Amazing Place

The service, view and atmosphere were all great... Always felt being looked after. Great breakfast and dinner. Very chilled country side stay. Best place to eat at Bran with the castle view. Cant beat that with anything else... P.S. the view of Bran castle at night is mesmerising...Thank you Gabriel and the team.

Utsikt til Bran Castle.

Fantastisk utsikt mot slottet, verd å betale ekstra for. Balkong. Parkeringsplass utenfor hotellet. Stille selv om det er en del trafikk på veien. Gangavstand til byen, men det mangler fortau på deler av veien. Man blir gjerne forfulgt av løshunder, men de var ikke aggressive.

Vond lukt på badet. Ubehagelig seng (plastlaken). Ikke kjøleskap på rommet. Ikke stikkontakt ved sengen.

Incredibile position, you can see the Bran’s castle from your room. The distance from the castle is 5 minutes walking. T

Great view, the owners are nice and the breakfast is perfect.

We booked two rooms, in one of them the hot water didn’t work. We didn’t care since we could you use the shower in the other room, so we didn’t ask to repair. I’m pretty sure that it was easy to fix.

A beautiful property but bad managed, without no orientation for the client.

The property looks good and is very good located!

The bathroom needs to be updated and cleaned better. The toilet seat was broken and full of colored spots, no soap and the shower curtain was very dirty.

Amazing Chalet

This place stands in a wonderful position, right in front of Bran's Castle which is within walking distance. Our stay was over the winter period, the landscape was covered with snow, just magic. The staff is very kind and warm, and dinner and breakfast were delicious. I recommend this place!!

Comoda la posizione

Temperatura della camera intorno ai 28/30 gradi. Doccia pessima poiché era impossibile tenere il doccino in posizione e di conseguenza andava tenuto in mano. Asciugamani bucati/macchiati

2 star location with poor services

The location is good, close to Bran Castle. The staff is friendly.

The location is poorly maintained, everything is old and in bad shape. We had two rooms, each with several issues: the bathroom smells, the doors do not close, the furniture is old and everything is out of shape. Because of the wind, there was a huge noise so we barely could sleep. The breakfast is very poor. There are not enough parking places. Overall this is a 2 star location in very bad shape.

I loved staying here

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was for only one night, but it felt like longer, as both the staff and owner made me feel right at home. I had a comfy big bed with a balcony that has chairs and a table looking at Bran castle and also a green scape towards a mountain and valley. Beauty. The balcony was private. The room was big and clean and the surroundings are very quiet with just the sound of the rushing river. There are room darkening curtains. Upon arrival I enjoyed to glasses of Romanian sparkling wine and homemade eggplant spread with bread. Delicious! Everything on their menu is homemade. I also had breakfast there, which was also very nice. I had an omelet, fresh vegetables, cheeses and bread. There was enough food to make a lunch for myself. The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating with a view of Bran castle and the sound of a rushing river. The restaurant itself is decorated in a traditional Romanian style. The prices are also good. The owner is from Brasov and he just happened to be going there, when I was to, so he offered me a ride to the train station. Along the way he recommended many places to travel in Romania, Bulgaria and Albania. Thank you Bran Chalet!

The area, the view, the exterior. Also the parking.

Small details that add to the overall discomfort. Shower head holder which is bound to fall, stains on the walls, stains on the curtains, no slippers.

Best stay of the two weeks we had in Romania, Turkey and Israel.

Best part was the view of mountains and Bran castle in one look! Loved the balcony parking and proximity to tourism. Also very laid back and not stuffy! Very accommodating staff.

brilliant view but shame about restaurant

brilliant view and friendly waitress/hostess at lunch. very cosy and homey and a nice breakfast too.

Management closed the restaurant early before dinner time, cancelling our dinner plans, which was very disappointing. we have given the facilities a lower rating for this reason .

Perfect place to stay in Bran

The staff were super friendly. They even kept the kitchen open an extra half an hour so that we could eat on arrival as we got there at night. The room was very big and had an amazing view of Bran castle. It was great to be able to see it lit up at night and then during the day with the backdrop of snow. This place is beautiful and perfect for a stay in Bran.
