Lovely view and beautiful building exterior, but extremely poor service…

the location and the view the breakfast was also nice

the lack of personal touch (no welcome treat on Xmas day!, very poor room service, uncomfortable furniture, also an outdoor blanket to watch the balcony view warmly could be very nice) hotel expansion construction works (noisy and vibration) we’re taking place since 8:00 in the morning!! that is unacceptable noisy heating system

Great Mani hotel, but with building works happening near there.

The hotel is absolutely fabulous with stunning views and great breakfast. The pool is super instagrammable thought not heated. The quality of materials and the architectural design and implementation is very high , with customly made design details. Stunning interiors.

Sadly when we were there , there were constuction works happening right in front of us, with heavy drilling happening all day long except sunday... Also some interior renovation works happening. Not sure if the hotel should have been open under these circumstances... Though the rooms were fully soundproof, when opening the windows, the noise was unbearable. Though temporal, its something to ask if its ongoing. Also the spa was not working at the time.

Plenty of activities and hotel facilities

Room was spotless, comfortable and huge, with nice and polite staff and fast check in/out. Housekeeping services was attentive, hotel had also a very clean and beautiful pool and the restaurant had delicious dishes. Hotel also had a fully equipped business center. The outdoor space can be used for events and celebrations. We went for hiking and cycling and it was fantastic, the area around the hotel was perfect for these activities.

Very clean and sunny room

Accommodation had a very nice view, it had a very clean and sunny room with wooden beamed ceilings and wooden floor. Mine had a large TV, bathrobes, and slippers on the bathroom, safe box and minibar in the room. Breakfast buffet with local dishes was served in the hotel's dining room. This area functions as a restaurant for the rest of the day. Fair rates for the season, so I would love to go again for more days.

Overpriced

The location was beautiful and the buildings and the atmosphere were beautiful as well. The pool was great. The woman at the reception desk was very nice and helpful. When we called her because we did not have warm water in the shower, she immediately came to try and fix it.

The room was way overpriced for what we got. We are having a roadtrip in Greece and staying at different sort of hotels with different prices. Here the price was very high, but the qualities of the room were the lowest we had so far. The room was small, the AC was very outdated, did not work properly and made so much noise we couldn't sleep. The warm water in the shower needed more than 15 minutes to come. The bed was uncomfortable. The breakfast was not that good, except for the sweet pastries. After one night we asked for a room with a better AC, but they only had a similar room for us. That's why we decided to leave. The hotel was not helpful at first. But Booking helped out and we could cancel the last two nights. If they would have asked a lower price for their rooms, it would have been better, because it is not a bad hotel, but way overpriced.

Disappointing

Breathtaking pool views

Additional charges in many things, coffee pods in the room, coffee in breakfast, additional menu for breakfast that you would not expect for the price of the room. Poor service during breakfast and disappointing check out , feedback was not even requested and the reception was in panic. Room looked tired, probably has not been updated for a while.

A very pleasant stay, the hotel was very welcoming and we would happily recommend both the hotel and this unspoilt regio

Very friendly and helpful staff. A very nice location, and a good base to explore the area, with wonderful views over the sea from the private terrace and the infinity pool. Hotel had good facilities - we used the gym and the restaurant a number of times.

Great hotel but bad commercial attitude by receptionist

Great view, phenomenal pool, nice attendance

Our room was overbooked and the receptionist gave us a lower level room downplaying by arguing that the pictures/measurements where not always accurate, for the first night. Confronted to the official pictures, they accepted that the room was a level below the reserved one. For the second night I tried to get some compensation with a better room - it was our wedding anniversary. While one employee accepted, the same first receptionist stated that there was no available rooms, while there were rooms on that level available on their site for that night. Rooms unoccupied finally. VERY BAD commercial attitude!

Nice stay with a great view to Limeni

The location was excellent right across Limeni and close to all locations of Mesa Mani. The room was ok for two people (without huge luggages) and it was very clean. The staff was friendly, really eager to help. Also, the view was really nice and the exterior with the swimming pool really great! The breakfast was nice, lots of choices and good ingredients, staff was refelling everything and served even a bit of hours. Really liked that!

