The house is 1614 square feet (150 square meters) with a soaring ceiling, plenty of gathering spaces, unique, warm, inviting, and kid friendly. The house has:
A big family room/dining room with an open kitchen for gatherings and entertaining with family and friends. This open space is on the other side of the house, same as the backyard with the outdoor table and sofa. That makes the house very functional for resting and gathering.
Two spacious traditional bedrooms (king and queen size beds). The best quality mattresses are free from toxins and are hypoallergenic & dust-mite resistant. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Both bedrooms have a reading corner.
One beautiful tatami room perfect for kids to play and for guests to sleep in (pads and bedding provided). It's perfect for Yoga and meditation as well (Yoga mats provided). This tatami room can also be a “work from home” station with a big desk and the WiFi relay.

A laundry room with the best-rated front-loading washer/dryer (Laundry detergent provided), and iron board.
The Full (and fully equipped) kitchen is a gourmet cook’s delight. A Weber BBQ Grill is in the backyard. Everything you need to feel at home. The beautiful dining table can be extended to sit more than 8 people.
The private backyard is safe for kids to play in, and is a lovely spot for a quiet outdoor meal or an afternoon of lounging. The backyard has a comfortable sofa set, a BBQ grill, and a dining table. In the side yard, under the beautiful oak tree, there is a swing that can be converted into a hammock – it’s a perfect spot to read in the golden sunset in the afternoon. There are lemon trees and roses in the front yard and flowers/red leaves visited by the occasional humming birds in the back yard.
Our recently upgraded high-speed Internet service clocks in at a blistering 600MBPS. We also use a mesh network to deliver high speeds across the entire house even in the backyard so you can use a single login to work or play anywhere - without fear of a slow or intermittent connection.
The house also has a newly upgraded Heat/Air Conditioning, gas fireplace, DVD player, ironing board, cable with a big screen TV, and a folder filled with vetted local info. All towels & linens are provided.

Great property nearby to downtown Sonoma. We were able to walk there. The property is as described and offers a comfortable, safe, and spacious jumping off point to wineries - or just to lounge around. Would recommend.

Our group had a wonderful stay at this property. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, the bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean, and the yoga room was perfect for our yoga session! The kitchen had items usually not stocked in a house rental like sugar, salt/pepper, tea and coffee. We appreciated where the house was located- close to quaint downtown Sonoma, the Catholic church nearby and the various local wineries. Communication with Lan was top notch and she was professional and courteous. Overall a great experience for a VRBO rental!

Great, clean, comfortable, peaceful place to stay in a great location in Sonoma.
4.8
The home is situated very close to plaza! The home came with brand new refrigerator and washer and dryer. The rooms were large and the high ceilings in living room added to the spaciousnesses.
The backyard patio includes a brand new patio table and chairs to chat and enjoy the shade of large trees and green plants.
4.8
The house was very clean, well-equipped, and spacious. Loved the tatami room, used it frequently for mediations and yoga. It was further away from downtown Sonoma than we would have liked for walking, but quite close enough by a quick car ride. Overall, excellent.
4.8
Nice neighborhood, affordable and good communication with owner.
4.8
Very good location. Clean house and very attentive and conscientious hosts.
4.8
Please note it's tucked into a quiet residential neighborhood. Location won't work if you want the feel of being in wine country in and around the place. We knew what we were getting as we needed a place to rest.
4.8
Lan was very attentive and communicated really well. The house is well equipped and close to some great casual restaurants.

Lal’s house is about 8 min from downtown Sonoma. Has a driveway for easy parking and is the cleanest house! The beds are so comfortable and the instructions for house are well written. The communication with Lal was top notch. This is a great location for all winery visits- from Napa to Russian River Valley. Highly recommend.

We had a terrific time here. The home is comfortable, extremely clean and location was great. Lan was very helpful and available if needed. We would stay here again and recommend others to do so too.
4.8
Lan was very accommodating and responsive. The place was clean and had new appliances, and the towels were nice. The "desirable neighborhood" is definitely an overstatement. Not someplace you could walk in after dark. That was very disappointing.

Very nice home, well situated. Convienent to town and vineyards.

This was a great home for 2 couples. Clean, roomy, and close to many good spots (coffee, breakfast, lunch, etc). The courtyard makes for a nice hangout and the kitchen has just about everything you will need.
