PATHETIC, NOT VALUE FOR MONEY. TOO COSTLY AS COMPARED TO OTHER PROPERTIES IN AREA.

DINNER AND BREAKFAST WAS UP TO MARK, ROOMS WERE CLEAN.

THERE WAS NO CONTROL ON HOOLIGANS, WHO WERE PARTYING TILL 3-4 AM IN FRONT OF ALL ROOMS. SWIMMING POOL WAS NOT WORKING, GYM ROOM, AND PLAYING AREA WERE PATHETIC. THERE WERE BROKEN TILES IN ROOMS.

Food was tasteless. Had to order from zomato

Booked a suite as we were 3 guys the separate room with bed didn’t have ac. At night I forgot my shoes in central lawn outside my room and next day morning I went to reception and asked for my shoes they couldn’t find them. It’s very shocking they didn’t find my shoes. I forgot them to take with me at room. Where can the shoes go from resort?.

disgustion staff recepion mam doesnot knew how to make clients satisfied as par our booking the bathroom is unhygenic in our booking bar was there fruit basket and cookies are also available but the acron resort doesnt provide bar and fruit basket after telling them many times bathroom is very unhygenic wash besan was broken the hotel managment was not even kistening service was worst

IThe worst property in Corbett

I don't think there is anything to like in this hotel. The pictures on booking.com are totally untrue.

- our alcohol got stolen! -rooms and bathrooms are old and outdated Badminton nets are torn There is no gym There is loud ounjabi music that blares from 830 am There is no wifi in rooms The acs leak The TV stopped working Most of the food on the menu is not available Please do not visit!

Overall good resort but need to work on the food a lot and try to make it more accessible

The food was very average. Good sometimes but usually not what you expect from resorts. The worst part was the last 1.5 km stretch of our journey to the resort. Even the roads inside the jungle are better than this.

Super resort, well managed property and team

Great food served in buffet made with herbs and vegetables grown in-house. Rooms are luxurious & spacious. One of the best resorts !!! Undoubtedly the beat service in terms of everything. Acorn hideaway resort & spa is one of the best resort in Ramnagar

Simply gorgeous. Stunning views, excellent facilities & wonderful staff.

Resort’s location is amazing if someone prefers resorts. Food was awesome and served by very humble staff. Staff was overall very Cooperative.

Beautiful place but service not value for money

Resort is beautiful, you can spend 2 days easily with family without going out anywhere Breakfast was also good During Breakfast, we requested for food without onion/garlic, they prepared that seperately and served us

The service. We were 6 people and we paid 18000 inr for gala night dinner on 31st dec which included high tea and dinner Everything was so dealyed, they were running 2 hrs late from what they committed...3 out of 6 didn't eat anything as dinner was served after 11 and time mentioned was 9pm. Despite of chasing management and staff, they didn't help Pathetic service can't expect this in 5 star resort and that too when we are paying hefty amount to them for dinner specifically

Passable journey but for sure I am not going to re-book or recommend this property to any of my family and friends.

The property was located at a good spot in Jim Corbett however, the property prices are not at all value for money plus they forced us to pay ₹3,000/- per person (in total 4 equivalent to ₹12,000/-) as 31st Dec’21 gala dinner charges in spite of the fact that we didn’t wanted to avail the said offer.

Staff are very shady, rude and not at all comfortable to talk to. The manager and other staff members of the resort were themselves sloshed off on 31st night, we before the clock hitting 12’o clock which made us realise how unsafe and unreliable the people and the resort was

Overall Stay was good and Kids enjoyed the facility. Over priced during peak season.

Facilities and amenities were very good, good play area for Kids. Resort was well maintained and rooms were clean. Staff were supportive and friendly.

Location is quite interior and roads leading to the Resort from main road is very bad. People who had booked safari through Dhela gate may choose for proximity. Food price is vey high.

Not worth it at all and super expensive for the quality they provide.

The property reception was well made and looked good and the path to the rooms was good.

The rooms were not clean, their was lizard in our room and also cockroaches under our bed. The washroom seats were broken and the except for breakfast all the other meals were not good at all.

Don't do the mistake that i did

The environment ...... the location and the food wasn't worth it.....I just wanted a good hotel to jave fun and just relax but even though i tipped the waiter they just didn't seem to care about any of us ...I don't recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a good time ....there are better hotels in corbett....You can find some really good ones in the same budget... don't do the same mistake i did.. Will never come back to this hotel.... Everything was just pathetic

The property is good and spacious

The spa! It's terrible. Stay away,oily floors, musty towels. D the girls just want you out of the spa even before the time is up! The approach road is terrible. If you have a low car it may get stuck!

Acorn hideaway stay

We had facilities and everything we need. The food was good, the place was peaceful, the pool was cleaned after we arrived, everything was proper and fine.

The animals were a problem as it's a property located in the forest.