I believe that the hotel was too expensive for what you get, as I was expecting a more resort kind of stay or at least a more “exclusive” stay. On top of that, I was really let down my the fact that coffee was way too expensive (ie a single cappuccino and an espresso freddo cost 9€) and, mainly, not even worth it. Also, one night the shower water was cold. Not a great thing when you are paying that kind of money.

Excellent Hotel

Excellent location and view. Friendly personnel and staff. Always available and positive to help and advise. Excellent breakfast. Full facilities available. An excellent hotel where pets are welcomed!

Like it's name - Petra and Fos

Exquisite location, we actually experienced most of the sunrise and sunset from our room terrace which meant we didn’t need to queue for photo opportunities as we had it right in front of us! Hotel had a great panoramic views and some different views of the area. Place is utterly unbelievable with the sea infront of your eyes! The clean room we had was amazing, large bed and elgency furniture. I would recommend this beautiful hotel to anyone, this hotel is out of this world. Thank you so much for making our holiday the best experience, we will be returning and recommending to others. Well done Petra and Fos boutique! The most amazing hotel I’ve ever stayed in by far!

Unforgettable stay experience

Impressive hotel, professional services and the unique atmosphere guarantee an unforgettable stay experience. Suite had double comfy bed with comfortable mattress and pillows. Bathroom was spotless and had everything we needed (towels, toilet papers etc). Staff was mannerly and friendly and the rates were fair. Definitely I'll be back again next year!

Luxurious boutique suite

Lovely hotel and genteel staff. Deserves more than 10 stars for sure! They gave us all the information we needed and were very helpful, polite and genuinely friendly throughout our stay, we are very grateful! We stayed in an elegant and luxurious suite and it was just perfect with an incredible view, the layout of the room was great and it had everything we needed. Beautiful touch in the bathroom all the toiletries provided along with robes and slippers. There was a cleaning service which was great. By far my favorite hotel in Peloponnese! Strongly recommended to everyone!

Dreamlike experience

From the moment we stepped onto the property to our too-soon departure, the entire experience at this incredible hotel was truly dreamlike. Check-in was luxurious, dinner in the Anerousa restaurant was one-of-a-kind, and the views of the ocean were breathtaking. The room we had were so unique and the spa area was an excellent way to relax in private, and the amenities were abundant. I have nothing but glowing comments for this hotel and their entire staff.

Amazing and super clean room

We loved our amazing room - it was like a cave (built with rocks) and it had an impecable sea view which was perfect. The room was super clean and very comfortable. We had access many of the services. The wifi quality was very good. The location of the hotel was also perfect! Also we felt like we were close to all the beautiful beaches. Lastly the service was amazing. Friendly staff who couldn't do enough to make our stay wonderful. We highly recommend!

Elegant and luxury room

Luxury and elegant room Great to relax and enjoy some peace. The ocean view was just perfect. My elegant and luxurious room was also spacious with comfort double bed and nice decor. Bathroom had a bathrobes and many other amenities. Pool was spotless and the restaurant had tasty dishes on the menu. Staff was attentive and helpfull. I would love to recommend it to everyone.

Stunning environment ruined by overpriced food...

With this hotel, it's all about the view which is stunning. And the pool. Equally stunning. The staff are really friendly and the style of the hotel and the rooms is charming. It's also really quite and therefore peaceful.

This is a stylish hotel, but its rather lacking in atmosphere. The food and drinks are SO expensive (and not great) that everybody eats elsewhere. So if you do choose to eat in the hotel, you'll be the only ones there! There's also nothing sensibly priced or suitable on the menu to have at lunchtime. The hotel is really missing a trick here. We had chosen not to hire a car - but luckily the hotel is not far from some lovely local tavernas. The only problem is that there appears to be a fixed rate taxi fare - so going to a local taverna will cost you 30 euros return at a minimum.

Great location but needs improvements

Amazing location, really wonderfully designed interiors, great pool, lovely lady at the reception clean and tidy.

Internet was really slow. The room wasn't that new - for this price level we'd expect to be at least renovated. The food was majorly overpriced and came cold. Felt like the staff who were serving us literally hated their job, we had to call them 3 times and it wasn't busy at all.

Great location, nice pool view. Friendly staff.

Staff is very friendly but the breakfast service is extremely slow. You have to book in advance your slot and menu but even then you wait over an hour to eat.
