The resort is really wide we can have a walk inside without the need to get outside of it. It was really easy to rent a car for a day and there are many things to see less than 1:30 from the resort.
The SPA was really great.
No fitness room, crossing the street to go to the beach, and worst of it all: too many people in the breakfast/dining room it was hardly possible to walk, not convenient at all.
3.0
Location.
Staff doesn't speak English. Breakfast is terrible, just cakes and bread, we couldn't eat anything. The Hotel absolutely doesn't correspond 4 stars.

Excellent hotel all inclusive

The food was fantastic, the staff were super friendly, rooms very clean, beach was great.
The poolside entertainment was pretty annoying. And it felt out of place. No one joined in

Liked everything!
The staff is wonderful, the rooms are cozy and comfortable, the bed is beyond reproach. The kitchen is perfect every day. I was surprised by the quality and presentation of the food. Beach near the hotel. Very nice and wonderful staff, I was impressed with their service. I will coming back to this hotel. I think it's a perfect place to rest.
I have nothing to add, this is a perfect hotel. So I have no complaints about this hotel. I definitely recommend staying at this hotel. I think it's a perfect place to rest.

this place cannot be described as a hotel- it’s like the village in the prisoner
the staff we rude, the room was awful, if we hadn’t prepaid we would have walked
3.0
The cleaning was good.
Everything. Service quite bad, facilities bad (tennis court closed, one pool open, in the beach no free sub beds as said, ) food rather mediocre if you compare with price, not 24 h service, starts at 7 so no help with luggage to parking which was far away. Finally they felt sorry for me so the might guard helped me. No particular food that was kids friendly.
9.0
the spaces, the equipment at the beach
the food was average. The programme should be shared better
6.0
The beautiful flowers and the wide variety of Italian food
Small rooms, air conditioning was not working properly, loud music after 10 p.m
7.0
the pools and the beach.
the food was not good. not tasty and poor variety, especially in dinner.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner were great. Good buffets of good quality food. The team of Maitre Fabio was very kind, gave us great service and were very helpfull if necessary.
It was just a short walk to the private beach. Beds were included in the hotel price. There also are several guarded swimming pools on the site.
The hotel is on a strategic location for a beach holiday or multiple daytrips inside Puglia
We had a leaking airconditioning that wasn't repaired properly.
9.0
I liked the service, the food, the kind staff and the facilities. If you choose all inclusive and have dinner on the terrace it is a very good place to be.
The accessability. Finding the entrance on the given address using a navigation tool was a crime. Just drive and look for the signs next to the road and the main entrance can be found.
