Great service in a hotel that has seen better days.

Very friendly and courteous staff on duty throughout our short stay at the hotel. They go out of their way to ensure that whatever issue is raised has been attended to.

The property is tired. The facilities are outdated for the most part. We feel that there is a need for some reinvestment to take place and for a total revamp of the hotel to accommodate the business traveler.

Proximity was on point for me

Rate was quoted in USD, and I couldn't pay online using my card until I was physically present at the hotel. It is wrong to be requesting payment in USD from locals.

Very relaxed and positive experience.

very friendly staff. Quick and prompt response to request. Very well cooked local and international delicacies. It was a relaxed ambience

a touch of more artistic work in the rooms being able to collect fees and booking in foreign currency sound proof of the rooms from the blaring music coming from the nearby Ikeja City Mall late on Saturday night

I ran away for my safety

My safety, food, service My daughter and i were onsafe throughout our stay. Im still building a case and when im done trust me legal actions Will be taken. Management set us up (my 5 year old daughther Nd i) if you dont want to get kidnapped stay away from this particular hotel in ikeja. I won't jugde the whole brand yet but i sure as hell not giving them anotherchanc e to hand me over to goons

The staff makes the place. With out exception, everyone was helpful and delightful, from the attentive cleaners and repairmen to the GM herself.

The flushing mechanism on the loo required several attempts to get the water to stop, but this was a small inconvenience.

It's manageable and not too bad

The bed was very comfortable and the hotel location was fantastic and close to most amenities.

The air conditioning is not cool enough and I requested for a fan from reception who made a false promised me that it will be brought upstairs, however, no one came Also, the TV channels was horrible, it was not clear at all Also, the room refrigerator was not cool enough Also, it was room for 2, however, just 1 water was in the room Lastly, the toilet seat was too low and toilet lid was shaky and wobbly

I loved the fact that Mr Victor at the front desk urged me to register on the BONVOY app and took his time to explain the benefits. The room I stayed was clean and the general ambience was okay. Food was good. Decent portions.

Honestly there's nothing to complain about.

I had a FANTASTIC experience

The staff were very courteous and helpful. Manager had a wonderful bubbly spirit. She Pays attention to clients needs and ready to help. She is the life of the place. I give her 100%

The Friday night location should be moved to a bigger space it was very interesting but small space

This particular hotel is better for a business trip and not for a family.

Breakfast was okay according to my kids. Just okay, nothing special. Didn't eat breakfast. My wife, 3 kids (16, 13 and 6) and I took two room. We were told that only 3 people could eat out of the 5 of us so we asked the kids to eat breakfast while we went out later to get ours. The place was quiet and parking was good. Two of the staff were friendlier ( A guy who provided a key to our adjoining doors and the lady at the reception during checkout).

We waited long for our 2nd room to be ready when we arrived and the lady on reception duty when we came in wasn't so friendly. Not that she was particularly unfriendly but for a Marriot hotel, my expectations were much higher. The facility is getting old and somehow lacks the Marriot sparkle. It needs an upgrade if it has to keep the tag. There were no baths in the bathrooms. My kids were particularly unhappy about this. Only showers were available. Our rooms had an ugly view of an uncompleted building that made me keep the blinds closed all through. Even the TV sets are the size of my desktop terminal screen.
