I needed a bed and I got a bed, nothing more

Nothing stood out. The building is impressive but needs loads of work. Location is amazing.

The room needs loads of maintenance. The decor is so tired. A shopping trolley was in one of the corridors. There is no obvious theme.

Good

The location is stunning, you can see the jungfraujoch view from the balcony.

The room is quite old and the shower head is broken. They left it broken before we checked in.

I will be back to visiting.

Good size of room with our family 2adult 1 child , good location , near by train station and shopping mall . Lovely mountains view.

No swimming pool , I am understand this time is cold weather .

the cost benefit was amazing. very good room, with a pleasant mountain view.

the water at the shower is tooking sometime to get hot!

I don’t recommend for family groups to stay there.

the space was big and have many beds. they have amenities to use such as a billiard, a bar, etc.

The condition of the book wasn’t good. I could cigarette smell in the room.

Location was excellent and free parking, saturday they offered food at the bar but not on other days

Pillows were not comfortable and when we asked the reception for extra ones we just got ignored. Room was not made up and had to ask every day for towels. Bathroom was mouldy, heating was broken. On check out the "receptionists" if you could call them that did not know how to access our booking, how we were to pay or how much and even how to switch on the computer. Summary... Very disappointed

A Fun place - a mixture between Hotel and Hostel - old Belle Epoque Hotel with charm - we loved the cats Lisi and Lini as well as the big friendly Dog - nice Coffee in the morning it is nice to find a place with a reasonable price for single rooms - this Hotel is unique

Well honestly the hotel needs some renovation however - we understand that after the difficult time with Corona it needs some time to catch up

Overall didn't like our stay in this hotel.

View from the room was great.

Staff were very rude. They seem to be understaffed and are very rude in the response. I put 5 CHF in the table football and got 2 games instead of 3 games. When I asked about it their answer is "What can I do, you might have pressed more times". They didn't replace toilet rolls, but I wasn't sure whether they will replace on request in the night, so actually bought them just in case if they don't replace it. Room is big but the bathroom is old and was leaking.

Rooms are spacious

Two night stay but internet didn’t work for 90% of time. Despite raising with front desk they did nothing. Tv didn’t work either. Staff hardly responds.

This location is amazing, my room viewed the gorgeous mountains. Staff were amazing.

very loud event at night, we couldn’t sleep at all and the music and vibration won’t stop until we went down to complain, at 12:30am.

Nice staff, good location, charming building, BUT---> EXTREMELY dirty rooms (See description below)

Room: appropriate size Lobby/bar: very charming Pretty view Friendly staff

Room: very dirty and cosmetically unappealing, Size was great for 3 adults. There were cobwebs in every corner on the ceiling, broker mirror - dangerous for the small child staying with us, knobs falling off in the bathtub, and the grossest spare blankets I've ever seen. To be frank, there looked like MANY MANY semen stains all over them. This was the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in, I expected more for CHF 240 a night.

Pleasant

View from the window to the mountains :) beds were comfortable and a frigo bar was available to use, which was really helpful. We could kept some food and drinks for breakfast cold.

The hotel installations are old and carpets a bit smelly. The wood floor is also noisy but was clean. Balcony's floor was too dirty.
