthouse apartment was spacious, with a lounge area and a great private roof terrace, with outside seating and a separate dining table. The kitchnette is perfectable suitable for preparing a light meal, with a small hob and microwave. It's not designed for cooking large or complex meals. It was perfect for us, we had restaurant fatigue having spent 4 days/nights in Toledo! It was great to have drinks in the nearby square followed by steak, salad and wine on our terrace, it was really lovely and relaxing. The hotel decor is contemporary and artistic which was charming and whilst we didn't have a chance to use the bar next door, it looked like it had a great vibe.

spacious and clean apartment in centre of town with good restaurant.

nice location in the centre, but good windows so no noiose disturbance from the busy street below. Apartment was spacious and although the kitchen was very small, it was well-provisioned.

although the apartment was for three, the table to eat at was very small and there were only two chairs.
