Oké, maar basic.

Het was fijn om een afgesloten parkeergarage te hebben voor de motoren. De aangewezen plek door de receptie was niet beschikbaar, op een andere plek gezet en doorgegeven en de volgende dag bij terugkomst stond er een ander. Na zoeken, vond ik onze naam elders in de garage op een andere parkeerplek.

Communicatie en organisatie over de parkeerplekken en het parkeerbeleid. Onze kamer was erg gedateerd. Gedateerd is niet erg, maar er was scheurvorming in de tegens van de badkamer en toilet (tientallen) en op de kamer was op diverse plekken het behang lelijk beschadigd. Hotel zit in het centrum, maar een normale supermarkt zit op 10min rijden, dus voor een ontbijt ben je bijna genoodzaakt om dit bij het hotel inclusief te nemen.

Apenas da localização.

Quarto sem climatisation, com température de 36 graus, apenas tinha uma ventoinha.no quarto .fiquei no quarto 509 ouvia todo o barulho da rua, não havia isolation. Não gostei da limpeza. Para aceder a piscina Não tinha ninguém na recepcao para dar informacoes, fui um fim de semana para relaxar e não foi o que aconteceu..instalacoes muito velhas.

Piscine , cadre de la ville et région, Repas restaurant italien parfait ( pris 1 seul plat principal) Petit déjeuner juste PARFAIT et TRÈS BON avec tous ce qu on peut immaginer

La salle du restaurant italien, mauvais acoustique ( mon époux appareil auditifs) Aucune vue depuis la chambre ( vue sur des coupoles de toit) pas grave. C était 1 nuit de passage ( chambre 212)

Chouette séjour, très agréable

Le petit déjeuner était super et complet. Le personnel très agréable et très sympathique. La situation de l'hôtel est idéale.

Les lits n'étaient pas assez fermes pour nous.

Petit déjeuner parfait. bElle situation de l'établissement. Personnel agréable.

Entretien très sommaire de la chambre après la première nuit. Chambre laissée en bon état d'ordre et entretien avant passage du personnel qui s'est contenté d'essayer le sol de la salle de bain avec essuie de bain usagé. Remplacement serviettes usagées effectué. Intervention de quelques minutes. Nous étions présents

Walgelijk.....niet waardig voor dit hotel voor te stellen aan mensen...doe zo verder.....

In feite niets beviel ons daar, buiten over zoveel jaren terug, steakhouse definitief gesloten, een restaurant...vergane glorie..en veel te duur..en lang wachten op je eten...1uur....schandelijk...onbekwame kok... Veel te groots nu...veel restaurants..en niet een ok....komaam...altijd maar meer en groter...eens zal dit zich vloeken...wat een dom magement...er loopt daar personeel...niets te doen...niets...erg...garage voor auto...15euro per nacht niemand die zei...er is hier een grote gratis parking aan hotel bijna....waarom....plaats zat erop....echt....erg. .

Ik heb daarnet alles bijna gezegd, kamer standaardkamer onder dak..3verdieping...snachts kan je ze niet verduisteren ...was defect....wat kost een simpel gordijntje ...2zetels.met vuile plekken erop.....aan meer dan een renovatie toe...

Comfortable stay in Clervaux, but request clear answers regarding services

Convenient location in the center of the small town. The room was large and overall very quiet. Water, robes and slippers for the spa were in the room. (Bring your towel with you from the room.) Good place to relax with a little luxury.

When we checked-in we were told about breakfast serving hours. We later asked to confirm if it was included, and we were told yes. However, upon checking out the next day we were charged for breakfast -which was quite expensive, basically half the price of our stay. Check the spa's opening hours if you arrive in the evening. We were told that it closes at 9pm. We brought our bags to our room to get settled in before going to swim, but when we went it was closing at 8pm -in 5 minutes- and could no longer go. We had a long journey that day and we were really looking forward to it. At least we got to swim in the morning.

Lovely hotel in a fantastic location, ideal for an active getaway

Hotel rooms and spa very clean. Breakfast choice and quality very good. Staff pleasant and helpful.

Got some road noise in our room so had to keep the window shut which was not ideal as it was quite hot

Good for a one night stay if you don’t have too high expectations

Staff was very nice. The room price included free use of the small spa, wich was a nice opportunity as we just rented a smaller room. The bed was comfy.

The Room looked like it needed a renovation, stains on the furniture and walls, mould in the shower.

Very nice hotel. Decent price. Great breakfast.

The centre piece in the breakfast room is a black grand piano... But it's unplayable. This, in my opinion, is a crime against humanity. I'll be happy to fix it for you ;)

Very good

Large room, ideal for a couple with a child. Huge bathroom. The decor was dated but very clean. Room even had a balcony. Lovely pool area and very good breakfast.

Some areas need a lick of paint and some threadbare carpet needs replacing. Some spaces in the hotel looked like in a time warp.

The room I had does not justify the price I paid at all. As other reviewers have already reported, many rooms are outdated. However, the room I had also seemed run-down in some places and did not really make me feel comfortable. It did not help that one of the receptionists told the other couple that their room was much prettier than mine, well aware that I could hear everything. If even staff know that some of the rooms lack in quality, then it might be time to invest in renovations - or at least adapt the room price to the room quality.

Fantastic

excellent location, town center, near the castle and church, an abbey nearby. Very comfortable beds (we slept better than at home), 5 (!) restaurants at the hotel, high quality food. Excellent breakfast choices, fresh fruit, smoked salmon, I even spotted champagne :). A good spa and a swimming pool. The staff is very extremely friendly and helpful

the hotel is actually several buildings next to each other, connected by corridors and galeries. You might need to go outside to get from the reception into your room. There were some minor issues with the towels and bathrobes missing and lamps not working in the room, all fixed later by the staff, but it’s a pity you need to ask for it every time. The reception was rather crowded and seemed small for the hotel of this size. There are no towels for the spa, you need to bring the ones from your room. Consider making a reservation for the restaurants as it might be very busy. All the above are minor observations that didn’t spoil our stay.

everything was comfortable and clean by sight, and the people were kind.

the pool closes already at 21:00. We came from a long trip touring and needed some relaxation. That didn't lasted long.

Formidable breakfast, pleasant and helpful staff at the reception and restaurant.

We stayed here in summer 2022, and it's was very good, but our next stay in January 2023 it was disappointing. It seems like staff can't manage a full booked hotel. The room was cleaned in a rush so not very clean. Bathrobes were missing, shampoo in the shower was empty. Spa area too small for fully booked hotel, salina room was broken.
