La ubicación del hotel
Era demasiado ruidoso. Se oían los grifos de agua y las paredes muy finas se oía todo entre habitaciones

We didn’t like it at all. Didn’t feel safe there and it wasn’t end off the day the housekeeper left the room door un locked. And the room was dirty
Everything could be better the staff didn’t care at all what’s happening there. The safety issue was big there and they didn’t care about it at all.

The walls were thin and we could hear next room's sex as clear as like we are there.

It had great and supportive administration
Comfortable pillows

The walls are extremely thin, which will be a trouble if you are thinking about staying there. I didn't sleep the whole night cause of some rude people who weren't in silence. Furthermore, the staff is pretty inefficient, I asked them for help and it was useless. Make you a favour and choose another hotel:)

The room was sufficient for an overnight stay, it was clean and tidy, beds were comfy and location wasnt too bad for where we needed to be, at a reasonable price

Clean, adequate room, good location
The fact that I was rudely awakened at 07:50 by a persistent knock on the door, to find a woman in a coat with a mobile phone and credit card reader, seemingly wanting €150. I’m assuming she was a prostitute. She had my room number, so I can only assume they’re ‘tipped off’ by someone at the hotel as to what room the single travellers are in. I don’t need to pay for it, and if I did, it wouldn’t be in a budget hotel in Murcia.

Hotel was great value at €35. Nice staff. Room very comfortable and spotless clean. Heating in room. We just stayed one night but hotel was good.

Simple no frills accommodation. Good little cafe on the doorstep for coffee and snacks, close to shops, approx 15min walk into the touristy areas near the cathedral. Great for a short stay in the city.
The sound proofing on the rooms is poor so you can hear your neighbours.

Good location. Clean. Great for a cheap night away.
Pretty basic but what you’d expect for the price.

The owner was very friendly and helpful, was always there if needed. Comfy rooms with what you need and allowed for a quiet nights sleep . Within walking distance of main attractions and next to a street of recommended restaurants
Have to pay for extras like towels ( not expensive though)

Staff was really nice, let us leave our luggage for a couple hours after check out. Nothing fancy, but the room served our needs for a night.
AC didn’t work, which wasn’t a problem because it was cool enough that night. They brought a fan to accommodate the problem.

Really good WiFi. Was able to stream Netflix, which is often not the case in this price bracket. Staff patient with my Spanish and ready to help with English whenever it faltered.
Late checkout, noon, looks like a great advantage. However, with super loud cleaning staff in the corridors from 8.30 a late lie in was not on the cards. On checking in wasn't given WiFi info and none in the room, so had to go back to front desk and ask for it. Expect noisy neighbours in this price bracket. Earplugs advised.

For the money it costs is a very good room, with private bathroom, air condition and good tv.
The only bad thing,as other people said, is that walls are very thin and you hear your neighbours a lot. I was lucky that they were not too noisy but it can be a problem.
