Séjour mémorable

Villa privé avec piscine.Le service proposé : petit déjeuner dans la piscine. Repas excellent. Navette gratuite jusqu’à UBUD.

Lovely relaxing stay and atmosphere.

The room was lovely. Particularly the lagoon which could be accessed direct from the property. Carts to pick up luggage and people were good. Friendly staff. Nothing too much trouble

A balance of fun and relaxation!

The resort was quiet and out of the way of the hustle and bustle of Ubud but only a 20 minute drive to Ubud centre. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The pool is quiet. We had it to ourselves to relax for the day. The bed was sooo comfy. The place was so clean and spacious rooms The breakfast was as expected. Decent for the amount of people they have to cater to. I had a freshly made omelette every morning, was lovely.

Basic, not really value for money.

Not that much to be honest.

The place was tied and the linen ever worse. The towels looked like they had been used for 10 years. Breakfast was very old fashioned and most facilities at breakfast broken and outdated. I feel this place needs some new management.

Beautiful gardens in the middle of a rice field

The hotel is outdated and not maintained. Food is below average and would not rate the hotel 5 stars.

Furama was the highlight of our holiday

The staff were very friendly, better than the other hotels we stayed in. We got to Furama 2 hours before check in and we were happy to lunch around before we could check in but the staff were very proactive. We got a free room upgrade for the wait that we caused. Would absolutely recommend this and I will stay nowhere else in Ubud. The location being 30 minutes from Ubud central was very refreshing with a free shuttle that runs all day we would shuttle in for the day and either get the shuttle back - the last shuttle of the day is 18:30 or we would get our driver to fetch us. The room was beautiful with our private pool. Furama is the best place to stay with beautiful amenities, delicious buffet breakfasts and the best staff. I would 100% recommend Furama.

Lovely tranquil resort near Ubud - makes a good base for exploring Bali, with a great spa

Lovely relaxing resort with great spa facilities. Staff were really friendly. Food was good and cocktails were good.

Not clear when booking that only some pools were accesible to certain guests.

Terrible Villa

Too dirty！！！ Old furniture and equipment: doorknobs, locks, water pipes are worn out! The faucet in the bathroom is broken, the shower head is broken, the hanger is dirty, the plug is dusty, the dust in the room is everywhere, the garden is dirty, the equipment is old and old, the staff is good, the food is not bad, for example: the faucet of Villa No.808 and 704: Oh my god! The water that comes out is gray turbid water...

a hidden peaceful oasis

The room was amazing and we loved the space. the staff were friendly and very helpful. the messages were a fantastic experience too. having the spa rooms partly outside meant it was very relaxing hearing all the day nature around us.

The food. We didn’t opt in for the included breakfast because of the reviews, and we are glad we didn’t. We ordered room service the first night and the pizza seemed like it came out of a frozen cardboard box (lacked flavour, freshness, and was somewhat soggy). The breakfast was also not nice. The fruit also wasn’t that fresh. The baked goods (croissant and danishes) were the only highlight of the foods. Furama is beautiful, it is just a shame that the food is not on par with the rest of the wonderful facilities.

The Lagoon Room was beautiful with private pool and access to main pool with deck for sun bathing and great pool bar. Must get a Lagoon Room if you're staying here. The floating breakfast was a wonderful experience and feels very exotic.

Excellent Guest Service

Whatever the location was lacking, they had it all. Restaurant open from 7-11pm, shuttle bus service to central ubud, spa & good customer service whenever u need assistance.

The creepy crawlies at the villa but that can’t be help since it’s part of nature.

rainy , poor breakfast options and the villas need Better maintenance .

not very much

poorly maintained, two golf carts available that takes very long to come to collect you especially since we were the last villa in most remote part of the estate and it rained everyday we were there . also our room had no umbrellas , and lots of bugs.

Perfect place to chill out

We loved having our private pool at our villa, was very nice to have a couple of days to just chill, lay out, and relax in our own company. Mosquito net in the bed was a life saver as there were many mosquitoes in our room. We kept the doors closed but house keeping leave them open while cleaning. House cleaning did a full and excellent clean during our stay. Staff were friendly.

The outside shower had no light which made it difficult to shower after sunset. The hotel is quite far outside Ubud town. With traffic it was at least 30 min in shuttle bus.

overall a pleasant stay in a rustic and scenic location

quiet and in a rustic location set amongst rice fields

villa and furniture were quite dated. Toilet bowl clogs easily, even with a couple of tissues + medium amount of waste.

Disappointing

Staffs are well trained with good smiling face

The room is way under maintained. The toilet bathtub is dirty. Water is not clean too!! The entire toilet is disappointing. The swimming pool also need a better maintenance.

Superb

The room was clean. bed was comfy. Had a Smart TV. Cleaners cleaned room every day. Restocked water bottles for us every day. Bathroom was great! The staff were INCREDIBLE! Breakfast buffet was delicious. Happy hour 2 for 1 cocktails 3-7pm. Pool was nice and had a pool bar. Dinners were delicious. Beautiful scenery!

Couldn't go anywhere outside of the resort without a driver or a scooter (nothing within walking distance).

Beautiful, beautiful place, where I was able to momentarily forget all the problems of life and rest with my partner in

the aesthetic beauty of this place made it very hard to leave. the people and welcoming feeling they have was unmatched. I love this place

in the lagoon the room was kept properly, there was mild on the ceiling and tub wasn’t clean

It was amazing.

The location was beautiful and the in-house facilities were really good.

A little mosquito but that’s not a big deal. One more thing which is, bathtub were taking too much time (4-5 hours) to get filled.

Very good

The resort is extremely comfortable and the staff ensure you are looked after well. The rooms are nice and spacious, the pool villas are gorgeous

The rooms definitely need some work done. There were tears in the carpet, wood chipped near tbe pool area, lots of ants outside. Minibar and basic amenities like tea, coffee sachets did not get restocked each day. Shuttle service could have more options
