Carnarc ville très agreable

chambre: pour un 4 Etoiles confort correct mais sans plus plage a proximité 50 metres pas prix de petit déjeuner a 19 euros et 24 euros en chambre possibilité de stationner devant l'hotel gratuitement

fermeture accueil a 20h plus personne! le bar fermeture de bonne heure du fait que a 20 h c'est fermé deux jours de suite le lit refait rapidement les autres jours un soin apporté différent type 4 étoiles

Very nice quiet hotel in a great location close to Carnac centre

The location was excellent, room was very comfortable and spa facilities very good. Staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good except plates were not cleared between courses resulting in cluttered tables!

For us the main thing that let the hotel down was the total unavailability of any food during the day (wine was available). The hotel is 20 mins walk from the town so we had to walk or drive to get any food during the day. I understand it's basically a b&b but in such a high quality hotel with pool and daytime spa facilities etc it would have been nice to be able to purchase some snacking food.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at this hotel.

The location was perfect for us, 15 minutes walk to the restaurants and bars, so it was very quiet. The staff were lovely and very friendly. Breakfast was excellent. I parked the car in their private secure undergound car park for a little extra. The whole area is great to explore by car, including Quiberon.

Relaxing stay in a beautiful location

The staff were fantastic and our prestige room was perfect for me as a wheelchair user. It was contemporary and very comfortable. The sea view was perfect and the pool area looked lovely. Very comfortable walking distance of restaurants, bars and shops but at quieter end of the beach

Only two downsides were the lack of a bar in the evening and the fact I couldn’t get poolside in my wheelchair.

Superb

Good location, close to town. Facilities were very good, friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable.

Very little storage in the room. Limited wardrobe space and virtually no drawers.

elegant hotel located on the boardwalk of Carnac, just opposite beach and dunes. very friendly and efficient reception staff. excellent bicycle parking faciliity. very comfortable rooms.

A lovely place - I will stay there again!

The hotel employees as well as location , pool and parking.

Breakfast although costing Euro 17 there was not much variety. TV in the room was not working and couldn’t be fixed during my stay.

Lovely pool and close to beach.

Lovely room. We were on GF right by pool. Spa looked great but we didn’t use it. Staff very helpful and friendly. Free parking outside. Beach very close. And it’s huge! All very quiet and peaceful. Good facilities, nice towels and robes Nice breakfast - typical continental, selection of fruits, bread &!pastries etc with choice of eggs

Minor point - it’s quite a long walk to the main shops and restaurants, along the promenade (20 mins walk ) but there is a supermarket fairly near (10 min walk)

Nice to be back in Carnac

Modern and fresh in design. Good location for beach and centre. Very welcoming staff. we liked the balcony.

Would definitely stay again, good value for money, lovely staff. More attention to detail needed.

Wonderfully friendly staff. Clean rooms with lovely balcony over looking both the sea(slightly obscured by trees but we didn’t mind) and pool. Quiet location away from the busier and noisier part of the town, plenty of on road parking outside the hotel. Hammam, jacuzzi and sauna all included in room price.

A few overlooked maintenance issues, crack in the surround around the sink, dark scuff in the shower pan and a tear in the back of one of the curtains. Just more attention to detail needed. Room was small, fine for our 2 night stay, and okay if you don’t mind very small space. Hanging space in closet does not accommodate long garments such as dresses, had to hang my dress on the back of the door. We loved the hammam steam room, however the black mould around the door was unforgivable, this hasn’t been cleaned for a while…..

Gorgeous gem of a hotel right by the sea…

fabulous little hotel, spotless comfortable rooms, with view of the sea through the trees. Pool, sauna and steam room were lovely too. Room 28 has a large balcony, and seating area.

it’s a 15 min walk to the restaurant and shops, a nice stroll along the beach

Look for other, better options. It is a cute town.

my sea view room had no view of the sea. when I complained they told me it was not their fault that the trees had grown and completely blocked the view. The room decor was cheesy. Specifically, pillow with matching fabric at the bottom of the bed. Except the “matching fabric” was a curtain, complete with large metal grommets, just folded and laid across the bottom of the bed. Guess it works for photo shoots.

We like the hotel having stayed there once before. The wifi problem was a significant negative.

There was no wifi connection as sign in process failed on multiple occasions. We were forced to incur roaming charges. This was very frustrating. The room had limited storage/wardrobe facilities. Design ideas took precedence over function.

wish more things were working in the spa the only thing working was hot tub no sauna or steam both out of order. The breakfast was below average for a french property.
