Great location - great staff - great rooms
Band playing next door which was ridiculously loud so couldnt use restaurant or bar - not the hotles fault but still ruined the stay

This hotel-restaurant is very well located towards the top end of Ribeauvillé. Parking FOC within ‘white line’ parking bays was accessible up by the church / hospital. Closer parking for two hour periods FOC was possible once Monsieur had provided a Carte Bleue.
We ate here two nights out of three. the food was really good and stylish advice was given on the best wines to go with dishes selected. Our room was very clean and comfortable once we had got used to the otherwise excellent bathroom being separated from the bedroom only by a glass wall and a heavy curtain. It worked, but was different.
A great place to stay and we would recommend walking to Riquewihr through the vineyards for breakfast, before exploring there. Colmar also well worth a visit. Madame speaks English. Monsieur does not!
Nothing to complain about. An excellent base for exploring from

Great location, very clean and stylish, room was a good size and well thought out. I forgot to ask for a table in the restaurant (essential and a reminder email was sent) but the owner very kindly reserved one for us anyway. Restaurant is fabulous, excellent food, excellent service. We ate outside but the restaurant inside looked very inviting. Breakfast was very good - a bit more than the usual continental breakfast with great coffee and the option on Cremant. Can’t recommend highly enough and we can’t wait to come back and stay longer.

The owners and staff were friendly and helpful. The furnishings and decorations are tasteful and attractive. The bonus was the king of the hotel, Mr. Olaf!
Bath tub without a shower was not easy to use.

Hotel is located in the heart of the city and has a distinct 'old town' flavor that enhanced the warm and friendly atmosphere of the area. Also surrounded by vineyards and flanked by several castles in the area, the hotel is perfectly situated for exploring to your heart's delight. The accommodations (room, breakfast, service) were all high quality and met or exceeded our needs.
Parking can be tricky in the center of town as the maximum time limit for parking from 9am to 9pm is 2hrs.

love the village and the restaurant! best food we ate on our trip.
the bed. too small and too soft. I actually had to lay two bath towels on the floor and sleep on the floor.

nice room and very central location to main square of the village. The restaurant was also very good-definitely recommended
the check in was at 17:00..a bit too late! The hotel was also locked from 15:00 when we arrived up to 17:00 when a lady unlocked the door. The heating machine in the room (no air-condition for heat) was small and it took hours to the room to get warm.

Nice hotel in good location
After traveling around Europe for a whole month, unfortunately we came upon this type of hotel a few times.
When you arrive, there is no one to greet you .
You have to phone them up to find where the keys are.
They had a restaurant with a nice menu but was closed,as it was their day off.
When staff showed up the next morning they offered an expensive breakfast.
Maybe I'm old fashioned??
I believe that if you call yourself a hotel and have a restaurant you should be there every day that you have guests.
If not, don't open that day !

The location was perfect, central yet quiet. Everything in the hotel looks new and nice. The shower was very good, and the building is charming.
It would be nice to have a shelf in the shower to place items on. Also, a lighter blanket for summer.
If you check in on a Tuesday or Wednesday, the reception is closed, so you must call the hotel to find out where to get your key. This can be stressful for travelers from other countries who might have a dead cell phone battery or bad international cell phone service while traveling.

beautiful renovated hotel centrally located
checkIN is not allowed from 15:00-17:00. We managed to enter before 15:00 but this is bad.
The owner was unfriendly: he yelled at us as we wanted to sit in front of the hotel and listen to a band that was playing next door. We wanted to order a drink at 22:45 and just listen to de band. The owner: It's finished ( as far as I know they stopped serving although he was still sitting there having a drink with friends).

The restaurant linked with the hotel was excellent.
The rooms were outdated (renovation planned in 2022).
No parking facilities provided by the hotel, also no recommendations given.
The bed was small for the two persons and bathroom was very tiny, barely 1 person fit.

You cannot imagine a better location in a nicer town than du Mouton in Ribeauville. The personnel was very helpful and friendly, the dinner in the hotel's restaurant was delicious.
We stopped there only for one night on our way to Perigord, but will come back for a longer stay next year for sure!
