Really nice apartment in a beautiful area with nice swimmingpool and beautiful view.

The property was very well situated. The apartments lay on a great hill overlooking Bellano. The swimmingpool is really nice.

The mattress was a bit to soft, so I didn’t had full support of my back.

Never again!

The facilities are great! And the surroundings. Lake Como is stunning...

Inside the apartment you have everything you need (in the first day). But during the 7 days stay we didn’t get any clean towels, toiletries, no room cleaning, nothing at all. When I tried to talk to the owner and ask for those she rudely answered that I have no idea what I’m talking about. That all this type of rentals in Italy don’t offer these services. Really?? If it wasn’t against the rules I would post a list with all the other rentals ( same exact type) where we stayed in Italy this summer, and guess what, they all offered these services even for a 3 day rental (and we stayed 7 days here). When we got there they informed us that there is parking next to the house. Really? Depends what the meaning of “next to the house is”. 100 m away, up and down many many stairs, there is a tiny parking that you can use only for loading/unloading and you are not allowed to leave the car there for more than 30min. In the first 2 days I complained that many tourists leave their cars there and the taxi that was bringing us home could not turn. This is far from downtown and it’s almost impossible to climb all the way to the top(where the house is). We are in late 40s and relatively fit. She tried to find a solution but the next day the parking was full again. When we left I had to carry all bags on a tiny unpaved street, and some very steep stairs. Because the parking was again full by other “smart” tourists. The pool: it’s not only for this apartment. Nooo.. everyone who lives close by comes to this pool. It is overly crowded and disorderly, not to mention very noisy. Not what you wish for in a vacation, for sure. And there is no mentioning of this (being a shared, sort of public pool) in the description of the rental. I don’t recommend this place to anyone! And I’m not a hard to please type of guy, you can check my other reviews on this website. But this was one of the worst experiences I ever had. And for the price I paid I’m sure there are much better places.

despite very minor complaints regarding wear and tear the host and location are fantastic

sara was there to greet us and provided videos to locate property and everything was thought of. decor of the cozy nest and layout is beautiful

balcony needs a little tlc, bathroom lights werent working properly and replace pots and pans so they are usable on induction hob as induction plates dont work very well

Nice house with a beautiful view to the sea and the mountains. Sara was a great host and answered every question fast and uncomplicated.

.All was fantastic! Very quet place where to stay. Apartment so clean and everything in house is good planned for convinient stay. City centre is close and its reachable by walk. Also arround is great hiking paths with georgeous views to mountains and lake landscape. Very helpfull host and nice welcoming.

Great view and place but in vacation village with >20 apartments

The view from the balcony is absolutely spectacular (and I think the only place in the whole vacation village with that feature) and the place is very well equipped. There were also cleaning utensils, coffee and some breakfast. The owner is super friendly and helpful. Everything looks exactely like in the pictures. All very stilish (yes, a bit dark with the mostly black walls and furniture but that's all visible in the pictures). Pool has a fantastic view, too.

The description does not mention at all that it is actually part of a vacation village with more than 20 apartments (see map in uplodad photo). That means the pool can be super busy and depending on the surrounding people it can be quite loud - no matter what hour of day or night (we had several days with party or noise until at least 2am - and we personally had been looking for a quiet place). Also, I doubt that the size stated is correct with 65m2. For just 2 people, there is plenty of space but for more, it gets a bit tight.

it would be great to have enough shower gel and at least some soap or shampoo at the property .

Stunning view, great pool and nice host

The view from the apartment is just great - especially in the morning while enjoying your breakfast. The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need. The private garden and the public pool are perfect for the afternoon and to relax.

The A/C in the bed room did not work. Due to the heat this affected heavily our sleep. Also the cable TV was not working. Not as critical as the A/C however, but in this price class both should work.

Perfect spot, to pop the question.

Can't fault it, Sara made the stay amazing and was always contactable if needed. Would recommend to anyone that is thinking of staying in Lake Como.

Tyruly cozy place with great view

Perfect place, amazing view from the balcony. The house itself had a stylish interior and everything that is needed for a great evening with friends. Both the bed and sofa bed were comfortable to sleep.
