Summer vacation on the beach

The hotel is a bit further from the historical center but close to the sea. You can get to the city center by taxi. The room was clean and comfortable, the air conditioning worked very well and you could get a good night's sleep. Very friendly and helpful staff, all questions were solved promptly. The hotel itself is authentic, beautifully and originally decorated. The spa area has a pool, but there was no sauna for some reason. There are beds in the air, where you can relax in a quiet atmosphere. We were taken to the beach by the hotel staff as it is far from the hotel itself. The beach has all the facilities which made us very pleasant. There is a restaurant on the beach that serves very tasty food. Thank you for a good summer holiday.

One day on the beach the waiter didn't serve us for a very long time, although he went to the neighboring booths and brought their orders. After repeatedly expressing our dissatisfaction we were able to get water and food. Unfortunately, the contingent on the beach is not always adequate, very noisy and it was impossible to rest in peace that day.

Un super buffet petit-déjeuner avec du choix et du gateau fait maisin et même du sans gluten. Un accueil au petit-déjeuner très convivial.

Nous avions retenu cet hôtel pour un espace spa avec jacuzzi mais depuis plus d'une semaine celui-ci en panne et non réparé. Déçus et aucun geste commercial pour cette prestation absente.

Nice rooms, top service and staff, spectacular breakfast.

Spectacular breakfast, with dedicated "egg chef", orange juice presser, crepes etc. etc. Excellent staff and service, who exceeded expectations after our ferry was delayed 4.5 hours to prepare something for us to eat and drink as the kitchen was closed when we arrived at 22:30. Unfortunately didn't get to use the spa facilities, but the breakfast alone is worth staying here for!

Exceptional

Magnificent location, food, service, rooms, and staff. Very easy to get to airport, city centre or beach. Spa and pool very clean and the place its self was peaceful and relaxing by just sitting in the garden hearing the birds or the water and admire the plans and the green around. Thank you for making our last 2 nights of our holiday amazing.

Probably to be picky I could say for the future if they can also build a pool outside. But really the place was just fantastic and everything to superlative

Everything was very fine and clean,good dining,the spa/fitness space was a big plus. But what hit us the most: the staff, always eager to help ,to anticipate what you need,to make you feel comfortable, every one of them and always with a sincere smile. Thank you and bravo!

lovely we just spent one night arriving from Bastia but we had a good time !

great staff, professional and friendly people, comfortable beds, amazing breakfast and dinner !

even though dinner was delicious, everything was rather expensive - too bad that the indoor pool was too cold, we couldn’t get in ourselves, even less our little boy

Nice, clean rooms, helpfull staff, good continental breakfast.

The important thing to be considered is a access to the beach - 10 mins walk but not very comfortable if you have to take it with the small kids.

A great choice for a visit to Bastia.

We were given an upgraded room which was absolutely amazing as it turned out to be a suite and was luxurious. We were only there for 1 night but had lunch and dinner both of which were excellent. The service was exceptionally friendly and helpful and we would certainly like to visit the hotel again.

nice relaxing stay in L’ Ostella

Our room in Ostella was spacious nice & clean. breakfast was variety of selection my personal favourite was the freshly squeezed orange juice. Special thanks to Sarinya who provided my scrambled egg every morning very friendly with a big smile. my favourite concierge was Paola who recommended a beautiful places to visit in Corsica so professional & helpful.

We used this Hotel as a "pitstop" overnight stay after arriving in Bastia on the evening ferry.

Good Breakfast with plenty of options for all tastes. Evening meal at the Hotel restaurant as also very good. Nice to use the pool

Nice hotel in a quiet area.

This is a pleasant hotel in the suburbs of Bastia with a sea view. Friendly staff are very helpful. The hotel is well maintained and clean. The outdoor dining area is a nice place to spend an evening. Food is very good. ³

Not many cafes or bars in the local area - access to a car almost essential. Access to the local beach was indirect and a little inconvenient although we discovered a bus service on our last day.

Great hotel with great facilities

Great location, not far from the harbour and it’s few minutes walk then to a shopping centre with big supermarket and shops. It’s nearby the Arinella Beach and city centre. Great swimming pool and also with jacuzzi, the breakfast was great - the lady at the breakfast session made the best omelette (jambon fromage) 👍🏼 The food in the restaurant is good too, love the beef tartare - best in town! The staff are friendly and I personally love the scent that they use for the lobby and some areas

It’s not that something we didn’t like. We wish to have a mini fridge in the room, due to the heat wave, we couldn’t keep the water cold therefore it would be great if there is a mini fridge in the room.
