just off motorway with plenty of parking. good restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Rooms modern and spacious. Staff friendly and many had good English to supplement my limited German.
Friday night party in basement was noisy as was on a ground floor room.

easy to find, excellent rooms and fantastic staff and great restaurant
we had to leave!

The rooms are spacious and clean, modern (recently renovated), big bathroom. Good free wi-fi. The breakfast was excellent. But the best is their fantastic restaurant. Not only is it cosy (very german) but the staff is very friendly, speaks perfect English and the food is absolutely delicous. They have a good choice of wines. Thier prices are very reasonable for a top quality.

Good food, on arrival manager saw I was struggling with a back spasm, without asking he immediately changed our upstairs room for the closest downstairs one,and knocked off 10euros as it was slightly smaller.

Breakfast was great, plenty of choice. Room was a good size and the bathroom excellent. Restaurant had plenty of well-spaced outdoor seating. Menu was pleasingly small (sign of freshly cooked food) and read very well. Staff were excellent
It's beside a busy road and they can't do any more to dampen the sound. For someone used to road noise this may well not be a problem.

The rooms were big and moderately climatized given the high temperatures outside. The bathrooms were also quite modern. Good breakfast.
Both while checking in and while checking out very unfriendly staff. We had 3 different bookings/rooms here and everyone said we didn't feel very welcome due to grumpiness of staff. Check out happened without a single word spoken.

Excellent bedroom and bathroom, and evening dinner in the garden on summer evenings a joy to behold.
Travel to Aachen center on local bus from almost outside the hotel very easy.
No lift and the 2nd floor not easy to access with heavy cases -- 30 stairs.

A very good hotel with a nice restaurant in the same building. Easily found from the motorway, we arrived late but they arranged for us to get the key and even a warm meal. The breakfast was very complete.
The hotel is quite near big routes so it is easy to get there and the parking is big, but you hear the circulation if the windows are open. Guess you can't have everything !

it was a hot when we stayed there, and the guests outdoors in the bier garden could be heard loudly because the windows needed to be open. that kept us awake.

Restaurant and bar were first class, particularly the food!
Bathroom. Couldn't open door fully. No shower curtain.
3.5
The restaurant is excellent. The garden is also great for kids to play in. Friendly and helpful staff.
The interior of the room was very dated. I have no objections to a retro style as long as it is clean, but all of us ended up with difficulty breathing and coughing after a night here. The respiratory issues vanished again after a few hours in the outdoors. I would not want to repeat the experience, however.

Nice quiet location, good parking
