The location and the spacious room we lodged in. The reception staff was pleasant though she is the only one there most of the time for a big hotel yet she tried her best

The kitchen staff were rude, the receptionist told us we could warm our food there but obviously the staff did not like the idea of warming food or maybe because we are people of colour. I was nearly hit by the door when a kitchen staff in anger was opening the door to stop us from warming food. My husband and son were embrassed as well. The fridge in the room didn't work throughout our stay and that too in an executive room even though it was changed still didn't work and as such some of our things got spoiled. The bath didn't have support for stepping out and so it's easy to fall.

The room was a comfortable size, plenty of space and well provisioned. The complimentary bottles of water were appreciated as were the toiletries. The staff were incredibly helpful and able to assist with my queries during the stay.

Great tasty breakfast with a nice variety of options. The location is right next to the train station which makes traveling super easy This hotel has also a small gym that was perfect for my needs and ab excellent sauna!

Excellent service and perfect stay. The staff was super nice and attentive, the girls at the front desk always answered to all of our questions with great attitude and clarity. The hotel has a really good location (one block away from the bus stop and train station) so transportation will not be an issue. Last but not least, the breakfast was awesome and totally worth it. It is a buffet with a lot of variety and delicious options. I will definitely stay again here!

The workers were so kind and willing to help. They let us stay in the reception past our check-out and helped with advice and directions. The beds were very big and very comfortable.

The hot water didn't work during the night but was fixed later. The breakfast was sub-par but still had a lot of options.

during night it doesn’t seem like a safe surrounding area but personally I parked the car on the Main Street and everything was fine. also during the day really vivid neighbourhood and nice places to enjoy tostadas in the plaza 3 minutes from the hotel!

The serene environment and closeness to Madrid

Everything was amazing! I very much recommend. Madrid is very close with the cheap train. Room was amazing and very clean. View from the top floor is beautiful. The best thing was definitely staff at reception! Thank you so much for all the help!
