جميل ونظيف يستحق الزيارة بسبب المنظر الموجود فيه من بحيرة صغيرة

نظيف مرتب مهتمين بالنظافة سكنت لمدت ليلتين عند خروجي من الفلة حضرو أثناء غيابي وقامو بتنظيف الفلة شكراً لهم لحرصهم على نظافتها .

لايوجد سلة مهملات في داخل الفلة فقط في دورة المياه وانا ماخذة فلة خاصة لم يتم توفير ادوات تنظيف الأسنان ( فرشة الأسنان ) لا يوجد لديهم لا يوجد مايكريوف طلبت تغيير الغلاية بسب عدم نظافتها . لايوجد استثناء للنزلاء من اجل زيارت المكان من اجل التصوير .

Не соответствует фото. Очень сильный запах влажности , очень сильная слышимость, кондиционер работает плохо, чтобы набрать воду в ванну нужно включать душ, из крана вода не идет. Короче, Нужно вложить денег сюда

Boring very boring

The accommodation was very good. Food was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It was more like a restaurant with accommodation tagged on. There was no room service and the restaurant only opened between 9am and 7pm. There were no English channels on the TV. There was no bar and the so called café was just a room to the side of the restaurant

The rooms were big, clean, cosy and just so beautiful. Fresh towels provided. The pool was beautiful and the don’t even get me started on the lotus 🪷

Waste of money

Staff was extremely rude , they all answer without even properly listening and understanding , we try to explain them our situation but still even without listening they just say no no Breakfast was the worst breakfast in my life ever seen there was nothing to eat Rooms are old and leakage sound all night We was very upset and try to explain someone from hotel but no one is listening and even I’m sure they didn’t understand our problem

Passable

It was really nice for photos and the room was comfortable with good air con. I got a really nice massage as well while staying.

The food was the worst I have had since been in Thailand, they close early at 7pm and wouldn’t let a family next to us finish their coffees and made them put them in plastic cups, I also wouldn’t waste your time going down for breakfast.

A little bit remote but memorable place to stay

The cafe is a famous photo spot with beautiful lotus pond. The accommodation buildings are transitional wooden Thai style sheds.

It is a little too far to anywhere in Phuket

Good to stay for one night

Water lilies are worth to see ones. The restaurant is also nice. You will find some nice deserts there as well as beverages and food.

The place is very famous for its lake filled with water lilies. During the day there are a huge amount of people doing photo shoots. So the place isn't quiet at all during the day. I will not recommend to stay there more than one night. The hotel is old and not renovated. The room smells of damp. The wifi is slow and not everywhere in the room. Do not ask the reception to order a taxi for you. They will charge you twice as more as Grab app.

Bad experience

Thai house and lotus…

The water is rusty and smells really really bad…!!! I can’t take a bath with their water. I have to buy the water several gallons to clean myself each day…!!! I told the receptionist about the water is very yellow and smells really bad. But her answer is “ the hotel is very old… It’s 19 years old…!!! I told her to tell the owner and the manager of the hotel that it is very cheap to have the water filter system now a day…!!! I am an architect and interior designer… I knew that as a fact…!!! Anyway I told Booking.com about this matter because it is also your reputation about this… I have been traveling almost all over the world but I have never seen and met anything like this… Because the staffs told me that the water has been yellow and smelly like this for along time…!!! I can’t believe that. I didn’t use their restaurant and any other facilities at all because I am afraid that they use the same water to cook and clean the dishes…!!! I am now feels much better to let you know about this matter and I hope you will do something about it…!!!

Terrible, horrible, disgusting, worst customer service. NEVER AGAIN

Breakfast was terrible there was flies all over the food the breakfast menu very poor no electricity the first day we had cold coffee I cannot even explain how disgusting the food was. The location terrible far from everything and nothing around very boring area and taxi is expensive to everywhere.

Customer service was terrible the staff including the manager was horrible. They hardly speak English and don’t even try to communicate with you even though I was using google translate they had no interest in understanding what I was saying. Too many mosquitoes I got so many bites and was itching the whole stay. The food completely terrible and the room was dirty so was the bathroom. The shower curtain disgusting OMG please do not book the only interesting thing about this plane is the drone shoot everything else zero I did not even enjoy my stay in Phuket because of the horrible experience. My biggest regret!!!

we really enjoyed our stay. it was relaxing, quite and comfy.

The place is very beautiful and perfect for pictures. our villa was spacious, very clean and had quality furniture and very cosy bed. the pool was well kept, although I can understand how some people think it might seem „dirty“ and that is because it is surrounded by trees so the surface of the water has some organic particles, but nothing to consider „dirty“. it is just normal for such an environment. The staff were very friendly, and I think they are working really hard to keep the place clean and safe. there is literally a security guy walking around almost every hour checked the area, even at night. so again, I have to disapprove one of the reviews that said they felt not safe. I think the hotel took that review seriously and fixed that.

the breakfast was below average. they can improve on the quality and variety of food. the coffee was very good.

everything was amazing, starting from the welcoming reception from Ms. Maliya & Ms. Jong was very friendly and helpful. We stayed for two nights and have a wonderful time. We celebrate our 13 anniversary and they prepare an amazing arrangement for us.

Nice and beautiful area for photo sessions for couples

Terrible hotel experience - will never be repeated - Food at the restaurant is very poor quality. - Staff is very unprofessional rude and quiet unhepfull as well as difficult to communicate with. - the room is so small and pool was very dirty with no water pump active . Even after repeated calls to the staff no cleaning of the pool was done.! - shockingly all hotel staff go home at night and leave the hotel empty and swtich off all the lights. Only one security guy is available . I felt very insecure and unsafe and had to check out at night.

on arrival day, closing at 16.00 for ckeaning later corona disinfection of whole area. No information provided on the date if booking, otherwise we would have choosen an other day for our stay !

Very poor

If you love authentic Thai sea food, this place will not disappoint you. The hotel looks really nice from outside.

The place is so isolated that you will only get one 711 nearby which also is 2.4km from the hotel. The hotel staff does not help you wholeheartedly. The staff doesn't understand English. Vegetarian options for food are just 2.

An unexpected beauty

The hotel grounds were stunning- the photos on Booking.com don’t do it justice! The large pond was a definite highlight with its recent addition of huge Victoria lilies and lily pads, it transformed the whole area. The dining area was relaxing, the staff were incredibly helpful and our room was modern and comfortable. A complete surprise.
