Pagalvokite, ar verta rinktis šį viešbutį, kuris vertas Premium hostelio vardo

Vieta prie Veličkos druskų kasyklos.

Atvykus į viešbutį neileido į kambarį, kol nesumokėjau rezervacijos (norėjau apžiūrėti gyvai). Bookinge kaina viena, vietoje prisidėjo 30PLN už automobilį. Kambarys didelis, bet turintis drėgmės ar pelėsio kvapą. Paprašiau pakeisti kambarį, atsakė jog neturi. Bookinge buvo nemokamas atšaukimas. Paprašius grąžinti pingus, taippat atsisakė. Lovos senos, pakloti paklotai, kad neprisišlapinti. Teko nuimti, kad ramiai miegoti. Už kiekvieną veiksmą kone susimokėti. Poolas 30 PLN (leido pažaisti poolą, paskui atėjo į kambarį sąskaita už žaidimą) Pirtis 90PLN. Kainininkas nepateiktas. Kondicionierius kambaryje MOKAMAS. TV neįsijungė. Tolokai nuo centro. Pridėję 10-30 eur, gausite tikrai kokybišką variantą. NORINTYS DAUGIAU KOMFORTO IR PATOGUMŲ RINKITĖS KITUS VIEŠBUČIUS NEREKOMENDUOJU.

Never stay in this Hotel! 1) Parking is extra charge, not free as it mentioned. 2) Very dark in the room and toilet, very low light. 3) Bedbugs!!! I asked for refund, but the Hotel decided to keep money. Official response from the Hotel about bedbugs - I brought them from the street... oh really? :)

Perfect night befor the early morning Salt Mine tour

Good location. Breakfast in time for you to reach the first tour to the Salt Mine. Parking is free (although small places and rather difficult to park). You can bring your dog with you.

The first morning light will wake you up because the curtain is not wide enough.

Quirky architecture, reminder of long gone era of 1990ties when free market bloomed in Poland and some of business decisions were… interesting. Super close to salt mines if that’s your thing

Some dodgy deal with payment. It turned out to be more than booking.com price, then there was additional parking charge, then something else….

Great location next to Wieliczka Salt Mining.

The biggest issiue was light and fun in bathroom. It's turning ON automatically by photocell (WHY???) and no switch to turn it off. For some reason in our room it didn''t turn off for whole night! And the fun was loud! As we arrived around midnight with kids it was too late to fix it. Breakfasts are rather average what comes to choice and quality.

all was cool ❤️

I liked my room: clean and warm, the vibe of the hotel, friendly and helpful staff, late dinner opportunity (pierogi were really nice!), breakfast 🥰 I liked the location near the city center. And general all was amazing. It’s a very poetic place. + there was a little pot with tee bag and coffee bag this is soooo cute! Because you can boil the water and make a tea for you at any time.

Service was very good. Breakfast delicious.

The only thing we did not like were the beds. The were so uncomfortable that neither of us could sleep. Pillows were too hard, you could feel the springs in the mattress.

Disappointing

If you want to use air-conditioning you have to pay extra 50PLN, Parking 30. Bad beds quality wit wholes between the slats. The mattress collapses. But is very close to Salt Mine so probably you will come there.

Exceptional

Everything was wonderful. The floors are beautiful, the design is beautiful. The restaurant is great, decor of underground salt lamps. And 30 meters from the salt mine! Literally walking distance.

COVID restrictions didnt allow for spa or massage :((( not their fault. Just saying

Good location circa 300 meters from the Salt Mine and Graduation Tower and about 10 min walk from Rynek (main Market Square) and all facilities. Friendly staff. Clean.

Fit out a little bit dated. We had a ‘standard’ room which meant, we were told, that we couldn’t have air-con switched on in our room, even though the device was there, how odd. Our room got very hot so we had to have windows wide open. Our room overlooked the main road so it was noisy from the traffic. We were not given the choice to pay extra for the air-con.
