Great hotel close to beach and super friendly staff make it a place to be in Porto Santo

Good variety of breakfast and the staff are super helpful and friendly. Definitely return.

Straight from the 80's

The location is nice and they agreed for a late check out which is quite nice on Porto Santo as the ferry leaves at 1800.

Everything was very 80's so very outdated No power outlets near the bed, the table in the room is so low that you cant fit a chair and legs under it. Some hangers but no real places to put other clothes. No coat hangers in the room. No soundproofing at all on the room door.

Bad

Did not realise that Porto Santo was a 2 hour ferry ride from Madeira. There are no roads from Madeira to Porto Santo. I was absolutely disappointed with the Booking.com booking system, why would a search for a hotel in Fuchal return results for Porto Santo? My mistake though was making a non-refundable booking and the hotel refused my offer of a partial refund.

Hoping the hotel would meet me halfway and give me a partial refund.

Lovely well placed 3 hotel.

Breakfast was good, but you need different kinds of wholewheat bread. Add an elevator. Otherwise, a lovely well placed hotel. Kind regards

Very nice, just a beautiful place to vacation, can't wait to return

Breakfast was decent, very basic, rolls, bread, cereal, meat & cheese, no eggs, pancakes, or waffles. Location on the other hand was amazing with excellent, friendly staff. The hotel was also spotless, very clean; you could eat off the floors!

Really not much, maybe better breakfast and more comfy mattress.

In my opinion it was not a good value for the money.. the hotel is old, with no elevator, no Wi-Fi, poor amenities.. the breakfast selection is super limited and the coffee a real nightmare

location is good you can walk to the beach and town

breakfast no hot foods only breads and cereals. Not pram friendly there are no lifts we had to carry the pram up 3 flights of stairs

Nice friendly helpful staff but very basic and tired hotel no Wi-Fi and not worth the price charged

The whole breakfast could be better . Not much to choose from . Basically bread and processed ham and cheese or tinned fruit. There was some bananas but these were inedible ( green and black and all mushy inside ) and there was oranges .

Good for a short stay

Location is perfect in the middle of the town. Hotel is right next to the pedestrian zone and only a few minutes from the beach. The airport is just a 5 minute taxi ride away.

Breakfast very simple. Rooms not well noise-isolated, you can hear everything.

Nice cheap hotel, little bit old. Beds were really comfortable so we had a good night sleep.

We had to pay to play snooker downstairs.

rooms were squeaky clean, facilities, breakfast, pool 10/10

instead of a double and a single bed we were given 3 single beds which really isn’t a big deal at all, we managed well, but was a little less convenient for us, apart from that was great! definitely recommend
