Great staff nothing too much trouble. Always a smiling face, which is great to see. Location great bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Train station 3 minutes walk away. Bus station a lot further, not easy walking on cobble streets with wheely suitcases. Nice coffee shop under the hotel which was very nice. Also a restaurant which we didn’t get chance to try. It opens as 8.30 until 10.00 in the evenings. It is definitely worth more than one star. Stay here you won’t be disappointed.
Would have loved a kettle in the room but understand why it was not there when you can go downstairs for a drink.

BREAKFAST VERY GOOD
6.0 / 10.0
The location of this hotel for our needs was fantastic. 5 min walk from the train station.
No kettle tea or coffee in room. Coffee shop closed for renovations. Restaurant closed for the duration of our trip. Aircon noisy. Twin beds rather than doubles which seperated .

Fab location and 24 hour reception.
The two single bed pushed together that moved apart. The aircon was like a jumbo jet to loud to put on at night. Also I booked this hotel as they say there is outdoor seating and terrace. There is not. There is no outdoor seeing at all. There is a coffee shop that was getting done up. Totally different.

A basic hotel in a central location to visit Tolosa. The walls are paper thin, so you can follow conversations in the room next door. But good value for money.
The walls are paper thin. You can follow conversations in the room next door word for word.

Very central and helpful staff at reception.
Bar was lovely with good snacks.
Did not have breakfast in the hotel.
Not in anyway the fault of this hotel but Tolosa has a serious parking problem.

Im struggling to understand how this is a one star hotel, it had great Staff, clean, modern, air conditioning, fridge and great location. Honestly I was in disbelief when we stayed here, there is a lovely bar / café on the ground floor of the hotel which was central to the town which was a vibrant little place with lots going on.
No family rooms meant we had to book 2 rooms...but was ok.

one room was smelling of smoke horrably, one toilet lid was loose and shower head was broken

Great location, lovely room, nice bar and dining area. All staff friendly with one exception…
One miserable member of staff (male) who objected in a very rude way to my non existent Spanish. You’re in the hospitality business mate, get over it. I wasn’t being rude, just don’t speak Spanish. Poor attitude, he knows who he is.
