Servicio personal, las facilidades físicas y el desayuno y la disposición y atenciones del personal fueron excelentes!. Queremos hacer mención especial en el restaurante Néctar, a una empleada de nombre Melanie, por su extraordinaria sentido de servicio y atención.
No aplica.

It was well maintained, very clean and breakfast choices were excellent!
We booked 2 rooms and both could have been in better locations but instead, they were apart on corners with not the best views. We were also 2 buildings from the beach or nearest pool.
4.3
One of the best buffet breakfasts. Excellent service. All areas very clean.
The beach in front of the hotel has no space for swimming, but it is good for kayaking.
4.3
The property is beautiful
The beach. Not much of a beach
4.3

Tudo estava perfeito só achei o colchão muito mole .
Não tenho nada a reclamar .

Location is nice with a big pool.
It has a nice sunset view of the ocean, as you would expect for the price being paid (so aligned with expectations).
I don't even know where to start...
For context, I had very good experiences on the Hyatt Regency in Orlando, went there many times, busy and not so busy and was always impressed... maybe, that reference set the wrong expectations, although I am pretty sure the Hyatt Regency Puerto Rico has serious issues.
Starting the basics, we only had room service before 4pm once; the day I complaint nobody came at all... yes, they just "forgot" to come to my room... missinng small stuff eg forgetting to leave the right number of towels was also the norm.
Talking to somebody... OMG, if you need to call anyone, get ready! Be for a restaurant reservation, a simple question... there was no occasion we were able to wait less than 5 minutes for someone to pick up the phone, and the hotel was not even close to being full.
Food - if you go to the Water restaurant it is a -5 in a 0-10 scale. Breakfast was eatable, but lunch or dinner, brace yourselves...additionally one day there was a 20+ minutes line to get to the breakfast table at 9am...
Nectar restaurant was good, meaning really good, a piece of hope at that hotel.
Puerto food is such a high point in this state, that it is bizarre to have such low quality stuff at the hotel (and if you read other reviews, this is not an unknown issue).
Concierge is quite useless... the only day we aked for a restaurant reservation they screw up. I complainted at the front desk. Nobody could do anything. I wrote to the responsible person who gave me a cheap discount... I almost took it as an offense, but I actually think these folks are just amateur in the hotel business, that is how the experience should be summarized...
there was other small stuff like late night parties, pool ppl not wanting to take orders, long lines... small annoying stuff... but that is "okeish".

The room was big enough
The staff is very rude especially at restaurants & very unhelpful overall, for even the simplest request you will receive one answer NO!!! the cleaning staff is also not so great!
4.3
Size of property, variety of available activities, pool, breakfast, gym
Waits for restaurants, service at restaurants was patchy, you often had to wait long to order, to get the order, to pay and frequently your order was mixed up

The facilities here are very good as well as the garden in the middle of the hotel is very nice. There is a free car in the hotel that can take you to your room. The rooms in the hotel are spacious and comfortable.
The beach at the hotel was not that clean and the sand was a bit rough. The roof of my room makes some noise from the trees.
4.3
The place was very nice beach and pool area was great. The rooms there away from the main area so it was peaceful and quiet. It is quite expensive at the property and there are no alternative options, so having a car or planning shopping trip is recommended.
Cleanliness and high quality service is your expectations for 5 star hotel, you will be disappointed. 6 days we didn’t get cleaning service (only the first 3 days cleaning service), room wasn’t ready for checkout at 3 hours later after checkin time, cleaning supplies in common areas for whole week. Staff gives excuses why things are not done properly and not addressing issues. 3 star hotel does a better job on a bad day, my personally worst ever experience. This type of lack of cleanliness is visible in restaurants with food scraps on the floor from breakfast service, and staff with unwashed uniforms.
4.3
Market was greatly, Emilio in the market runs the ship! Loved the extra pool toys, all of the things to do as a family, pool and room were amazing
Bugs-- tons of bites! Lack of transportation, bed seemed old
4.3
Absolutely great. The hotel is two floors only. Absolutely beautiful stunning garden, very nice and clean pool/bar.
The breakfast buffet is magnificent/ very very fresh/ 100 of varieties. The wet bar (main restaurant) food is wonderful and the cheapest. staffs are very nice and friendly everywhere from the restaurant front desk. The hotel lay out is similar to no where else, and provides absolutely peaceful environment for gaitaway weekend or for few days. Absolutely come back again. Absolutely recommended.
Not that I did not like it, but this is 15 minutes drive from the main Town, and I think it is good thing about this to be away from the real world for few days.

La Piscina y la Playa excelente.
El bar en la piscina las bebidas no son muy elaboradas son de maquina. Las piña colada estaba malísima. Los precios extremadamente caros para la calidad de las bebidas. No variedad de comida en la piscina.

It’s a beautiful place for couples and families
Price I found to much, room to simple ,don’t even like the way the room look

Everything was fantastic. We loved the ice machines and water dispensers all over the property. We drank a lot of water in that tropical heat and it was great we didn’t feel a need to buy bottled water - water near the ocean is often bad tasting but this was clean and fresh. The food in property restaurants was good and it was not a far drive to find local food off property. Staff were wonderful. The pool was amazing. They have lots of golf carts to pick people up and ferry them around the property.
Had to request housekeeping a couple of times. It seems to be the new thing that if you are in your room, (without a privacy sign on the door), rather than knock and ask if you want the room made up, they pass you by. Food onsite is expensive but that is to be expected at a top tier resort.
4.3
It’s was secluded and away from the city
The fact rooms are so spread out, need to take golf carts. Told carts come every 5 minutes more like every 30 minutes. Hotel changed hours of lobby bars and restaurants without updating website before we came
4.3
Private beach, huge room, amzing bathroom and shower. Bed was very comfortable and I got all my requests fulfilled. Staff was always helpful and discreetly present at all times.
Some of the restaurants were closed and the ones available closed EARLY. Since I imagined most guests were not leaving the premises for their meals, this was a bummer.
4.3
The facilities were exeptional, ww were in contact with natural enviorenment, cristaline waters and very confy pool
4.3
All the facilities and the beach is gorgeous
Prices needs to drop a bit. Need better room service menu.
4.3
The beds were a little too soft. I felt like sinking in the middle.
4.3
Beautiful and safe
The a/c did not work well in the room
4.3
Great location for a getaway family holiday. We got moved to a room closer to the hotel because they noticed our 2 small children.
Nog all restaurant s rain open during the week - breakfast got charged for my 4-year old daughter although it should have been free (bill was corrected at check-out time after I brought it up). Although when requesting a crib through the website this was denied for“safety reasons”.

I liked it all.
4.3
All of the amenities were great! The pool and cabanas, the beach, the restaurants, and the concierges were all great!

the beach was beautiful and we enjoyed the sunsets. the pool was the perfect place to cool down. there was quite a lot of people the weekend we were there but it did not feel too crowded. the hotel was beautiful, we liked the grounds and the different areas you can sit and just relax. housekeeping was great and very attentive to our needs.
the hotel wasn't maintained very well. some of the cushion covers were very stained. the floors of the villas looked old and stained. the water, while beautiful, wasn't very swimmable--there was seaweed all along the edge and only small zones where people gathered around to swim. food options were ok but could definitely be better. some of the staff were poorly trained: on multiple occasions, we stood around waiting to be seated at restaurants while they were figuring out issues with their ipads. the reception desk staff were also a hit or miss, the woman who checked us in was extremely unclear and did a terrible job of explaining what charges we were asked to pay for.
4.3
Housekeeping was to early.
