La atención que recibimos de los empleados de seguridad.

El lugar no era lo esperado, como se ve en las fotos, esta muy abandonado y falta equipar bien las habitaciones. Muy caro con respecto a lo que recibimos.

La ubicación, cerca de la playa en carro. La piscina y los alrededores son agradables, aunque están un poco descuidados. Hermosa vista.

La atención del personal no fue la mejor. Nos hicieron caer en error al indicarnos que no había problema si cancelabamos y luego hicieron el rebajo. La habitación no tenía un lugar acondicionado para la ropa, no tenía espejo, ni sillas o sillón. La ropa de cama vieja. No colocan paños, solo uno para secarse las manos, papel higiénico escaso, no hay refrigeradora. El balcón es bonito, pero tiene sillas plásticas y mesa viejas.

No me gusto nada, no existe nada positivo que decir, no se como booking tiene este tipo de hotel, es una estafa completamente

Un hotel en completo abandono, sin empleados ni nadie que le ayude en una emergencia, sin guardas a la entrada lo que hace que cualqueir persona ingrese, fue una estafa quisiera me devolvieran el dinero, solo me quede una noche de las tres noches pagadas, tuvimos que buscar otro alojamiento en otro sector

Total letdown

Kind of a train wreck. Restaurant-closed Pool deck bar-closed Pool should have been closed. It was dirty and had hundreds of tiles missing. Our Room was not clean. Fitted sheets were so worn out that they slid all over. When we got to the room there was one bath towel, & one bath Mat. No hand towels, no wash cloths, no soap, shampoo etc. It seemed like the hotel closed down and a couple guys slipped in there and got a handful of rooms useable and started renting them out. Even the front desk was completely empty. He handled out checkin on his phone.

Don't stay here. It's very run down, gross and the owners are not there, helpful or accessible

Nothing. We booked this online for 2 nights because Booking.com has it rated as a 4 star hotel. It was non refundable, and we thought it would be okay with 4 stars and other places were booked up.

Where do I start. First of all we showed up and no one at the front desk spoke english, which is ok, we are in a foreign country, so not their problem. However when we did google translate, they said they didn't have our reservation. Front desk had to call the owner, who spoke english and finally confirmed we had a reservation. This took over an hour and it was late in the day and very hot. They showed us our room and it was very hot with pretty gross. We asked for a refund and the owner said no refunds. From the pics you can see hair in the bed, trash under the bed, back door didn't lock, the bathroom window lock was broke, soap scum in bath and kitchen, bathroom sink was clogged, couch was old and disgusting, the wall A/C didn't really cool the room, etc. We left the next morning and didn't stay the second night. We tried to contract the owner and the number and email on their website and booking.com doesn't work so we couldn't plead our case. We contacted booking.com and pleaded our case and they said they checked with the owner, but no concession were going to be made.

Horrible hotel service and dirty rooms with rat poop on beds

The beach near it was beautiful.

The front office staff, called Osvaldo, immediately asked for the debit/credit card when we arrived. I told them that my card was already prepaid. He kept asking for my card or any card. They finally took another card and charged it. It seems like they scam people. Osvaldo treated my brother horrible. The rooms don’t have Wi-Fi and had rat poop on them. The rat poop was inside and outside the sheets. The rooms are dirty. The pool looks old.

Basic Accommodations for a one night stay

The location is beautiful with an amazing view.

It is bare bones accommodations that are dated and worn. The beds and pillows were lumpy. The shower leaked. There were no chairs on the patio, cups, or any ability to get coffee. The towels were dingy as was the floor.

The place wasn't very crowded at all. The man at the reception was Osman-awesome guy.

There were no essentials in the kitchen. No paper towels, no kitchen towels, no soap. only two towels per bath

Horrible Vacation 2021

The ocean View

We stayed here for 4 night and NOT once they had room service, we had to ask the only person on duty fir towels and toilet paper, our room was full of spider webs, had to ask to have my sons sheets replace do to dirtiness, ( How can you run a business like this with 1 person per shift and maid service once a week, I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN NOR RECOMMEND. PS got charge $73 more than what you guys quote me for.

The location is perfect, and it has its own private beach so that’s the best thing about this hotel.

This guys need to change towels, sheets and most of the furniture, maybe those things are from 10 years ago or more; they need to clean the bathroom well.

Good

Facilities all work and staff are very friendly and helpful. Things are fixed quickly . Resort is close to two beaches and groceries, bus etc. Good library. Spacious but sparsly furnished condo is very clean. Comfy beds.

Covid has affected this resort as it is a little run down. Quite a hike up the hill every day.
