A glam style hôtel vibe, with some excellent facilities and a local feel. Lovely views, pools, hammam and gym. Beachfront access in season. Windy in October and stormy. We booked a breakfast only meal inclusion which meant we were unable to use one bar. The breakfast buffet was great, lots of options and local style dishes. The 12th floor restaurant has an amazing view over the city of Sousse.

Our stay was excellent and very relaxing. We regretting not staying for another day to try sauna and Turkish bathrooms.

Location, food and staff are very pleasant.

Lack of entertainment.

Le petit déjeuner ne vaut absolument pas le prix. Qualité de produits médiocre et un choix restreint. Même le café n’était pas bon.

Excellent établissement et personnels très dévoués

Parfaitement localisé au centre de SOUSSE et très bien tenu. Excellent bar au rez de chaussée, un peu plus modeste en étage.

Restaurant de poissons ne possédant pas de poissons!

The swimming pool area is lovely. That is great that the beach and the sea are literally 2 meters from the hotel area. The beach guardian Kamel is very helpful. The hotel is close to the old town very convenient to visit the local museums. The room cleaning staff were very nice. The breakfast is decent except for the drinks.

Pour quality of drinks at breakfast : coffee seems to be of low quality (some kind of instant powder coffee) and no fresh juices (but some fruit drinks instead). The currency exchange service at the Reception desk does not provide the receipt, thus it is not possible later to exchange the dinars back to euro at the airport (and since it is forbidden to export the local currency even im small amounts, you are trapped in the airport with your dinars)

good location and good facilities. Pools are nice and beach is clean and tidy. free secure parking with lots of space staff are friendly and helpful.

food is quite limited In restaurants with very little vegetarian options.

as a disabled man in a wheelchair I found everything easily accessible all the staff and other guests where extremely helpful often going above and beyond to help me the food was out of this world my expanding waistline does not lie Ahaha already saving up for my next trip and am planning on making a return to Sousse palace definitely value for money

I found the Sousse palace excellent in every way the only constructive criticism I could possibly have is the shower floor is a little to slippy in the disabled shower and floor needs looking at before someone has a serious accident as we are becoming a suing culture like America and would not like to see that happen to Sousse Palace'Hotel and Spa

Value for money, the lobby of the hotel is fantastic, breakfast was good and varied, the hotel facilities are nice (indoor pool, exterior pool, terrace) the room is big and from the balcony there is a nice view of the beach

The hotel needs some maintenance, especially on the rooms, just to keep the 5 star category We didn't like the staff pushing us to have dinner at the hotel, telling us the restaurants close by were closed (not true). Dinner buffet: where to start, first dishes and cutlery were dirty, the food wasn't good at all (at dinner, breakfast was fine) and the price 75 tnd per person and not even water is included, really bad, way better having dinner somewhere else

Highly recommend!

Staff are exceptional, location is perfect, views are spectacular! Walking distance to many places to eat, coffee, shop, pharmacy if you need, El Ribat, market, taxis, and the louage station is 5 mins by taxi. El Djem is about 40 minutes by louage. Highly recommend!

Amazing and exquisite

The staff were very friendly and I would like to give a special commemoration to Mehdi from the reception for his hospitality. The location is right in the centre of Sousse, therefore not far from the beach. Attractive touristic opportunities like the Medina of Sousse, Sousse Mall as well as popular nearby cities like Monastir and Mahdia.

All in all this was a very satisfying experience and I can´t really point out any negatives of my trip. To my fellow travellers, I would be cautious, as there are many scammers in areas around the hotel e.g. the Medina. Regardless of this, I would definitely recommend a stay in this hotel.

stayed for 3 days in the 1st week of Feb. clean and spacious, great view on the sea and good bfast. great access to the beach. nice and helpful receptionists.

everything was great. maybe just a bit too much of the overwhelming smell of air fresheners in the room.

Great Hotel close to the train station and the medina

My room was on the top floor (6th) with fantastic view of the courtyard with pools and the beach towards the Mediterranee sea. The room was comfortable, and the hotel was only five minutes' walk from the train station. It is within walking distance to the medina of Sousse. There is a grocery shop around the block from the hotel which is convenient. Breakfast buffet was very nice with mediterrean flavour.

Nothing that I didn't like. The rooms should have corkscrews available. (There were wine glasses, but no corkscrew). Receptionist was not helpful when you ask for information on getting to El Jem or Hammanent. (it was like they would profit from it or something. They would not give you information on how to travel independently without their private taxi.)

Nice hotel and we liked pool area and access to the beach. Breakfast is good and it’s a big hotel but during our stay not so crowded. Hotel is in the city center so easily you can walk and visit all main attractions around

Excellent location, but the restaurant infrastructure hasn't been updated, extremely poor breakfast for a five star hotel

Non professional staff from reception - I asked for the invoice at check-in, when I paid the services. At check-out, they weren't able to give me the proforma and sent me a proforma which was not in line with my payment. No returning e-mail to my request to change my invoice.

That it was close to the Medina.

The first room they gave us was terribly dirty. Hairs on the pillows. Under the beds there were crumbs and other sort of dirt, even a toenail. The lamp was broken. The handles of drawers broken. The mini fridge didnt cool. They moved us to another room, it was cleaner, but not pristine. The mini fridge wasn't working either. Lots of weird people too at the hotel. Location wasn't bad, though the beach wasn't that pretty as it looks in the photos. There is a division with sticks on both sides of the beach, to mark where is the hotel beach and the public beach. It feels odd. The sand of the beach was also dirty, lots of cigarette butts, food, and other random stuff.

Old hotel, poor staff services, poor food quality and tasteless food. The noise outside the hotel from music starts on early morning you cannot even sleep in peace. The only good thing is the balcony view and everything else is poor. NOT A GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY!!

very poor costumer service , is not worth the money , very rude staff . specially Imen , the one I contacted on costumer service . I asked her kindly to put roses on the bed for the bride , as this booking wasn’t for me it was for my cousin s as a wedding gift . i spoke to imen in advance and I called the reception to make sure the room is nice for the bride and I was willing to extra money . they promised me but they let me down and I felt embarrassed as it was my gift for the bride

Not good quality/price aspect.

Best aspect of the hotel is the location, especially if there no car but the small beach is the crowdy because it is in the center of popular area.

The staff are not friendly, you feel like they doing a favor for you instead of just simply doing their job. When we entered the room the upper bedsheets were torn and there was some stains on it, this not what is expected from hotel within the range of the pricing.

staff was nice.

cleaning staff would come wake me up everyday at 9am while this is a holiday place. the room was dirty when I arrived ( remains of used shampoo bottle, toilets not flushed,…) . there was music old day, load. shower was broken it would get water all over the.

The location is great

The customer service is average, it is not a 5 stars hotel like Mariott or others places but I knew that before booking. Nevertheless I expect a minimum like getting towels in the rooms, having a frigde full of drink (it’s a hot country), a responsive room service, a good breakfast, but none of that was good.
