Beautiful Palazzo in the heart of the historic centre. Quiet area, which was great but only 5 minutes walk from the hustle and bustle. We were upgraded to a Junior Suite which was great.Lots of room and large bathroom. Water and a kettle were provided in the room. Parking available if needed. Alessandro was very helpful. Great stay.
Nothing. We were unable to have breakfast due to an early checkout so cannot comment on this.

Amazing atmosphere in the middle of Lucca. An old palace in good state. You feel like a royalty once you enter the building.
Top notch service, from the moment of arrival till department.

Spectacular building……huge rooms….particularly the main salon……..where a perfectly good continental breakfast was served……with great eggs (cost eggstra!) …….excellent coffee and great service.
Perfect location for exploring the city……close to all key points of interest, restaurants and bars……but not too noisy. Alessandro was an excellent host.
Very little…..

location was great.
mattress quality and pillows are bad- spend some money and replace them. bed creaked, pillows were unacceptable- Like 10 years old, flat, no pillow slips/protectors. for the money they are charging get some new bedding.

The Palazzo is a splendid building and has been very well maintained.
Furnishing, fittings and breakfast do not compare well with what is available in other residences in which we have stayed in Italy

The decor was stunning and the location, right inside the medaeval town, was great.
My room was a bit mouldy. It had a mouldy smell and some paint was peeling from the walls. However, I realise it is not easy to fix such problems in very old buildings such as this one and I appreciated being in such a magnificent building, with beautiful furnishings and paintings.

WOW, such an opulent and beautiful accommodation, the room was extraordinary and stunning. The staff very helpful both with requirements at accommodation and recommendations for restaurants. Location is perfect and access to everything in Lucca very easy. Beautiful continental breakfast provided in a gorgeous setting. Thank you to Alessandro & family for sharing this hotel residence!
very small suggestion, a mini fridge would be ideal in the room!

Loved the decor, the rooms, the breakfast rooms ,the breakfast (loved the fresh bread) and attentive service. Really great!
There was nothing to not like but I would have liked more fresh flowers everywhere. It was in the beginning of spring season, that's why!

Breakfast
8.0 / 10.0
breakfast was perfect, the location is marvellous and The Palazzo is a very interesting family home of an Era.
I found the pillows rather hard and likewise the mattress, but other than that a delightful palatial bedroom, with large
sitting room with pull down bed and lovely bathroom.
The owner and any staff could perhaps be less formal, although they did say to ask for any help with anything at any time.

The building is amazing inside with so much history. Everything is larger than life, with huge rooms, high ceilings and all beautifully decorated.
There is secure parking next door, which is a big plus in a city center.
The room was very big, with a big bathroom as well. Lots of space to move around in. The bed was large and comfortable, the room was warm, so we didn't need to use any heating. There is a safe and a desk. Lots of hot water and a good shower. The rooms are very quiet too.
The breakfast was lovely, with fresh fruit, cereals, coffee and tea, juice, beautiful fresh cakes, bread, cheese, ham and boiled eggs as well as yogurt and nuts.
Everything was a few minutes walk from the hotel, so nice and handy.

WE loved the location and the staff was soooo helpful. My fiance is Gluten Free and they went OUT to the grocery store to get her bread for breakfast!! The location was right near everything and the residence was nothing short of amazing. With the frescoed ceilings, incredible artwork, and having the place all to ourselves,,,,we would highly recommend! A+
Really the safe was a tad small for passports, wallets, and other things and didnt like the automatic lights. They keep shutting off within seconds of entering the room (closet in particular). The shower was NOT our favorite. It was a hand held shower within a bathtub with a semi enclosed glass wall. Did not like it at all. You would stand in their and freeze between holding the shower head and soap and trying not to get water up to the ceiling....not fun. I would recommend installing a larger shower with a head if possible.

Wonderful location (right in the center within walls), free private parking, generous breakfast, big rooms, luxurious context (very old beautiful palace from old family Tucci: huge common rooms with paintings…), extremely nice and available host, always happy to support you. Great spot, great stay.

This is an old palazzo with a few rooms only. They are nice and simple and still have the old looks as in the past - very romantic! The breakfast room had plenty of baroque paintings and was really nice.
The team was very friendly and given the whole COVID crisis we felt warmly welcome and taken well care of

Beautiful, spacious, comfortable, immaculate and friendly. Perfectly located 5 minutes from S.Michele.
Rooms are very spacious and well appointed. Bathrooms are immense and modern with all the necessary amenities. The beds are very comfortable (memory foam if I’m not mistaken) and they provide lots towels of all sizes fresh every day.
Breakfast is generous and good -even in this odd time of Covid-19 !
It was great to have a parking spot in the private closed parking box just next door. Also nice to have a lift to bring up our bags.
This is a family owned and managed B&B that occupies the main floor (piano nobile) of an historic palazzo. Very nicely restored..
Since we arrived rather late in the day, were welcomed by a family member. The staff is friendly, accommodating and efficient.
Excellent value for price. I would highly recommend Palazzo Tucci to anyone looking for charm and beauty with comfort.
Nothing it was perfect!
