Wonderful, other than the deck was unuseable.

Most everything was great. Nice suite with another room with bed. Clean. Nice bathroom, Good shower. Great bed.

Small deck with AC unit on it, so really no deck. And it was overlooking the back lane or into someones messy back storage area. Still nice for the light

Mooie kamer, zeer centraal gelegen

Heerlijk centraal gelegen, mooie ruime kamer en badkamer.

Het ontbijt, in nabij gelegen koffietentje kon ontbeten worden. Echter weinig te krijgen, je kan kiezen tussen een toast ham/kaas panini, taart of quiche. Wel heel vriendelijk maar had me meer voorgesteld van ontbijt

Cosy room in the Center of the City

Small, but very comfortable room in the Center of Prague. It's located on very active street, but because my window was in garden, I hear nothing. Air conditioner lets me enjoy a cool atmosphere in room after day's heat. Big and clean bathroom with shower is also very comfortable. In two-three minutes by foot you could find a lots of good Czech restaurants.

Outlets are located near the floor, not very convenient to charge electronic devices. Lamp switch is located near arm-chair in one step away from the bed. I prefer when I could switch lamp off from the bed.

L'appartamento è davvero ben tenuto e ben arredato, pulito e confortevole. La posizione è favolosa! A pochi minuti dal centro, vicinissimo alla metropolitana (è proprio dietro l'angolo, circa 50mt) e ai negozi di cibo d'asporto. Il minimarket è vicinissimo.

La cucina è un po' scarsa di utensili e mancano asciughini/scottex

Alloggio comodo e centralissimo a Praga

La struttura si trova in una posizione centralissima, a pochi minuti dal centro. Lo staff molto disponibile, a causa di alcuni eventi abbiamo dovuto tardare il check-in ma la ragazza non solo ci ha aspettato fino al nostro arrivo ma non ci ha fatto neppure pagare il sovrapprezzo. Inoltre nel corridoio comune si trova un ferro da stiro, altri asciugamani ecc… di cui poter usufruire gratuitamente.

Ogni tanto dal bagno usciva un odore di fognatura

The most perfect Prague apartment for 3! Would most definitely stay here again.

Everything! Large, 2-floor apartment located central to Prague. Perfect for my three daughters while my husband and I stayed in a nearby hotel for a business trip. Kitchen, living area, full bath on the first floor; bedroom and another full bath on the second.

Very comfortable beds, clean and spacy room. Good location right in the city center.

Parking in Prague is very strict and expensive. No free parking possible within 10 miles (no joke). Mobile app for registered parking in reserved areas (approx. 3€ / hour) not available in english. Big garage next to High Heaven costs 32€/24h.

Truly magnificent apartment in great location!

We stayed in a 4th floor Deluxe Apartment (Kaprova 49/8, Prague 1 no. 10 I think). It was truly magnificent. Best apartment we have stayed in while travelling extensively around Europe! Met the lovely reception person who opened up for us and explained how everything worked. Very nice bedroom at the back of the apartment looking into an internal courtyard below with surrounding apartment buildings, not a street, so it was quite. Very nice bathroom and also a great separate laundry with washing machine and dryer. Huge beautiful open plan living, dining and kitchen area with high ceilings which overlooked the street outside. All windows were double glazed so there was minimal noise. Wonderful location just on the edge of the old town just 5 mins walk from the river and the meeting point for various free walking tours (I’d highly recommend Guruwalk tours for these!) and within easy walking distance of the main attractions in the old town.

The only thing would be the lack of blinds on the bathroom windows as this room looked into the internal courtyard with its surrounding buildings.

Everything was outstanding!, The communication, the high standard of rooms, the cleanliness, the bottle of fizz left in the room as it was my partners birthday! Location is fantastic, we were able to leave our bags in our room until 5pm. All-round a fabulous place to stay!

Superb

Enormous room and bathroom with two skylights one in each area, peeping onto Prague’s rooftops from the fifth floor of the building. Provided with a round table, desk and armchair, one even in the bathroom, n 4 was a really lovely and comfortable room. Fast large lift to get onto the fifth floor even with plenty of luggages and security cameras to keep your mind at ease on the floor.

Only thing I would invest in is upgrading the shower head which was stylish to look at but the water came out in a thin even though strong stream so it was more like a jet bouncing everywhere rather than a waterfall shower. Overall great property.

Great location, clean apartments (but no breakfast)

Clean room, great communication from staff, fantastic location. I had no issues at arrival and really enjoyed my stay. The bed was comfortable, I had great water pressure, plenty of outlets, a tv etc. I would definitely return to the property.

There is NOT breakfast included. This should be removed from the website, as this is sometimes a deciding factor between locations. This is more like an AirBnB. No view from the rooms.

Great place! Clean, comfortable, and the staff was super helpful and accommodating. They even asked, unprompted, if I would need to store my bags there passed check-out. Great location!! The room was a good size for just me (large bathroom & shower!), but I'm not sure I'd recommend it for 2 people. I had trouble figuring out where to place just my 1 bag. If you had 2 bags to lay out, you'd be losing a lot of floor space.

Excellent location, comfy space

The apartment management and service was excellent; they were very responsive to my questions and requests, and flexible with our schedule, like allowing us to leave luggage after check-out, and assisting us despite late check-in (although there was an extra fee of EUR10 for check-in past 7pm) The apartment itself was spacious and well-stocked with everything we needed to eat takeout and heat food at home. The location was good too; it was just a 10-minute walk to old town, and one tram ride away from Charles bridge. It was right on the metro station, too, and had a tram station, bus station, a block away. Very accessible.

Downside was that there were a lot of stairs to get to the apartment (even after using the elevator, there were stairs to climb). The dining table was also elevated, with high chairs, which was a bit difficult to use and not so comfortable for my senior citizen companion.

It‘s perfect for a short stay. Everything was clean and organized. The bed was very comfortable. The bed sheets, pillowcases and bath towels were clean and smelled nice. Staff was very polite.

The heating was off, although it was warm in the room but i kinda prefer to be able to turn it on.
