Nice get away from home

Location was excellent. Good space for my family. Clean and comfortable. Pool right in front of condo which my kids loved.

There was only 1 roll of toilet paper and no replacements. We had to buy some. We also had to mess with the toilet as the water was not filling as it should. But we got it to work.

We had a great stay at Seascape. Will definitely recommend to family and friends and come back foe another stay.

It was great access to the beach and for some fishing

I wish I had a broom to sweep the floor. We tried not to track in sand but unfortunately we couldn't help it.

Property Management Poor

The convenience of the location and fishing dock was exactly what we had hoped it would be for our stay. The rental was a great value for our family and lots of space. The unit itself was wonderful but, the property not so much.

We had a water line break while we were there which made the pool look like the black lagoon. It was unable to be used for the majority of our stay which was disappointing. We also were without water for long periods and inconvenient times for several days which made planning difficult. Vacasa offered to move us but, when we went to check out the new location someone was already occupying it. Vacasa was great while there and responding to our requests for some compensation but, nothing after we checked out. Very disappointing and quite frankly I’m not sure I’ll use them again based on how they handled the situation. I hate it when you get the run around from staff that the manager is unavailable or on leave. We got several excuses about the property while staying on the property although Vacasa staff did come to the facility’s around 9 pm at night when we called about the water line. I’ve never wanted to go home earlier from vacation but, this topped it all and made for a very restless stay.

We liked it very much

We liked and enjoyed our stay at the condo. Everything was nice and clean and the view was terrific.

The only thing we were confused about was we thought we were getting either a queen or King size bed and it was only a double.

So much family fun!! We loved it ❤️

There was no meals provided but we had a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer and dishwasher.

We were able to meet the owner who asked about our stay. He was very nice and listened to my suggestion for a broom and dustpan. Also a gallon tea pitcher would have been helpful. We rate this facility excellent! I would stay here again!!

Beautiful place but predatory price advertisement ruined it

Beautiful place in a fantastic location

The booking process was nothing short of false advertisement. It was advertised as $86 per night, and I understand some taxes and fees, but the final charge was over $250, including a $110 cleaning fee for ONE NIGHT. And in the booking process, the increase in the total was hidden off to the side of where to enter info. Very sleazy advertising and I was VERY upset to see the final cost.

Bad. And no late check out

The room was clean. View was nice. Deck was nice. Pier was nice. Birds In the chimney. Bad housekeeping manners. Didn't sleep well all weekend.

Birds in the Chimney waking us up every morning at 4am. House keeping banging on the door at 9am. And then coming back at 1030. They need to leave people alone.

Very good

The inside was well equipped with full kitchen utensils. Washer and Dryer available. Beach Towels and plenty of bath towels. Easy access to the beach.

The outside building was very run down. I made my guest go up and view the inside because if the inside looked like the outside I would demand a different property, I guess as the saying goes, " Don't Judge a Book by It's Cover", this fit that perfectly.

it was a great stay! nice location, very clean. only one downside is as when the water went out, but it was a condo wide

it’s right next to a bar, so can be a little loud at times, but otherwise it’s a great property.

Comfortable, clean, great location to beach access and stores.

Building outside needs more maintenance. Especially the stairs to the apartment we stayed in. Could use a paint job outside. Other than that experience was great

I loved this property and will rent again.

The property was cozy and felt home like.

There was some yellowish shredded material coming from underneath the bathroom door leaving a mess on the floor. When arriving, opening the door and when leaving the property, locking the door was difficult. Parking lots was always full.

had trouble at first with getting heater to warm enough; k-cup coffee maker has been broken our last 2-3 stays; upstairs neighbors were super loud walkers and had a big dog that jumped around

It was ok.

The location is wonderful. The condo faces a canal and it’s very peaceful. We loved having coffee in the morning looking at the canal and watching the fish jump and birds dive down to catch fish.

The property, we felt, was a little run down. It needs a major outside face lift and a good pressure washing. There were mouse and rat droppings on our porch that clearly had been there for a while. A rat would visit the porch every evening as soon as it would get dark. One evening it climbed down the wall of our condo inches away from me and scared the living hell out of me. For that reason we had to keep the porch light on all night long. Inside the apartment we saw cockroaches on five different occasions. It wasn’t a cockroach infested apartment but an occasional sighting in two weeks (two in the hallway; one-on the kitchen counter, which was the reason for us keeping all food items in the fridge); one-in the bathtub and one on the bathroom countertop.

passable but wouldnt return unless the entry and locking and Wifi issues are fixed.

location was perfect...5 minute walk to the beach. Minutes from dining and national seashore which is fantastic!

Could never retrieve the keys. Was able to get the door key pad to open once. We could not secure the condo when we left. Thank goodness for the neighbors who kept an eye out. Wifi didn't work, network listed on welcome card did not exist. Had to go next door and ask another guest to use their password and network name and that worked just fine.

Glad to be back

We came back because we love this little place—the view of the water from the kitchen/living area, and proximity to the beach. The fishing! We didn’t get to fish last time, so we came prepared with our fishing rods this time!

The bed is pretty bad— we are unable to sleep… a couple of other nitpicky things: the toilet paper is located in an odd position that prevents lifting and lowering the toilet seat cover without hitting it— it is just too close to the toilet! The shower head is too low, especially for my husband who is over 6’ tall.

Great little condo!

This was a great little condo for my family. Was very roomy, kitchen was great. We were close to the beaches, the pool was clean, and the people around us were friendly.

Great location for all we wanted to see and do. Very clean and no bugs.

Néed more toilet paper one roll for four adults is not enough. I had to call for the code to the lockbox, it was incorrect in the email. Then we had to go through several codes on the phone in order to get the lockbox open. Directions on how to operate the TV would be nice.

I enjoyed myself overall.

The location was really good. I also enjoyed that I had a view of the water. That was pretty neat to see. I also enjoyed the size of the kitchen space. The master suite I do also feel was an appropriate size.

My family needed to use the pull out couch as an additional bed. The blankets I believe for the bed could be found in the master suite; however they smelled like a dog had been laying on them. The locks on the back sliding glass doors were damaged. Because we were on the 1st floor it was super concerning that anyone could have just opened the doors. Last their were a lot of gnats in the unit.
