Das Hotel liegt wunderschön direkt am Rursee. Die Zimmer sind frisch renoviert und sehr komfortabel.

Spacious room with a comfy bed, balcony and view over the lake. Great dinner and breakfast.
Very minor comment - decor is a bit dated.

Well situated, public boat travel, beautiful lake
Rooms should be refurbished

Everything was great. Choice in the restaurant is perhaps a little bit limited.

Staff is very nice, nice view from the room
Traditional house
the furnitures are a bit outdated.
Balcony is connected to other rooms so impossible to sleep with balcony door open .

Lovely surroundings. Beautiful area. Friendly staff. Clean (but old) room with great view. Lots of activities in nature to do in the area.
The kitchen took quite a while for dinner. We waited more than 45 minutes for a Schnitzel.

good food
not enough staff (slow check-in, room not done, long waiting time at the restaurant). Despite goodwill, there simply wasn’t enough staff to care about the guests.

Very good breakfast!
We arrived late and the kitchen closed at 18h, which is very early for hikers. We had nothing to eat and ended up eating crisps from a kiosk.

Breakfast buffet is good. The internet connection was not functioning during half the time I was there.

It's location
It is old, might be late 80's beginning 90's for interior and such. The meals I had were oke....but not really great. Staff was underhand, as it is nowadays in this business.

Location, free parking space
Not so good cleaning, no mini fridge or etc ln room

Great location on Rursee, easy access and parking. Conveniently close to the lake, nature, ship, restaurants.
Ok inside swimming pool, good breakfast.
Dog friendly. Friendly staff.
The hotel is old fashioned and there seems to be a lack of staff, particularly at the reception. Cleanliness is ok, we had to wait 1 day for a repair to our sink. Shower is on the same water line as the toilet, so if you flush while showering the shower gets really hot! Pillows are worthless. No AC available, it was very hot during our stay but yeah it s a good summer. Price is very jacked up in the holiday season.

Clean and spacious room. Great location, kind staff.
You can just walk out of the hotel for a great walk into the forest across the water.
The food (dinner) was great.
The bed made quite some noise upon turning in bed and it was a bit hard, as were the pillows

Excellent location with lovely views. When you could get hold of staff, they were very friendly. Rooms clean and comfortable
Hotel seemed understaffed as we had to wait for assistance at reception as staff were serving in restaurant. Decor a bit tired

Breakfast was reasonable. Second morning, almost everything was finished, but the staff was very friendly and did her best to make some kore for us.
Outdated, but clean

Great views, amazing breakfast, spacious rooms, a lot of value for money! The rooms are nice and tidy, all details are taken care of. In the classical German way (gummy bears on your pillow). Just don't expect a designer hotel and you'll be very comfortable and happy.
Nothing to dislike. You could say somethings are a bit outdated but I would say 'classical' and the bathrooms almost retro at this point. But everything just works.
